Lifting force test
The lifting force performance of 0.2%, 1%, 2% and 4% of the dyeing depth O.W.F is tested by using the test method of GB/T2397-. As can be seen from fig. 1, the lifting force of example 1 of the present invention is much higher than that of the comparative example. The test result shows that the disperse black dye composition provided by the invention has more excellent dyeing performance and various fastness performances when being used for dyeing on acetate fiber fabrics compared with 300% of the comparative example disperse black ECT.

1. A black disperse dye composition, comprising:

2. The black disperse dye composition according to claim 1, comprising, based on the total weight of the disperse dye composition:
5 to 70 percent by weight, preferably 10 to 65 percent by weight of the component A,
5 to 70 percent by weight, preferably 5 to 65 percent by weight of the component B,
1-70% by weight, preferably 5-60% by weight of component C.
3. The black disperse dye composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the component a is selected from one or two of the following compounds:

4. the black disperse dye composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the component C is one or a combination of two or more of the following compounds:

5. a black disperse dye, which is characterized by comprising the black disperse dye composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4 and an auxiliary material; preferably, the auxiliary materials comprise an auxiliary agent and water; more preferably, the auxiliary agent comprises one or more of a surfactant, a bactericide, a dye dispersant and a dyeing assistant.
6. The black disperse dye according to claim 5, wherein the auxiliary agent comprises one or a combination of two or more of naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, lignosulfonate, or anhydrous sodium sulfate.
7. The black disperse dye according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the weight ratio of the auxiliary agent to the disperse dye composition is 0.2-5: 1; preferably, the black disperse dye is liquid after being ground by a sand mill or a grinding machine, and the solid content is 20-50%; or the black disperse dye is powdery or granular after spray drying, and the solid content is 87-96%.
8. A method for preparing the black disperse dye according to any one of claims 5 to 7, comprising the following steps:
mixing the dye components, and then carrying out granulation treatment by using a sand mill or a grinding machine in the presence of auxiliary materials; or granulating the dye components by a sand mill or a grinding machine in the presence of auxiliary materials, and mixing.
9. Use of the black disperse dye according to any one of claims 5 to 7 for dyeing of fabrics; preferably, the fabric is an acetate fabric.
10. A fabric prepared by dyeing using the black disperse dye according to any one of claims 5 to 7; preferably, the fabric is an acetate fabric.
