Background
The acetate fiber fabric has the characteristics of good hand feeling and gorgeous and good air permeability, and becomes one of the popular fabrics in the market. Due to the structural characteristics of the acetate fabric, the disperse dye with low molecular weight and good dispersibility is more suitable for printing and dyeing the acetate fabric, and the disperse dye with single component is as follows: c.i. disperse yellow 3 and c.i. disperse yellow 211 are poor in dyeing build-up and level-dyeing properties and low in various color fastnesses, and cannot meet market demands.
Citation 1 discloses a yellow disperse dye composition and a dye product, and specifically discloses that the yellow disperse dye composition is composed of a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is selected from at least one compound shown in formula (I), the component B is selected from at least one compound shown in formula (II), based on the component A and the component B, the mass percent of the component A is 5-95%, and the mass percent of the component B is 5-95%:

The yellow dye composition has poor color fastness when being used for acetate fabrics.
Citation 2 discloses a disperse yellow dye composition, and specifically discloses that the disperse yellow dye composition is composed of a component a, a component B and an auxiliary agent, wherein the component a is selected from one or more compounds shown in formula (i), the component B is selected from one or more compounds shown in formula (ii), based on the component a, the component B and the auxiliary agent, the mass percentage of the component a is 5-45%, the mass percentage of the component B is 5-45%, and the balance is the auxiliary agent:

in the formula (I), X1Is nitro or hydrogen; x2Is hydrogen, chlorine, methoxy, nitro or-CO-Ph, wherein Ph is phenyl, R1Is C1~C4An alkyl group; in the formula (II), R2Is hydrogen or bromine. When the disperse yellow dye composition is used for the acetate fiber fabric, various color fastness is poor.
In addition, other existing yellow dyes applied to printing and dyeing of acetate fabrics in the market also have the problems of environmental pollution and insufficient deep dyeing property in the preparation process.
Therefore, in view of the above problems, it is important to develop a yellow dye which is suitable for dyeing a cellulose acetate fabric and has good dyeing properties and color fastness.

Comparative example 4:
45 g of the component B shown in the formula (II), 20 g of lignin 85A and 35 g of dispersant MF are added with 82 g of water and stirred uniformly, and the finished dye is obtained after grinding, dispersion and drying.
Comparative example 5:
the yellow disperse dye was prepared for use as described in example 1 of CN 109735136A.
Comparative example 6:
the yellow disperse dye was prepared for use as described in example 2 of CN 108102422A.
Dyeing example:
accurately weighing 0.5 g of the yellow dyes prepared in the examples 1-8 and the comparative examples 1-6, dissolving, uniformly stirring, fixing the volume to 500mL by using a volumetric flask, sucking 25mL of dye solution into a dyeing cup, adding 72mL of water and 2.5 g of cellulose diacetate cloth, controlling the dyeing depth (o.w.f) to be 1.0%, controlling the bath ratio to be 1:40, heating to 85 ℃ at the heating rate of 1 ℃/min, preserving the heat for 60 min, cooling to 70 ℃ and starting sampling. Washing and ironing the cloth sample to obtain the yellow diacetate fiber fabric.
And (3) lifting force test:
the dyes prepared in examples 1 to 8 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were dyed according to the method of GB/T2397-.
