Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of dyes, in particular to an orange disperse dye composition, an orange disperse dye, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The acetate fiber, especially the diacetate fiber, has good air permeability and antistatic property, bright fabric color and soft touch, and has good market prospect at home and abroad. Because of the fiber characteristics of the diacetate fiber, the disperse dye with low molecular weight and similar dyeing rate becomes the dye which is most suitable for dyeing and printing the diacetate fiber, wherein the orange disperse dye is a necessary basic dye for various manufacturers.
Conventional orange disperse dyes such as: c.i. disperse orange 288, etc. have the disadvantages of poor dyeing property and low color fastness when printing and dyeing the diacetate fiber fabric, and can not well meet the market demand. Therefore, in view of the above problems, it is important to develop an orange environmentally friendly dye suitable for dyeing diacetic acid fiber fabrics and having good dyeing properties and color fastness.

The invention further provides an application of the orange disperse dye or the orange disperse dye prepared by the preparation method of the invention in dyeing and/or printing of fabrics containing polyester fibers and/or acetate fibers.

ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
The orange disperse dye composition and the orange disperse dye provided by the invention have excellent lifting power and excellent color fastness.
In particular, the orange disperse dye composition and the orange disperse dye can obtain better lifting force and higher color fastness on acetate fiber fabrics than the traditional dye.
Further, under normal use conditions, the orange disperse dye composition and the orange disperse dye printing acetate fiber can meet the requirements of OKeo-Tex Standard 100 Standard.
In addition, the preparation method of the orange disperse dye is simple and feasible, raw materials are easy to obtain, and the orange disperse dye is suitable for batch production, is economical and environment-friendly, and has excellent performance.

In the present invention, the specific kind of the dispersant is not particularly limited. May be a dispersant commonly used in the art. In some specific embodiments of the invention, the auxiliary comprises one or a combination of more than two of naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, alkyl naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, benzyl naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, sodium lignin sulfonate, naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, sodium carbonate. Preferably, the alkyl naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate may include methyl naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate.

Examples 3 to 7
The orange disperse dye was prepared by mixing the structures and weights of component a, component B, component C, auxiliary agent and water according to table 1, using the methods described in examples 1 or 2, to prepare a slurry, grinding and dispersing, and spray drying.

Dyeing experiment:
0.5g of orange disperse dye prepared in examples 1-7 and comparative example 1 is accurately weighed, dissolved, stirred uniformly, fixed to 500mL with a volumetric flask, 25mL of dye liquor is sucked into a dyeing cup, 2mL of disperse leveling agent (manufacturer: joker chemical industry control Strand Co., ltd.; model: de-Bao XLF) and 1mL of acetate buffer solution (pH=5.0) are added, 72mL of water and 2.5 g of diacetate fiber cloth are then added, the dyeing depth (o.w.f) is controlled to be 1.0%, the bath ratio is controlled to be 1:40, the temperature is raised to 85 ℃ at a heating rate of 1 ℃/min, the temperature is maintained for 60 min, and the temperature is lowered to 70 ℃ to start sampling. As can be seen from fig. 1, the lifting force of example 1 of the present invention is much higher than that of comparative example 1.

the dyed orange diacetic acid fiber fabrics were tested for washing resistance, rubbing resistance, sublimation resistance and light fastness according to ISO 105-C10, ISO 105-X12, ISO105-P01, AATCC 16.3-2012 (20 h), respectively, and the results are shown in Table 2 below.

As can be seen from Table 2, the orange disperse dye products of examples 1-7 provided by the present invention have superior dyeing properties and fastness properties when dyeing on diacetate fiber fabrics as compared with the orange disperse dye product of comparative example 1. In addition, since the components of examples 1 to 7 were not greatly changed, the main function of component C was to color light in the present application, and thus the detection results were relatively uniform.
