Abstract

The invention provides a disperse dye composition, a disperse dye, and a preparation method and application thereof. The dye is suitable for dyeing and printing terylene and blended fabrics thereof. The dye has the advantages of bright color, deep chromaticity, low cost, good level dyeing property, fast dyeing, good compatibility among dyes, wide pH value application range, and particularly excellent washing fastness, perspiration fastness and light fastness.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a disperse dye composition, a disperse dye, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the disperse dye is suitable for dyeing and printing terylene and blended fabrics thereof.
Background
Disperse red 60, which is a brilliant blue red in color and is popular with people, is a product of anthraquinone type, and has light chroma, high cost, complex process and great pollution. Then, people change to the monoazo disperse red 343 with darker chroma and lower cost, but the light fastness of the monoazo disperse red 343 is greatly different from that of the disperse red 60, and the monoazo disperse red 60 cannot be completely replaced.

In the present invention, the compounds represented by the formulae (1), (2) and (3) may be synthesized in a manner known to those skilled in the art, and commercially available products may also be used.
In the actual production process, each dye component of the invention usually carries some by-products and other impurities, but the invention is not affected.
The invention also provides a disperse dye, which comprises the disperse dye composition and auxiliary materials; preferably, the auxiliary materials comprise an auxiliary agent and water.
The disperse dye comprises one or more of a surfactant, a bactericide or a dye dispersant.
In the present invention, specific kinds of the dye dispersants are not particularly limited, and may be those commonly used in the art. Specifically, the dye dispersant may include one or a combination of two or more of an alkylnaphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate (e.g., a methylnaphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate (dispersant MF)), and a benzylnaphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate (dispersant CNF). One or a combination of two or more of lignosulfonate and naphthalenesulfonic acid/formaldehyde condensate (diffusing agent NNO) may be used. Further, the lignosulfonate is preferably sodium lignosulfonate, which may be lignin 85A, lignin 83A, or the like.
In the present invention, the specific kind of the surfactant is not particularly limited, and may be a surfactant commonly used in the art. In some specific embodiments of the present invention, the surfactant may include an anionic surfactant, a cationic surfactant, and the like.
The specific composition of the bactericide of the present invention is not particularly limited, and may be any bactericide commonly used in the art.
Preferably, the auxiliary agent comprises one or more of alkyl naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, benzyl naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, lignosulfonate and anhydrous sodium sulphate.
The disperse dye composition comprises an auxiliary agent and a disperse dye composition, wherein the mass ratio of the auxiliary agent to the disperse dye composition is 0.2-3.5: 1. Specifically, the mass ratio of the auxiliary agent to the disperse dye composition may be 0.5:1, 1:1, 1.5:1, 2:1, 2.5:1, 3:1, or the like.
The present invention also provides a process for preparing the disperse dye according to the present invention, which comprises the steps of: in the presence of auxiliary materials, carrying out granulation treatment on each dye component by using a pulverizer; or the dye components are respectively granulated by a pulverizer in the presence of auxiliary materials and then mixed.
In some specific embodiments of the present invention, the respective dye compound components of the disperse dye composition are mixed according to a ratio, and subjected to a granulation treatment with a pulverizer such as a sand mill or a grinder in the presence of an auxiliary and water; the individual components of the disperse dye composition may be granulated in a pulverizer such as a sand mill or a grinder in the presence of an auxiliary agent and water, and the granulated components may be mixed in a certain proportion.
In some specific embodiments of the present invention, the disperse dye is in a liquid state after being treated by a pulverizer such as a sand mill or a grinder, and the liquid dye may be dried, for example, spray-dried, and then made into a dry powder or a granule. The invention also provides the use of the disperse dye for dyeing the fabrics, preferably the fabrics are terylene and blended fabrics thereof.
The invention also provides a fabric prepared by dyeing with the disperse dye, preferably the fabric is terylene and blended fabric thereof.
Examples
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following specific examples, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto. The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products commercially available.
In the examples, the component A, B or the component A, B, C of the present invention is mixed with an auxiliary agent and water according to a certain proportion, and then ground and dispersed by a sand mill to prepare slurry, or further spray-dried to prepare the dye.
The component A, B, C is a known dye compound and is either commercially available or can be prepared by existing methods.

Performance tests were conducted on the disperse dyes prepared in examples 1 to 21 and on a commercially available disperse red 343 (a mixture of ethyl and propyl) in comparative example. (Note: disperse Red 343 (ethyl) lift is too poor to be used alone in general.)

according to GB/T2374-2017, with the dyeing depth of the disperse red 343 sold in the comparative example of 2% as a reference sample, the samples 1-21 are respectively folded and dyed into the same chromaticity as the disperse red 343 sold in the comparative example of the same performance comparison, and the washing fastness, the perspiration fastness and the light fastness are measured according to GB/T3921-2008, GB/T3922-2013 and GB/T8427-2008, and the test results are shown in Table 2.
