In order to obtain the dye with better washing fastness and perspiration fastness, phthalimido azo dye (CN 1249171C) is found, but the structure has complex synthesis process, poor dyeing depth and high price. In order to solve the problem, people want to compound, but the compound composition still has the problems of poor deep dyeing property, high price and the like (CN 1305974C). Examples
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples, but it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the following examples are only for illustrating the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. The specific conditions are not noted in the examples and are carried out according to conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or apparatus used were conventional products commercially available without the manufacturer's attention.
In the embodiment, the components A and B are mixed with the auxiliary agent and water according to a certain proportion, and then ground and dispersed by a sand mill to prepare liquid dye, or further spray-dried to prepare powdery or granular dye.
The components A, B are all known dye compounds and are commercially available or can be prepared by existing methods.
Example 1
60 g of component A shown in formula (1), 40 g of component B shown in formula (2-1) and 128 g of lignin 85A are fully and uniformly stirred by adding 140 g of water, ground, dispersed and dried to obtain the blue disperse dye.
Comparative example 1
The procedure of example 1 was repeated, except that 40 g of the compound represented by the following formula (2-1) in example 1 was replaced with 8 g of the compound represented by the following formula (3), 12 g of the compound represented by the following formula (4), 20 g of the compound represented by the following formula (5), and the remainder was unchanged.
Performance testing
0.5 g of the disperse dyes of example 1 and comparative example 1 were weighed and placed in 500ml of water, respectively, to prepare disperse dye suspensions. 20ml of the disperse dye suspension is respectively sucked and mixed with 80ml of water, the pH of the dye bath is adjusted to 5 by acetic acid, then the temperature is raised to 60 ℃, and simultaneously 2g of polyester fibers (also called polyester fibers) are respectively put into the dye bath for high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing. The high-temperature high-pressure dyeing is to heat up to 130 ℃ in 35 minutes, keep the temperature for 45 minutes, cool down to 80 ℃ and sample.
The color light was observed and the intensity, sublimation fastness and washing fastness were measured with GB/T6688-2008, GB/T5718-1997 and AATCC61, and the results are shown in tables 1 and 2:
