Abstract
The invention provides a black dye composition for dyeing diacetate fibers, a disperse dye and application thereof, wherein the black dye composition comprises the following components: 65-80% of a component A shown as a formula I, 1-5% of a component B shown as a formula II, 15-25% of a component C shown as a formula III and 3-10% of a component D shown as a formula IV; the percentage is the mass percentage of the black dye composition; the total amount of the black dye composition is 100 percent. The dye prepared from the black dye composition is a composite dye, is suitable for dyeing diacetate fibers and blended fabrics thereof, and has excellent dyeing uptake and dyeing fastness.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a black dye composition for dyeing diacetate fibers, a disperse dye and application thereof.
Background
Along with the continuous improvement of fabrics, people have more and more requirements on textiles, the requirements of common pure cotton, polyester, nylon and other fabrics cannot be met, and the diacetate fiber has soft and elegant luster, soft and smooth hand feeling, bright and beautiful color, good drapability and size stability, elasticity and silk-like appearance, can be widely used as a lining material of clothes, pajamas, underwear, fashion, full dress, high-grade sportswear and the like, and gradually becomes one of the fabrics popular in the market.
Due to the structural characteristics of the diacetate fiber fabric, the common disperse black lifting power and level-dyeing property are poor, the dyeing is not deep, and various color fastness is low, so the diacetate fiber fabric is not suitable for printing and dyeing of the diacetate fiber fabric.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a black dye composition for dyeing diacetate fibers, a disperse dye and an application thereof to solve the above technical problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a black dye composition for dyeing diacetate fibers, a disperse dye and application thereof, which overcome the defects of poor lifting power and leveling property, dark dyeing, low color fastness and the like of common disperse black in the prior art for dyeing the diacetate fibers.
In order to solve the technical problems, the black dye composition for dyeing diacetate fibers provided by the invention comprises the following components: 65-80% of a component A shown as a formula I, 1-5% of a component B shown as a formula II, 15-25% of a component C shown as a formula III and 3-10% of a component D shown as a formula IV; the percentage is the mass percentage of the black dye composition; the total amount of the black dye composition is 100%;
in the fourth formula: r1 is-C 6 H 5 or-CH 2 C 6 H 5 。

The component A as shown in the formula I, the component B as shown in the formula II, the component C as shown in the formula III and the component D as shown in the formula IV respectively and independently exist in the form of powder, synthetic solution or aqueous solution, and the synthetic solution refers to dye monomer slurry solution generated by carrying out chemical synthesis reaction on raw materials.
The invention also provides a disperse dye prepared from the black dye composition.
The black dye composition is prepared by mixing liquid slurry and then spray drying or mixing monomer powder.
The invention also provides the application of the black dye composition in dyeing diacetate fiber fabrics.
The above preferred conditions can be arbitrarily combined to obtain preferred embodiments of the present invention without departing from the common general knowledge in the art.
The raw materials used in the present invention are commercially available.
Compared with the related art, the black dye composition for dyeing diacetate fibers, the disperse dye and the application thereof provided by the invention have the following beneficial effects: the black dye prepared from the black dye composition has excellent dyeing fastness and dyeing performance while ensuring excellent lifting power and level dyeing property.

Detailed Description
The present invention is further illustrated by the following examples, but is not intended to be limited thereby within the scope of the examples, which are intended to include experimental procedures not specifically identified with conditions, according to conventional methods and conditions, or according to the commercial specifications.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first and second substrates,
dye monomer a is c.i. disperse blue 148;
the dye monomer B is C.I. disperse red 177;
the dye monomer C is C.I. disperse orange 31;
the dye component D is C.I. disperse orange 288;
the black dye composition of the present invention may further comprise an auxiliary agent such as a lignin-based dispersant, in addition to the disperse dye;
in addition, other disperse dyes may be added and used to adjust the coloration or to adjust the fastness, dyeing properties, etc. In addition, other disperse dyes, other dyes and coloring agents may be added at the time of dyeing. Here, the maximum content of other dyes in the dye of the black dye composition of the present invention is set to about 6% or less.
In the embodiment, the black dye composition is prepared by separately sanding the component A, the component B, the component C, the component D and the auxiliary agent in water until the dispersibility meets the requirement, then mixing the sanded liquid, and then filtering and spray drying the mixed liquid, or mixing the components of the dye and the auxiliary agent in a monomer powder mixing mode commonly used in the industry, and uniformly stirring the mixture.
Next, the dyeing method of the present invention will be explained. However, the dyeing method of the present invention is not limited to the following description.
The parts not involved in the present invention are the same as or can be implemented by the prior art.
Examples black dye compositions were used to dye diacetate fiber fabrics.
In order to dye the fiber with the black dye composition, the fiber can be immersed into an aqueous medium of the black dye composition, the dyeing temperature is less than or equal to 40 ℃, the temperature is raised at the speed of 1.5 ℃/min, and the temperature is kept for about 40 min to 1 h when the temperature is raised to 85 ℃ to 90 ℃. Then washing with water, reduction washing (2g/L sodium hydrosulfite, 0.2g/L sodium carbonate, processing at 80 ℃ for 10-15min), washing with water, and drying to obtain the dyeing product.
The dyeing method described above and the fibers dyed by this dyeing method are encompassed in the present invention.
Preparation of black dye composition:
example black dye compositions comprise the following components: 68% of a dye component A shown as a formula I, 2% of a dye component B shown as a formula II, 18% of a dye component C shown as a formula III, 7% of a dye component D shown as a formula IV and 5% of a lignin dispersing agent; the percentage is the mass percentage of the black dye composition; the total amount of the black dye composition is 100 percent.
Grinding the component A, the component B, the component C, the component D and the auxiliary agent respectively until the dispersibility meets the requirement, and then blending the dry powder uniformly to finally obtain the black dye composition. The mixing time of the dry powder is 3 hours.
Effects of the embodiment
The prepared black dye composition is used for dyeing diacetate fibers, and the dyeing process is shown in figure 1, and corresponding performance data are obtained and shown in table 1.

The analysis of the detection data in tables 1 and 2 shows that the black dye composition has good dyeing promotion and excellent fastness. Compared with the related art, the black dye composition for dyeing diacetate fibers, the disperse dye and the application thereof provided by the invention have the following beneficial effects: the disperse dye prepared from the black dye composition has excellent dyeing fastness and dyeing performance while ensuring excellent lifting power and level dyeing property.

The black dye composition for dyeing diacetate fibers according to claim 1, wherein component A according to formula one, component B according to formula two, component C according to formula three and component D according to formula four are each independently present in the form of powder, synthetic solution or aqueous solution.
8. A disperse dye prepared from the black dye composition according to claim 1.
9. The disperse dye according to claim 8, wherein the black dye composition is prepared by mixing a liquid slurry and then spray-drying or mixing monomer powder.
10. Use of the disperse dye according to claim 8 for dyeing diacetate fiber or diacetate/polyester fiber blend fabrics.
