1. A wheel cleaning device is characterized by comprising a rack, a rotating assembly and a cleaning assembly, wherein the rotating assembly and the cleaning assembly are arranged on the rack;
the rotating assembly comprises a rotating part which is used for contacting a wheel and driving the wheel to rotate;
the cleaning assembly comprises a clamping and wiping assembly, the clamping and wiping assembly comprises a clamping block group and a cleaning piece with flexibility, the clamping block group is provided with a wrapping part which is matched with the radian of the tire of the wheel, the cleaning piece is positioned on the surface of the wrapping part, and when the wrapping part wraps the tire in the appointed radian of the wheel through the cleaning piece, the rotating part drives the wheel to rotate so that the cleaning piece wipes the tire of the wheel;
the clamping and wiping assembly further comprises a first control device, and the first control device is arranged below the clamping block group and controls the clamping block group to move up and down;
the clamping block group comprises a first clamping block and a second clamping block which are respectively provided with radian depressions, the first clamping block and the second clamping block are arranged oppositely and controlled by the first control device to be away from or close to each other, and when the first clamping block and the second clamping block are close to each other, the radian depressions of the first clamping block and the second clamping block are enclosed to form the wrapping part;
the clamping device comprises a first clamping block, a second clamping block and a first control device, and is characterized in that a first sliding block is arranged below the first clamping block, a second sliding block is arranged below the second clamping block, a sliding rail is arranged below the first sliding block and the second sliding block, sliding grooves matched with the sliding rail are formed in the bottoms of the first sliding block and the second sliding block, the first sliding block and the second sliding block are connected with the first control device and slide on the sliding rail under the control of the first control device, and therefore the first clamping block and the second clamping block are driven to move.
2. The wheel cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the rotating assembly comprises a rotating drive and a rotating shaft, the rotating portion being a rotating column;

The wheel cleaning apparatus of claim 4, wherein the detergent assembly further comprises a shaking assembly, the shaking assembly comprises a shaking column, a return elastic member and a shaking driving member, the shaking column is disposed beside the spray bottle, one end of the shaking column is disposed on the frame and connected to the shaking driving member, and the shaking column contacts and pushes the spray bottle when the shaking driving member moves the shaking column toward the spray bottle;
