在根据上述方案的压力容器中,螺纹槽可设置在所述多个盖体的外周部上。
在根据上述方案的压力容器中,所述接合部可沿着构成所述加强部的所述纤维增强树脂中的纤维延伸。
在根据上述方案的压力容器中,每个所述接合部的与所述衬里的主体相反地定位的表面可以是沿着所述盖的径向方向的垂直表面。
在根据上述方案的压力容器中,多个接合部可设置在所述多个盖体的内周部上。
在根据上述方案的压力容器中,设置有所述多个接合部的部分可被滚花。
根据本发明的方案的压力容器具有的优异效果在于可以减少盖的部件的数量。

具体实施方式
压力容器的整体结构
参照图1描述根据本发明的实施例的压力容器的整体结构。
图1图示出了该实施例的压力容器10的端部。压力容器10构成安装在燃料电池车辆上的罐模块。罐模块包括经由稍后描述的紧固部18等连接的多个压力容器10。
压力容器10包括衬里12和加强层14。衬里12内部填充有氢气。加强层14用作从外部覆盖衬里12的加强部。
衬里12通过使用诸如尼龙的树脂材料形成。衬里12形成为具有两个开口端的大致圆筒形状。在衬里12的纵向方向(箭头Z方向)上的中央具有恒定的内径和恒定的外径的圆筒形部被称为主体12A。构成衬里12的在其纵向方向(箭头Z方向)上的两侧部并随着距主体12A距离的增加而逐渐变窄的部分称为肩部12B。构成衬里12的在其纵向方向(箭头Z方向)上的两端部并且具有比主体12A和肩部12B的内径和外径小的恒定的内径和恒定的外径的圆筒形部被称作小直径端部12C。
加强层14通过使用纤维增强树脂形成。在该实施例中,碳纤维增强塑料(CFRP)用作纤维增强树脂。从外部覆盖衬里12的加强层14形成为使得碳纤维增强塑料缠绕着衬里12的整个外表面。加强层14的厚度从衬里12的主体12A至小直径端部12C增加。加强层14的位于衬里12的小直径端部12C的部分的外径(在压接后述的盖16之前的外径)是基本恒定的外径。
盖16和紧固部18附接到由加强层14覆盖的衬里12的小直径端部12C。衬里12的一个小直径端部12C由紧固部18封闭,并且衬里12的另一小直径端部(未图示出)经由紧固部连接至另一压力容器10。图1图示出了衬里12的由紧固部18封闭的小直径端部12C。
盖的详细结构
接下来,参照图2至图4描述盖16的详细结构。
如图2中图示出的,盖16通过使用金属材料形成为环形的形状(管状)。盖16的轴向方向上的一侧(衬里12的纵向方向上的一侧)由箭头Z表示,并且盖16的径向方向上的外侧由箭头R表示,并且盖16的圆周方向上的一侧由箭头C表示。
盖16包括多个(在该实施例中为八个)盖体20和用作可变形部的桥接部22。盖体20在圆周方向上间隔地布置。桥接部22均在圆周方向上连接在圆周方向上相邻的盖体20。
盖体20形成为在轴向方向上延伸的板状,其厚度方向对应于径向方向并且当沿轴向方向观察时径向向外弯曲。盖体20在轴向方向上的另一侧的端部是径向向外弯曲的凸缘部24。
桥接部22形成为沿轴向方向延伸的板状,其厚度方向对应于径向方向并且当沿轴向方向观察时径向向内弯曲。桥接部22的厚度被设定为小于盖体20的厚度的尺寸。桥接部22的轴向长度被设定为与盖体20的轴向长度相对应的长度。桥接部22在圆周方向上连接在圆周方向上相邻的一个盖体20和另一盖体20的各径向中间部。
在盖体20的外周部上,螺纹槽26沿着圆周方向和轴向方向形成。后述的紧固部18与螺纹槽26螺纹接合。用作接合部的多个接合爪28形成在盖体20的内周部上。当如后面详细描述的那样压接盖16时,接合爪28咬入加强层14的外周部中。
如图3和图4中图示出的,接合爪28形成为锯齿状,当在沿着轴向方向和径向方向截取的剖视图中观看时,其突出的远侧端(径向内侧)为锐角。在实施例中,接合爪28的更靠近衬里12的主体12A定位的表面28A随着到径向外侧的距离减小而朝向主体12A倾斜。接合爪28的与衬里12的主体12A相反地定位的表面28B是沿着径向方向的垂直表面。在该实施例中,接合爪28设置成使得接合爪28的远侧端28C呈现出交叉阴影线图案。换句话说,形成接合爪28的部分被滚花。因此,接合爪28沿着形成加强层14的纤维增强树脂中的纤维延伸。也就是说,两个相交的接合爪28之间形成的角度θ等于形成加强层14的纤维增强树脂中的纤维之间的角度。在图4中,纤维30由双点划线表示。在图3中,纤维30的方向(参见图4)由附图标记P表示。
附接盖的过程
接下来,参照图1以及图5至图8描述将盖16等附接到衬里12的小直径端部12C的过程。
如图5和图6中所示,盖16首先被布置在衬里12的小直径端部12C的外周侧(和加强层14的外周侧)(盖布置步骤)。因此,形成在盖16的盖体20上的接合爪28的远侧端28C布置成靠近加强层14的外周表面。
接下来,如图7和图8中图示出的,盖16的直径通过使盖16压接(盖压接步骤)而减小。具体地,通过使均在圆周方向上连接在圆周方向上相邻的盖体20的桥接部22变形,盖体20径向向内移动(使桥接部22变形使得当在轴向方向上观看时桥接部22径向向内弯曲成U形)。因此,接合爪28咬合到加强层14(纤维增强树脂中的树脂部)中。如果加强层14通过树脂传递模塑(RTM)浸渍和固化,变形的桥接部22可以具有密封效果。
通过上述步骤,盖16被附接到衬里12的小直径端部12C。
在盖16被压接的状态(盖压接步骤完成的状态)下,形成在盖体20的外周部上的螺纹槽26限定如图1中所示的外螺纹26A。紧固部18附接至衬里12的小直径端部12C使得形成在紧固部18上的内螺纹18A与外螺纹26A接合(紧固部附接步骤)。在该状态下,盖16布置在盖16不与衬里12中的氢接触的位置。
实施例的作用和效果
接下来,描述实施例的作用和效果。
在上述实施例的压力容器10中,盖16的盖体20通过压接步骤(例如,参见图6和图8)而径向向内移动,并因此,接合爪28咬合到加强层14(纤维增强树脂中的树脂部)。在这种结构中,没有必要设置盖16的分割结构使得接合爪28咬合到加强层14中。结果,减少了盖16的部件的数量,并且能够减少压力容器10的制造成本等。
在实施例中,形成在盖体20的外周部上的螺纹槽26在盖16被压接的状态下限定外螺纹26A。因此,例如可以容易地附接用于将压力容器10连接到其他压力容器10的紧固部18。此外,通过诸如压铸或金属注射成型(MIM)的方法制造盖16可以省略机械加工。
在实施例中,形成在盖16的盖体20上的接合爪28沿着形成加强层14的纤维增强树脂中的纤维延伸。因此,接合爪28咬入加强层14(纤维增强树脂中的树脂部),使得接合爪28推开加强层14中的纤维。因此,当接合爪28咬入加强层14中(使加强层14变形)时,可以减少对形成加强层14的纤维增强树脂中的纤维的损坏。
在实施例中,与衬里12的主体12A相反地定位的接合爪28的表面28B是沿着径向方向的垂直表面。通过使加强层14中的纤维沿着垂直表面对齐,盖16可以与加强层14牢固地接合。
尽管上面已经描述了本发明的一个实施例,但是本发明不限于上述实施例。应当理解,在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以作出除了上述实施例之外的各种修改。

Claims (6)

1.一种压力容器,其特征在于包括:
衬里,其构造成存储气体;
加强部,其包括纤维增强树脂,所述加强部设置成与所述衬里的外表面接触使得所述衬里的所述外表面由所述加强部覆盖;以及
盖,其为环形的形状,所述盖包括:
多个盖体,其具有朝向所述加强部突出的多个接合部,并且所述多个盖体在圆周方向上间隔地布置;以及
可变形部,其在所述圆周方向上连接所述多个盖体中的在所述圆周方向上相邻的盖体,
所述盖以所述可变形部变形成使得所述多个盖体的所述多个接合部与所述加强部接合的状态附接至所述衬里。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压力容器,其特征在于,螺纹槽设置在所述多个盖体的外周部上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的压力容器,其特征在于,所述多个接合部沿着构成所述加强部的所述纤维增强树脂中的纤维延伸。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的压力容器,其特征在于,所述多个接合部中的每个的与所述衬里的主体相反地定位的表面是沿着所述盖的径向方向的垂直表面。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的压力容器,其特征在于,所述多个接合部设置在所述多个盖体的内周部上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的压力容器,其特征在于,设置有所述多个接合部的部分被滚花。
