背景技术
用以输送气体、液体、浆状或粒状物料的一类管状橡胶制品。由内外胶层和增韧层组成,增韧层的材料可用棉纤维、各种合成纤维、碳纤维或石棉、钢丝等,一般胶管的内外胶层材料采用天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶或顺丁橡胶。
但是目前市面上的胶管阻燃效果差,在火情出现的环境下容易出现助燃的反效应,严重的影响了使用安全,同时现有的胶管弹性、韧性较差,在使用时因时间久远容易出现硬化、断裂的问题,严重影响了胶管的使用寿命。因此,本领域技术人员提供了一种阻燃型环保胶管,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃型环保胶管及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种阻燃型环保胶管,包括内胶管、外胶管和增韧层,所述增韧层设置于内胶管和外胶管之间,所述内胶管和外胶管包括以下重量份组分的原料:环氧树脂35-55份、硅胶粉15-20份、EPDM生胶粉100-120份、硅脂油15-25份、氢氧化铝10-15份、氢氧化镁10-15份、醋酸2-5份、山梨酸2-5份、陶土1-5份。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述内胶管和外胶管包括以下重量份组分的原料:环氧树脂38-52份、硅胶粉16-19份、EPDM生胶粉105-115份、硅脂油18-22份、氢氧化铝12-14份、氢氧化镁12-14份、醋酸3-4份、山梨酸3-4份、陶土2-4份。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述内胶管和外胶管包括以下重量份组分的原料:环氧树脂40份、硅胶粉18份、EPDM生胶粉110份、硅脂油20份、氢氧化铝13份、氢氧化镁13份、醋酸3.5份、山梨酸3.5份、陶土3份。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:根据所述内胶管和外胶管的原料,还包括以下制备方法:
S1、将氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、醋酸、山梨酸置入容器中搅拌15min后,再置入超声仪中进行超声分散后得到环保阻燃液;
S2、将环氧树脂和EPDM生胶粉置于密炼机中加热炼胶,待炼胶结束后加入硅脂油和环保阻燃液搅拌均匀后得到半成品胶料;
S3、向半成品胶料中加入硅胶粉和陶土,搅拌10min得到成品胶料;
S4、将成品胶料通过第一螺旋挤出机挤出成型制成内胶管,同时通过编织机将增韧层缠绕编织在内胶管的表面,最后通过第二螺旋挤出机在内胶管的表面包覆上外胶管,制得阻燃型环保橡胶管;
S5、将阻燃型环保橡胶管置于流化床中流化,常温冷却后得到成品。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述增韧层采用玻璃纤维丝。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述S2步骤中环氧树脂和EPDM生胶粉在密炼机中的炼胶时间控制在5-10min,温度控制在90-100℃。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述S5步骤中流化床温度控制在145-155℃、压力值控制在10-15Mpa、时间控制在25-30min,同时流化完成后需在恒温下静置30h。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过添加氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、醋酸和山梨酸,具有优异的阻燃效果,安全系数高,并且无磷无卤不会对环境造成污染,具有良好的环保性,采用玻璃纤维丝作为增韧层,具有较高的耐磨性和韧性,有效的保证了胶管的增体使用寿命,采用EPDM生胶粉作为主要原料,保证了胶管的性能,使其具有良好的抗冲击性。

请参阅图1~2,本发明实施例中,一种阻燃型环保胶管,包括内胶管、外胶管和增韧层,所述增韧层设置于内胶管和外胶管之间,所述内胶管和外胶管包括以下重量份组分的原料:环氧树脂35-55份、硅胶粉15-20份、EPDM生胶粉100-120份、硅脂油15-25份、氢氧化铝10-15份、氢氧化镁10-15份、醋酸2-5份、山梨酸2-5份、陶土1-5份。
进一步的,根据所述内胶管和外胶管的原料,还包括以下制备方法:
S1、将氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、醋酸、山梨酸置入容器中搅拌15min后,再置入超声仪中进行超声分散后得到环保阻燃液;
S2、将环氧树脂和EPDM生胶粉置于密炼机中加热炼胶,待炼胶结束后加入硅脂油和环保阻燃液搅拌均匀后得到半成品胶料;
S3、向半成品胶料中加入硅胶粉和陶土,搅拌10min得到成品胶料;
S4、将成品胶料通过第一螺旋挤出机挤出成型制成内胶管,同时通过编织机将增韧层缠绕编织在内胶管的表面,最后通过第二螺旋挤出机在内胶管的表面包覆上外胶管,制得阻燃型环保橡胶管;
S5、将阻燃型环保橡胶管置于流化床中流化,常温冷却后得到成品。
进一步的,增韧层采用玻璃纤维丝。
进一步的,S2步骤中环氧树脂和EPDM生胶粉在密炼机中的炼胶时间控制在5-10min,温度控制在90-100℃。
进一步的,S5步骤中流化床温度控制在145-155℃、压力值控制在10-15Mpa、时间控制在25-30min,同时流化完成后需在恒温下静置30h。
实施例2:
按照相同步骤重复实施例1,不同于实施例1的是:内胶管和外胶管包括以下重量份组分的原料:环氧树脂38-52份、硅胶粉16-19份、EPDM生胶粉105-115份、硅脂油18-22份、氢氧化铝12-14份、氢氧化镁12-14份、醋酸3-4份、山梨酸3-4份、陶土2-4份。
实施例3:

测试:
从实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中分别提取等量份的阻燃型环保橡胶管,依次放入极限氧指数仪中进行燃烧性能检测,测出结果如下:实施例1产品的极限氧指数为37%;实施例2产品的极限氧指数为39%;实施例1产品的极限氧指数为40%。
综上所述:本发明通过添加氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、醋酸和山梨酸,具有优异的阻燃效果,安全系数高,并且无磷无卤不会对环境造成污染,具有良好的环保性,采用玻璃纤维丝作为增韧层,具有较高的耐磨性和韧性,有效的保证了胶管的增体使用寿命,采用EPDM生胶粉作为主要原料,保证了胶管的性能,使其具有良好的抗冲击性。

1.一种阻燃型环保胶管,包括内胶管、外胶管和增韧层,其特征在于,所述增韧层设置于内胶管和外胶管之间,所述内胶管和外胶管包括以下重量份组分的原料:环氧树脂35-55份、硅胶粉15-20份、EPDM生胶粉100-120份、硅脂油15-25份、氢氧化铝10-15份、氢氧化镁10-15份、醋酸2-5份、山梨酸2-5份、陶土1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型环保胶管,其特征在于,所述内胶管和外胶管包括以下重量份组分的原料:环氧树脂38-52份、硅胶粉16-19份、EPDM生胶粉105-115份、硅脂油18-22份、氢氧化铝12-14份、氢氧化镁12-14份、醋酸3-4份、山梨酸3-4份、陶土2-4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型环保胶管,其特征在于,所述内胶管和外胶管包括以下重量份组分的原料:环氧树脂40份、硅胶粉18份、EPDM生胶粉110份、硅脂油20份、氢氧化铝13份、氢氧化镁13份、醋酸3.5份、山梨酸3.5份、陶土3份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的一种阻燃型环保胶管,其特征在于,根据所述内胶管和外胶管的原料,还包括以下制备方法:
S1、将氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、醋酸、山梨酸置入容器中搅拌15min后,再置入超声仪中进行超声分散后得到环保阻燃液;
S2、将环氧树脂和EPDM生胶粉置于密炼机中加热炼胶,待炼胶结束后加入硅脂油和环保阻燃液搅拌均匀后得到半成品胶料;
S3、向半成品胶料中加入硅胶粉和陶土,搅拌10min得到成品胶料;
S4、将成品胶料通过第一螺旋挤出机挤出成型制成内胶管,同时通过编织机将增韧层缠绕编织在内胶管的表面,最后通过第二螺旋挤出机在内胶管的表面包覆上外胶管,制得阻燃型环保橡胶管;
S5、将阻燃型环保橡胶管置于流化床中流化,常温冷却后得到成品。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型环保胶管,其特征在于,所述增韧层采用玻璃纤维丝。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种阻燃型环保胶管,其特征在于,所述S2步骤中环氧树脂和EPDM生胶粉在密炼机中的炼胶时间控制在5-10min,温度控制在90-100℃。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种阻燃型环保胶管,其特征在于,所述S5步骤中流化床温度控制在145-155℃、压力值控制在10-15Mpa、时间控制在25-30min,同时流化完成后需在恒温下静置30h。
