In this embodiment, a foot mat 35, which is wedge-shaped, is detachably disposed on the base plate 2.
In conclusion, when the training device for the load on the affected leg of the hemiplegic patient is used, the patient stands on the base 2, the first circular arc plate 12 and the second circular arc plate 13 are rotated to place the chest of the patient inside the first circular arc plate 12 and the second circular arc plate 13 from the armpit part of the patient, and the first circular arc plate 12 is connected with the second circular arc plate 13 through the buckle 14. The foot pad 35 is padded under the toes and the lower side of the front sole of the affected side of the patient, the inclination angle of the foot pad 35 is selected based on that the foot of the patient is not painful, and the inclination angle of the foot pad 35 can be increased along with the improvement of the recovery degree of the patient, so that the padding height is increased. And starting the first linear module 23 and the second linear module 24, wherein the first linear module 23 and the second linear module 24 drive the respective slide blocks to move oppositely, and drive the first fixing plate 25 and the second fixing plate 28 to clamp the lower legs and the knee joints of the two lower limbs of the patient. The first air cylinder 16 and the second air cylinder 20 are started, the first air cylinder 16 extends out, the second air cylinder 20 retracts, the first pressing plate 15 and the second pressing plate 19 are driven to press the abdomen of the patient, then the abdomen stretching and contracting actions of the patient to the maximum extent are achieved, and the lumbar auxiliary muscle group of the patient is fully exercised.
After the training of patient's very abdomen and drawing abdomen ends, rotate bedplate 3, rotate folding bracket 4, insert the constant head tank of bedplate 3 downside with folding bracket 4's outer end in, support bedplate 3 into the level, open buckle 14, rotate the arc frame and make the patient sit on bedplate 3, slide foot clamp plate 34 covers foot clamp plate 34 in the side foot upside is suffered from to the patient, and fixed patient suffers from the side foot and avoids patient's sufficient enstrophe. Starting the first linear module 23, driving the first fixing plate 27 to be close to the affected leg of the patient by the slide block of the first linear module 23, rotating the knee fixing plate 32 to the upper side of the knee of the affected side of the patient, and fixing the knee through the groove 33; then, the first linear module 23 is started to make the slide block of the first linear module 23 transversely reciprocate, so as to shake the knee joint at the affected side of the patient and reduce the muscle tension of the affected leg of the patient.
After the tension of the leg muscles on the affected side of the patient disappears, the patient stands up with the help of family members, and the upper end of the trunk of the patient is wrapped at the armpit part of the patient through the arc frame again, so that the patient is prevented from standing unstably; the first fixing plate 27 is used for limiting the affected leg at one side of the affected leg of the patient. The patient lifts the healthy side leg, stands on the affected side leg with one leg, the gravity center of the patient moves to the affected side leg, then the driving mechanism is started, the servo motor 11 drives the gear 9 to rotate through the speed reducer 10, and the sliding block 5 is driven to move downwards through the meshing of the gear 9 and the rack 8; meanwhile, the third linear module 30 is started, the third linear module 30 drives the push rod 31 to move towards the back side of the knee of the affected leg of the patient, the back side of the knee of the leg of the patient is pushed, so that the knee of the affected leg is bent, and the baffle 29 on the first fixing plate 27 can block the knee of the affected leg, so that the affected leg is prevented from being bent excessively. Then, the servo motor 11 rotates reversely, the trunk of the patient is driven to move upwards through the arc frame, and simultaneously the third linear module 30 drives the push rod 31 to move reversely, so that the affected leg of the patient is upright. Therefore, the patient can repeatedly carry the weight to bend the knee and straighten the affected leg, the weight bearing capacity of the affected leg of the patient can be trained, and the foundation is laid for the subsequent walking training of the patient.
Having described embodiments of the present invention, the foregoing description is intended to be exemplary, not exhaustive, and not limited to the embodiments disclosed. Many modifications and variations will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the scope and spirit of the described embodiments.
