By adopting a unitary packaging structure, the propellant and the agent are mixed and stored in the aerosol can, and various factors such as corrosion and corrosion resistance of the aerosol can, stability of feed liquid, stability of pressure and flammability and explosiveness of the product need to be considered for stability of the product, and are strictly restricted by environmental protection and safety regulations.
The national economic development of the household articles in the blank stage, the living standard of people is improved, and the requirements of people on the surrounding environment are higher and higher, the using amount of the air freshener is mainly applied to families, offices, toilets, smoking areas and the like and has higher practical value, American ministerial research and development of water-based air fresheners changes the situation that the conventional alcohol-based air fresheners occupy the market, the water-based air fresheners are accepted by mass users due to the advantages of environmental protection, great reduction of combustion possibility and the like, but the water-based air fresheners essentially adopt L PG or combustible substances such as CO L PG and the like as propellants, so that the water-based air fresheners still have the combustion possibility and are not combustible in use and transportation, the problems that the selected gases such as CO2 and R134 are not suitable for being used as the propellants, CO2 is high in pressure, the filling amount is not allowed to exceed 15g during normal production, the production difficulty is high, the water-soluble and the pressure of the selected gases such as CO2, the R134 is not suitable for mass water storage tank, and the disadvantages of mass water atomization of mass storage and the high water atomization requirement of mass users are easily met with high requirements.
Compared with a unitary packaging technology, the binary packaging technology does not discharge propellants in the using process to reduce the discharge of VOCs, is safer in use, is a safe packaging technology which changes aerosol as an inflammable label, and finds a breakthrough under the double pressure of safety supervision and environmental protection at present.
