本发明涉及骨病和关节病领域，具体地，本发明提供了一种可用于治疗多种骨病和关节病的中药药物组合物。
背景技术
以颈椎病、腰间盘突出症、股骨头坏死、风湿、类风湿等为代表的骨病是临床常见病症和疑难病症，如果处理不当容易导致病情反复乃至致残，不仅影响患者工作和生活质量，而且会给家庭，社会造成沉重的负担。由于对这些疾病的病因尚缺乏明确的认识，因此可用的治疗和处理手段非常有限：如治疗腰间盘突出症时，除对严重情况施以预后不佳的手术外，西医仅能使用胶原蛋白、硫酸软骨素、氨糖等无治疗作用的辅助恢复药物，中医一般用活血化瘀，强筋健骨，补中益气类内外用中药等治疗，疗效也并不确切稳定；西医治疗风湿性关节炎的药物仅有副作用显著的皮质激素类以及非甾体抗炎药，中医则多使用含雷公藤等成分的毒性药物，效果也并不显著。因此，进一步明确颈椎病、腰间盘突出症、股骨头坏死、风湿、类风湿等骨病病因，发挥中医药治疗毒副作用小，慢性病的优势，开发疗效确切的骨病治疗中药，有着巨大的社会价值和市场价值。
现有治疗骨病的中药多仅针对单一病症，配伍简单，辩证不够完善。不仅用途受限，而且由于缺乏系统的认识和相应治疗造成疗效也较为有限。
发明内容
申请人在治疗骨病多年临床经验的基础上，注重肾肝脾三脏功能协调和相互作用，使骨壮、筋舒、肉柔，阴阳气血平衡，顺应脏腑生理特性，协调脏腑之间关系，再根据五行生克制化规律，而达到治疗目的。设计了一种可用于治疗多种骨病的中药组合物，经过进一步研究，使用醋制的方法将儿茶、血竭、乌梢蛇、仙茅、苑丝子、海风藤引药入肝经，增强舒筋理气作用。

具体实施方式
实施例1本发明中药组合物的制备
(1)按照以下重量份称取乳香20、三七20、儿茶10、川断15、红花10、天麻10、木香20、没药10、土虫10、自然铜8、血竭15、木瓜15、杜仲15、冰片8、乌梢蛇5、丹参10、伸筋草20、海风藤20、狗脊20、仙茅10、苑丝子10、透骨草15、鸡血藤15、牛膝20；
(2)将儿茶、血竭、乌梢蛇、仙茅、苑丝子、海风藤与20重量份米醋混合后置于药锅中文火加热，直至醋液被吸尽，随后晾干；
(3)将药材混合，粉碎成粉末，过筛。
此外，按照申请人之前的制备方法，不将儿茶、血竭、乌梢蛇、仙茅、苑丝子、海风藤醋制，直接将各成分粉碎制备对照中药组合物。
实施例2对风湿大鼠关节肿胀的效果
模型制备：选取雄性大鼠50只；从背部注入胶原和完全弗氏佐剂1∶1的混合物0.3mL；连续7日每日将大鼠浸冰水15分钟；浸水结束后选取取食正常，状态较好的关节炎指数大于4的30只大鼠作为模型。
治疗方法：将30只大鼠分为三组，分别给予本发明中药组合物，对照中药组合物和壮骨关节丸粉末(“999”牌，主要成分为醋制乳香、狗脊、骨碎补、熟地黄、没药、断续、桑寄生等)，灌胃0.5g/日。连续治疗21日。

实施例3对骨折病人的骨密度辅助恢复效果。
统计对象为年龄30-50岁之间的上肢骨折患者，均已由正规医院或本诊所进行妥善固定处理。记录其使用本发明的中药组合物(12例)，对照中药组合物(先前本诊所一直使用的药方)(18例)和钙尔奇(9例)4周后的伤处骨密度相比治疗开始时的平均变化值。结果如下：

使用本发明的中药组合物配合推拿或针灸疗法治疗腰间盘突出超过100例，一个月治疗后，治愈率，好转率约为38％和62％，几乎没有无效现象(治愈：腰痛、下肢痛完全消失，活动基本不受限制；好转：腰痛、下肢痛减轻，腰腿活动仍然受限但对常规工作和生活没有影响；无效：腰痛、下肢痛无好转，或好转幅度很小不足以使患者正常工作、生活)。而根据经验，不经醋制的对照组中药组合物治疗时，约有20％的无效情况。

Claims (9)

1.一种治疗多种骨病的中药组合物，其包括以下重量份的成分：乳香5-20、三七10-30、儿茶3-15、川断10-30、红花10-30、天麻10-30、木香10-30、没药5-20、土虫10-30、自然铜3-15、血竭10-30、木瓜10-30、杜仲10-30、冰片3-15、乌梢蛇5-20、丹参10-30、伸筋草15-50、海风藤15-50、狗脊10-30、仙茅10-30、苑丝子10-30、透骨草10-30、鸡血藤10-30、牛膝10-30。
2.根据权利要求1的中药组合物，其由以下重量份的成分组成：乳香20、三七20、儿茶10、川断15、红花10、天麻10、木香20、没药10、土虫10、自然铜8、血竭15、木瓜15、杜仲15、冰片8、乌梢蛇5、丹参10、伸筋草20、海风藤20、狗脊20、仙茅10、苑丝子10、透骨草15、鸡血藤15、牛膝20。
3.根据权利要求1或2的中药组合物，其为粉末剂。
4.根据权利要求3的中药组合物，其中的儿茶、血竭、乌梢蛇、仙茅、苑丝子、海风藤经过醋制。
5.根据权利要求4的中药组合物，其中所述醋制方法为将药材与20重量份米醋混合后置于药锅中文火加热，直至醋液被吸尽，随后晾干。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项的中药组合物，其中所述骨病包括骨折、腰间盘突出症和风湿。
7.醋制儿茶、血竭、乌梢蛇、仙茅、苑丝子、海风藤在制备治疗骨病的药物中的应用。
8.根据权利要求7的应用，其中所述骨病包括骨折、腰间盘突出症和风湿。
9.根据权利要求7或8的应用，其中所述醋制方法为将药材与20份米醋混合后置于药锅中文火加热，直至醋液被吸尽，随后晾干。
