Abstract
The invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for regulating human blood pressure and a preparation method thereof, relating to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine preparations and comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of cordyceps militaris, 15-25 parts of ginseng, 10-20 parts of kudzu root extract, 10-20 parts of chrysanthemum, 8-16 parts of cassia seed, 5-12 parts of white gourd, 7-15 parts of corn stigma, 8-15 parts of gardenia, 5-10 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 5-10 parts of ginkgo, 4-9 parts of maltodextrin, 3-8 parts of corn starch, 30-50 parts of xylitol and 0.5-3 parts of magnesium stearate. The invention selects a plurality of medicinal and edible medicinal materials, extracts 64 pressure reducing molecular groups with the same molecular structure and different pressure reducing functions by subcritical low temperature high-power extraction, can rapidly decompose lipid deposition in blood vessels, reduce fat, resist coagulation, purify blood, and completely remove toxins and garbage in the blood.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine preparations, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for regulating human blood pressure and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Hypertension (hypertension) is a clinical syndrome characterized by an increase in systemic arterial blood pressure (systolic pressure and/or diastolic pressure) (systolic pressure not less than 140 mm hg, diastolic pressure not less than 90 mm hg), which may be accompanied by functional or organic damage to organs such as heart, brain, kidney, etc. Hypertension is the most common chronic disease and also the most major risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. The blood pressure of a normal person fluctuates within a certain range along with the changes of internal and external environments. In the whole population, the blood pressure level gradually increases with age, the systolic pressure is more obvious, but the diastolic pressure shows a descending trend after the age of 50, and the pulse pressure is increased. In recent years, people have increasingly deep knowledge on the effects of multiple risk factors of cardiovascular diseases and the protection of target organs of heart, brain and kidney, the diagnosis standard of hypertension is continuously adjusted, and at present, patients with the same blood pressure level are considered to have different cardiovascular disease risks, so that the concept of blood pressure stratification is provided, namely, the patients with different cardiovascular disease risks are different in proper blood pressure level.
At present, western medicines are generally adopted for treating hypertension, but the western medicines have a lot of side effects caused by hypertension treatment. For example, headache, flushing and ankle edema (15-20%) due to dilated vessels; the heart rate is accelerated, and hypodynamia and gastrointestinal reactions can also occur, or bradycardia, atrioventricular conduction block and overdose can induce heart failure and asthma, and also can have certain influence on blood fat and the like. Therefore, it is the current research direction in the art to provide a drug that can regulate blood pressure without producing side effects.
