3) granulating the soft material by using a swinging granulator, and drying the obtained wet granules in a dryer to ensure that the humidity of the dried granules is 3-6%;
4) adding magnesium stearate into the dried granules obtained in the step 3), uniformly mixing, putting into a tablet press for tabletting, adjusting the filling amount of the tablet press to 0.5g of the weight of the tablet, controlling the tabletting pressure to enable the hardness of the tablet to be 50N, and tabletting to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the tablet.

The preparation method of the kudzu root extract comprises the following steps: cleaning and crushing radix puerariae to obtain coarse particles, putting the coarse particles into water with the mass being 10 times of that of the radix puerariae, decocting for 4 hours, filtering to obtain primary filtrate and filter residue, adding water with the mass being 10 times of that of the filter residue, continuing to decoct for 2 hours to obtain secondary filtrate and filter residue, combining the primary filtrate and the secondary filtrate, standing for 2 hours, filtering, removing the filter residue to obtain radix puerariae extracting solution, concentrating the radix puerariae extracting solution under the conditions of the temperature being 75 ℃ and the vacuum degree being-0.06 MPa to the relative density being 1.10-1.15 to obtain extract, drying and crushing the extract, and sieving with a sieve of 100 meshes and 120 meshes to obtain the fine powder of the radix puerariae extract.
The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for regulating the blood pressure of the human body comprises the following steps:
1) weighing the raw materials of the traditional Chinese medicine composition according to a proportion, respectively cleaning and drying cordyceps militaris, ginseng, chrysanthemum, semen cassiae, white gourd, corn stigma, gardenia, rhizoma polygonati and ginkgo, and then performing subcritical low-temperature extraction, wherein an extracting agent is ethanol, and the mass ratio of each raw material to the extracting agent is 1: 3, extracting at 20 ℃, under 1MPa for 30min for 2 times, combining the extracts of each time, recovering the solvent to obtain the extract of each raw material, and concentrating, drying and crushing the extract of each raw material under reduced pressure to obtain fine powder of each raw material;
2) uniformly mixing the raw material fine powder obtained in the step 1) with maltodextrin, corn starch, a radix puerariae extract and xylitol to obtain a mixture, spraying purified water into the mixture while stirring, wherein the amount of the purified water is 10-15% of the total mass of the mixture, and wetting the mixture to obtain a soft material;
3) granulating the soft material with a swing granulator, drying the obtained wet granules in a dryer at 45 deg.C for 2h, and turning over once at intervals of 0.5h to ensure that the humidity of the dried granules is 3-6%;
4) adding magnesium stearate into the dried granules obtained in the step 3), uniformly mixing, putting into a tablet press for tabletting, adjusting the filling amount of the tablet press to 0.5g of the weight of the tablet, controlling the tabletting pressure to enable the hardness of the tablet to be 50N, and tabletting to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the tablet.

The preparation method of the pueraria extract and the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the embodiment are the same as those in the embodiment 1.

a traditional Chinese medicine composition for regulating human blood pressure comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35 parts of cordyceps militaris, 19 parts of ginseng, 20 parts of kudzu root extract, 12 parts of chrysanthemum, 16 parts of cassia seed, 8 parts of white gourd, 15 parts of corn stigma, 11 parts of gardenia, 10 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 7 parts of ginkgo, 9 parts of maltodextrin, 4 parts of corn starch, 50 parts of xylitol and 1 part of magnesium stearate.
The preparation method of the pueraria extract and the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the embodiment are the same as those in the embodiment 1.
Example 4:
a traditional Chinese medicine composition for regulating human blood pressure comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 28 parts of cordyceps militaris, 25 parts of ginseng, 14 parts of kudzu root extract, 20 parts of chrysanthemum, 10 parts of semen cassiae, 12 parts of white gourd, 9 parts of corn stigma, 15 parts of fructus gardeniae, 6 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 10 parts of ginkgo, 5 parts of maltodextrin, 8 parts of corn starch, 39 parts of xylitol and 3 parts of magnesium stearate.

The preparation method of the pueraria extract and the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the embodiment are the same as those in the embodiment 1.
In summary, the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects: in the embodiments 1-5 of the invention, by selecting a plurality of medicinal and edible medicinal materials, 64 blood-pressure-reducing molecular groups with the same molecular structure and different blood-pressure-reducing functions are extracted at high times at subcritical low temperature, lipid deposition in blood vessels can be rapidly decomposed, blood fat is reduced, anticoagulation is carried out, blood is purified, and toxins and garbage in the blood are completely discharged out of the body.

2) uniformly mixing the raw material fine powder obtained in the step 1) with maltodextrin, corn starch, a kudzu root extract and xylitol to obtain a mixture, spraying purified water into the mixture while stirring, and wetting to obtain a soft material;
3) granulating the soft material by using a swinging granulator, and drying the obtained wet granules in a dryer to ensure that the humidity of the dried granules is 3-6%;
4) adding magnesium stearate into the dried granules obtained in the step 3), uniformly mixing, putting into a tablet press for tabletting, adjusting the filling amount of the tablet press to 0.5g of the weight of the tablet, controlling the tabletting pressure to enable the hardness of the tablet to be 50N, and tabletting to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the tablet.
6. The Chinese medicinal composition for regulating human blood pressure of claim 5, wherein the amount of purified water used in step 2) is 10-15% of the total mass of the mixture.
7. The Chinese medicinal composition for regulating human blood pressure according to claim 5, wherein the drying temperature in step 3) is 40-50 ℃, the temperature is kept for 2-3h, and the mixture is turned over once every 0.5 h.
