Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an antiviral traditional Chinese medicine astragalus blue capsule disease drink for livestock, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
In the prior art, the preparation process of the astragalus-bluestone disease drink comprises the following steps: 300g of astragalus, 200g of isatis root, 200g of dyers woad leaf, 200g of rehmannia root and 100g of red paeony root, the five medicines are decocted with water twice, filtered, the filtrates are combined, concentrated to 1000ml, 0.4 percent of sodium benzoate is added, and the mixture is kept stand, filtered or centrifuged, filled and sterilized to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine. The functions are as follows: remove toxicity, cool blood, supplement qi and nourish yin. The main treatment is as follows: can be used for preventing and treating infectious bursal disease of chicken.
The method for extracting the active ingredients of the five traditional Chinese medicines by adding water and decocting cannot fully realize the cell wall breaking of the five traditional Chinese medicines, so that the dissolution of the active ingredients is limited. Moreover, when the astragalus blue cystic disease drink is taken by livestock, the stomach mouth of the livestock is worsened, the gastrointestinal function is nourished, and the balanced nutrition is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects, the invention provides the veterinary antiviral traditional Chinese medicine Qilanbao disease drink with better disease resistance, a preparation method and application thereof, and simultaneously, vitamins and minerals are added to supplement nutrition for the veterinary and improve immunity.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a preparation method of a veterinary antiviral traditional Chinese medicine Qilanbao disease drink is characterized by comprising the following steps:
respectively crushing astragalus, isatis root, indigowoad leaf, rehmannia root and red paeony root, sieving by a 30-40-mesh sieve, mixing according to a certain proportion to obtain a mixture, soaking the mixture in water, keeping the mixture and the water at a mass ratio of 1:2-3, standing for 30min-1h at 60-70 ℃, and filtering to obtain a material I; putting the first material into a steam explosion tank, introducing steam until the pressure in the steam explosion tank is 2.5-2.7MPa, and performing steam explosion treatment for 2-5min to obtain a second material; boiling the second material in 10-12 times of water for 2 times (heating temperature is 100 ℃), each time for 2-3h, mixing the secondary extract, filtering the extract, concentrating, and sterilizing to obtain a third material;
and adding 0.5-1% of compound vitamin and 0.5-1% of mineral substance into the third material to obtain the veterinary antiviral traditional Chinese medicine Qilan capsule disease drink.
The steam explosion method is adopted to prepare the materials, so that the cells of the five traditional Chinese medicines can be fully damaged, and the effective components can be fully dissolved out. Mixing the mixture with water, standing at 60-70 deg.C for 30min-1h, and pretreating the Chinese medicinal materials before steam explosion to realize rehydration, and is helpful for destroying Chinese medicinal cells during steam explosion.
Vitamins and minerals are added to supplement nutrition for animals, improve immunity, and improve appetite of livestock and poultry, especially sick livestock and poultry.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the astragalus root, the isatis root, the dyers woad leaf, the rehmannia root and the red paeony root is (1-2): (1-2): (1-2): (1-2): (1-2). More preferably, the mass ratio of the astragalus to the radix isatidis to the folium isatidis to the rehmannia to the radix paeoniae rubra is 1:1:1: 1.
Specifically, radix astragali, radix isatidis, folium isatidis, rehmannia glutinosa and radix paeoniae rubra are respectively ground and sieved by a 30-40-mesh sieve, the mixture is mixed according to a certain proportion to obtain a mixture, the mixture is soaked in water, the mass ratio of the mixture to the water is 1:2, standing is carried out for 40min at 70 ℃, and filtering is carried out to obtain a material I.
Preferably, the first material is placed into a steam explosion tank, steam is introduced until the pressure in the steam explosion tank is 2.6MPa, and steam explosion treatment is carried out for 5min to obtain a second material.
And (3) boiling the second material in water with the mass of 12 times for 2 times, and each time for 2.5 hours, combining the secondary extracting solutions, and filtering, concentrating and sterilizing the extracting solutions to obtain a third material.
And adding 0.5 mass percent of compound vitamin and 0.5 mass percent of mineral substance into the material III to obtain the antiviral traditional Chinese medicine Qilanbao disease drink for livestock.
The composition of the compound vitamin is as follows: 0.5-1 part of vitamin B10.5-1 part of vitamin B20.5-1 part of vitamin B61-2 parts of vitamin C, wherein the parts are parts by weight.
The composite mineral comprises the following components: 10-15 parts of iron salt, 2-4 parts of zinc salt and 0.1-0.15 part of iodized salt, wherein the parts are parts by weight.
