5-7 parts of cerasus humilis and 2-5 parts of American ginseng are added into the raw materials according to the parts by weight.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the dietary supplement can promote blood circulation of a human body, dredge microcirculation disturbance, increase bone density, remarkably improve the health level of the human body, has no toxic or side effect, can be taken for a long time, and is suitable for people with weak constitution and pathological signs or symptoms of muscle tissues or bone tissues.

cerasus humilis (Bge) Sok) has high calcium content in its fruit and is also called high calcium fruit. Angiosperma belongs to the genus cerasus of the family Rosaceae of the order Rosales of the order dicotyledonae.
