Abstract
本发明涉及一种激活免疫力抵抗病毒的组合物及其制备方法和应用,主要原料采用了β环糊精,搭配天然植物成分辣木叶粉、肉桂粉、松花粉、人参粉、牛磺酸以及大豆肽等主要原料,经先进科学技术配伍精制而成的,能够有效预防呼吸道病毒传播并且可以有效改善人体免疫系统活性的健康产品。本发明提供的组合物具有安全高效、易被人体吸收、无依赖性等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及功能食品及保健食品领域,特别涉及一种激活免疫力抵抗病毒的组合物及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
免疫系统是人体抵抗各种致病原的重要武器。免疫力是人体自身的防御机制,是人体识别和消灭外来侵入的任何异物(病毒、细菌等),处理衰老、损伤、死亡、变性的自身细胞,以及识别和处理体内突变细胞和病毒感染细胞的能力,是人体识别和排除“异己”的生理反应。健康的免疫系统能预防疾病、保持健康;相反,当免疫系统发生异常时,身体就会出现各种问题。因此,世界卫生组织把良好的免疫力作为21世纪健康人应具备的十大要素之一。
病毒与细菌不同,细菌个体较大,而且结构复杂,能独立完成繁殖,我们用药物攻击它任何一个结构,使其结构破坏而死亡。但是病毒就不同,虽然结构简单,只有几条DNA链包一层蛋白质外壳构成。但病毒不能独立完成繁殖,它必须通过感染其他细胞才能完成繁殖。当病毒侵入人体后它必须进入细胞内,与细胞融为一体,如果我们用药物来杀病毒,就会同时危害人体细胞。现在中西医治疗病毒性疾病一般都采用对症支持疗法,让身体内的免疫系统去抵抗病毒,当免疫系统强于病毒时,病毒就会被清除,疾病就治愈了。
目前增强免疫力直接有效的方法是食用功能性食品进行调理,然而,制备有效增强人体免疫力的功能性食品是目前急需解决的问题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种激活免疫力抵抗病毒的组合物,包含β环糊精,辣木叶粉、肉桂粉、松花粉、人参粉、牛磺酸以及大豆肽。
优选的是,包含主料和辅料,所述主料包含β环糊精,辣木叶粉、肉桂粉、松花粉、人参粉、牛磺酸以及大豆肽;所述辅料包含低聚果糖、山梨糖醇、硬脂酸镁。
上述任一方案优选的是,所述组合物主料质量分数为:β环糊精1-20%、辣木叶粉1-20%、肉桂粉1-20%、松花粉1-20%、人参粉1-20%、牛磺酸1-20%以及大豆肽1-20%;辅料质量分数为:低聚果糖1%-45%、山梨糖醇DC1-45%、硬脂酸镁0.1-2%。主料与辅料的比为0.5-1:1-3。
上述任一方案优选的是,所述组合物主料质量分数为:β环糊精5-15%、辣木叶粉1-10%、肉桂粉1-15%、松花粉1-15%、人参粉1-15%、牛磺酸1-15%以及大豆肽1-15%;辅料质量分数为:低聚果糖20%-35%、山梨糖醇DC10-40%、硬脂酸镁0.1-1%。主料与辅料的比为0.5-1:1-3。上述任一方案优选的是所述人参粉中人参皂苷的含量≥80%。
上述任一方案优选的是,所述组合物可以制成片剂、胶囊剂、粉剂、颗粒剂中的任意一种。
上述任一方案优选的是,用于预防呼吸道病毒传播。
上述任一方案优选的是,用于制成的激活免疫力抗病毒功能性食品或保健食品。
一种激活免疫力抵抗病毒的组合物的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
(1)称量组合物主料各原料并过80目筛;
(2)称量组合物辅料各原料并过80目筛;
(3)制备湿颗粒:将主料各原料过60目筛混合均匀,加入乙醇制成软材,过10-28目筛网制得湿颗粒;
(4)干燥:将制得湿颗粒在40℃-80℃干燥,控制水分≤5%,得干颗粒;
(5) 整粒:将干燥好的颗粒与辅料混合,用14-30目筛网整粒,得合格颗粒;
(6)压片:将(5)制得的合格颗粒压片,控制片重800mg/片;
(7)内包装;
(8)外包装;
(9)质验;
(10)入库。
上述任一方案优选的是,主料各原料质量分数为:β环糊精1-20%、辣木叶粉1-20%、肉桂粉1-20%、松花粉1-20%、人参粉1-20%、牛磺酸1-20%以及大豆肽1-20%。
上述任一方案优选的是,辅料各原料质量分数为:低聚果糖1%-45%、山梨糖醇DC1-45%、硬脂酸镁0.1-2%。
上述任一方案优选的是,主料与辅料的配比为0.5-1:1-3。
上述任一方案优选的是,步骤(3)中先将原料中的β环糊精,松花粉、人参粉、牛磺酸以及大豆肽进行混合,混合时间10-15min,混合物与原料辣木叶粉、肉桂粉、进行混合,混合时间20-25min。
上述任一方案优选的是,步骤(3)中所述乙醇溶液浓度为30%-80%。
上述任一方案优选的是,步骤(5)中所述干颗粒与辅料低聚果糖、山梨糖醇以及硬脂酸镁混合,混合时间5-10min。
本发明提供的组合物制成功能食品,方便使用,可以激活人体免疫力抵抗病毒。

具体实施方式
主料:β环糊精,辣木叶粉、肉桂粉、松花粉、人参粉、牛磺酸以及大豆肽。
β环糊精:广泛应用于分离有机化合物及用于有机合成,也用作医药辅料、食品添加剂等。人们将天然环糊精和修饰环糊精与一些不具备生物相容性的药物分子制备成包合物,增加了药物的生物相容性,还起到了缓释的作用。
辣木叶粉:降血糖、降脂、降压、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、通便、利尿、驱虫、改善睡眠等功效,长期食用可增强人体免疫功能,延缓衰老、预防疾病。
肉桂粉:兼有香味诱食、药物保健、饲料防霉、促生长四种功能,具有很强的抗菌活性,对葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、链球菌、肠炎沙门氏菌、霍乱弧菌等有强大的杀菌作用,并有抗流感病毒作用,提高成活率;开胃健脾,补脾益气,吃对胃肠道有温和的刺激作用,可促进消化液的分泌,兴奋胃肠平滑肌,加快胃肠蠕动,改善肠粘膜功能,促进营养物质的吸收,排除肠内积气;并能够显著改善饲料适口性,增加动物的采食量,既能明显提高机体的免疫力,减少应激反应,又能促进其生长;添加量少,综合成本低;替代抗生素、激素,完全无残留。
松花粉:增强机体的免疫力,松花粉中富含的花粉多糖、黄酮类化合物、维生素及矿物质等,其中黄酮类化合物可以增强机体的特异性和非特异性免疫能力,花粉多糖能激活巨噬细胞的吞噬能力,而维生素(维生素A、维生素C、维生素E等)及矿物质成分(铁、锌、硒、钙等)是机体免疫系统正常运作的必要物质。
人参粉:对癌细胞的生长有抑制作用,能诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,逆转肿瘤细胞异常分化,抗肿瘤转移,与化疗药物联用能起到增效减毒的作用。 除去抗肿瘤作用外,人参粉具有提高机体免疫力、抗菌、改善心脑血管供血不足、调节中枢神经系统、抗疲劳、延缓衰老等作用。
牛磺酸:牛磺酸具有提高细胞免疫吞噬功能,促进免疫球蛋白的生成的作用,
牛磺酸可以促进营养物质代谢,从而提高人体抗氧化能力,增强机体免疫力,具有多种生理功能,是人体健康必不可少的一种营养素。
大豆肽:大豆肽为小分子的蛋白质,非常容易被人体吸收,吸收速度是普通蛋白质的20倍、氨基酸的3倍,大豆肽含有精氨酸、谷氨酸。精氨酸可以增加人体重要免疫器官-胸腺的体积和健康程度增强免疫力;大量病毒侵入人体的时候,谷氨酸可以产生免疫细胞,击退病毒。
辅料:低聚果糖、山梨糖醇、硬脂酸镁。
低聚果糖:作为生物活性益生元和水溶性膳食纤维,既能满足人体基本的生理功能和新陈代谢的需要,又能促进人体健康,其功效相辅相成,相得益彰。
山梨糖醇:具有良好的保湿性能,可使食品保持一定的水分,防止干燥,还可防止糖,盐等析出结晶,能保持甜,酸,苦味强度的平衡,增强食品的风味,由于它是不挥发的多元醇,所以还有保持食品香气的功能。
硬脂酸镁:硬脂酸镁是保健品中常添加的一种辅料,主要用作润滑、抗粘、助流。
实施例1
为了使本领域普通技术人员能更好的理解本技术方案,下面结合附图(工艺流程图)和实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步的阐述。
制备工艺:
(1)称量、过筛:上述配方除低聚果糖、山梨糖醇DC、硬脂酸镁外,称取配方量的原料,粉碎过80目筛,备用;
(2)辅料低聚果糖、山梨糖醇(直接压片)过20目筛,备用;
(3)制粒:将配方量的肉桂粉、辣木叶粉、β-环糊精、人参粉、松花粉、牛磺酸以及大豆肽过60目筛混合均匀后,加30%-80%乙醇制软材,过10-28目筛网制得湿颗粒;
(4)干燥:将制得湿颗粒在40℃-80℃干燥,控制水分≤5%,得干颗粒;
(5)整粒:将干燥好的颗粒用14-30目筛网整粒,得合格颗粒;
(6)压片:将上述合格颗粒压片,控制片重800mg/片;
(7)内包装:60片/瓶,包装材料符合YBB00122002口服固体药用高密度聚乙烯瓶的标准;
(8)外包装;用符合GB/T 6543包装用单瓦楞纸箱和双瓦楞纸箱的纸箱包装;
(9)质验:待验品经取样由质检员进行成品检验;
(10)入库:合格产品进行入库。
将上述配方平行试制三批,分别放大100倍,进行中试放大试验,三组平行实验的结果如下:
对通过上述工艺制得的压片糖果进行三次中试,中试结果均为合格。
实施例2
与实施例1不同的是原料中主料和辅料的含量,主料质量分数为β环糊精2.5%、辣木叶粉2.5%、肉桂粉10%、松花粉15%、人参粉15%、牛磺酸10%、大豆肽5%;辅料质量分数为低聚果糖20%、山梨糖醇DC18%、硬脂酸镁2%。

效果评测:增强免疫力动物实验
对本品增强免疫力功能进行评价,进行了增强免疫力动物实验,过程如下:
⑴受试样品
上述实施1中试制备的压片糖果。成人日服用量建议剂量为,800mg/片,
每日三片,即2.4g/60kg·bw。
⑵实验动物
二级雌性Balb/c小鼠60只,体重17-22g,使用屏障级动物房饲养,饲
室温度20~25℃,湿度55~65%,光照12h/d。
⑶剂量选择
动物购回,基础饲料喂养3天后,按随机分组原则分为6组,每组10
只,低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组和优选剂量组,400mg/kg·bw组、800mg/kg·bw组、1200mg/kg·bw组以及600mg/kg·bw组(分别相当于推荐日服用建议剂量的10 倍、20倍、30倍和15倍),另设置阴性对照组和阳性对照组。实验组以相应剂量的样品灌胃,阴性对照组以等体积蒸馏水灌胃。每日一次,连续灌胃30天。
⑷组合物样品对小鼠迟发型变态反应(DTH)的影响
抗原攻击后24小时,高剂量组和优选剂量组与阴性对照组小鼠相比,足跖肿胀度有显著性差异P(<0.05),且效果较阳性对照组强,具体见表1。
⑸组合物样品对小鼠血清溶血素产生的影响
各剂量组与阴性对照组小鼠相比,抗体积数均无显著性差异P(>0.05),具 体见表2。
⑹抗体生成细胞检测
低剂量组组与阴性对照组小鼠相比,抗体生成细胞数无显著性差异P(>0.05);阳性对照组、中高剂量组及优选剂量组与阴性对照组小鼠相比,抗体生成细胞数均有显著性差异P(<0.05),具体见表3。
结论:
在小鼠迟发型变态反应试验中,高剂量组及优选剂量组与阴性对照组小
鼠相比,足跖肿胀度有显著性差异P(<0.05), 且效果较阳性对照组强。在小鼠血清溶血素测定试验中,各剂量组与阴性对照组小鼠相比,抗体积数均无显著性差异。
在抗体生成细胞检测试验中,中,高剂量组和与阴性对照组小鼠相比,抗体生成细胞数均有显著性差异P(<0.05),而优选剂量组较中高剂量组和阳性对照组又有提高。综上,根据评价标准,本发明制备的组合物片剂具有增强免疫力的功能。
试用案例效果:
1. 病例选取
征集64名呼吸道病毒引起的病毒性感冒患者为志愿者,将其分为受试组和对照组,其中受试组32例,其中受试组男11例,女21例,年龄19-63岁;对照组32例,其中男10例,女22例,年龄17-68岁,两组病例无显著性差异,具有可比性。
2.治疗方案与疗效标准
治疗方案:治疗组用本发明实施例1制备的压片糖果,一天三片,早种晚三次服用。对照组999抗病毒口服液,一次10ml,一日2-3次,有并发症加服头孢氨苄胶囊。
疗效判断标准:
显效:24小时内体温恢复止常,主要症状基本消失;
有效:48小时内体温逐渐下降,但未降至正常,主要症状明显减轻;
无效:超过48小时体温无改变,症状无减轻或加重。
3.治疗结果
综上,本发明提供的配方工艺制备的压片糖果,能够有效激活免疫力,并对呼吸道病毒有良好的抵抗作用,将组合物制成保健食品方便使用,安全有效。

Claims (10)
1.一种激活免疫力抵抗病毒的组合物,包含β环糊精,辣木叶粉、肉桂粉、松花粉、人参粉、牛磺酸以及大豆肽。
2.如权利要求1所述的激活免疫力抵抗病毒的组合物,其特征在于,包含主料和辅料,所述主料包含β环糊精,辣木叶粉、肉桂粉、松花粉、人参粉、牛磺酸以及大豆肽,所述辅料包含低聚果糖、山梨糖醇、硬脂酸镁。
3.如权利要求2所述的激活免疫力抵抗病毒的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物主料质量分数为:β环糊精1-20%、辣木叶粉1-20%、肉桂粉1-20%、松花粉1-20%、人参粉1-20%、牛磺酸1-20%以及大豆肽1-20%;辅料质量分数为:低聚果糖1%-45%、山梨糖醇DC1-45%、硬脂酸镁0.1-2%;主料与辅料的配比为0.5-1:1-3。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的激活免疫力抵抗病毒的组合物,其特征在于,所述人参粉中人参皂苷的含量≥80%。
5.如权利要求1-4任一项所述的激活免疫力抵抗病毒的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物可以制成片剂、胶囊剂、粉剂、颗粒剂中的任意一种。
6.如权利要求1-4所述的激活免疫力抵抗病毒的组合物,其特征在于,用于预防呼吸道病毒传播。
7.如权利要求1-4所述的激活免疫力抵抗病毒的组合物,其特征在于,用于制成的激活免疫力抗病毒功能性食品或保健食品。
8.一种激活免疫力抵抗病毒的组合物的制备方法,包含权利要求1-4任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于,制备步骤如下:
(1)称量组合物主料各原料并过80目筛;
(2)称量组合物辅料各原料并过80目筛;
(3)制备湿颗粒:将主料各原料过60目筛混合均匀,加入30%-80%乙醇制成软材,过10-28目筛网制得湿颗粒;
(4)干燥:将制得湿颗粒在40℃-80℃干燥,控制水分≤5%,得干颗粒;
(5) 整粒:将干燥好的颗粒与辅料混合,用14-30目筛网整粒,得合格颗粒;
(6)压片:将(5)制得的合格颗粒压片,控制片重800mg/片;
(7)内包装;
(8)外包装;
(9)质验;
(10)入库。
9.如权利要求8所述的激活免疫力抵抗病毒的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,主料各原料质量质量分数为:β环糊精1-20%、辣木叶粉1-20%、肉桂粉1-20%、松花粉1-20%、人参粉1-20%、牛磺酸1-20%以及大豆肽1-20%。
10.如权利要求8所述的激活免疫力抵抗病毒的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,辅料各原料质量分数为:低聚果糖1%-45%、山梨糖醇DC1-45%、硬脂酸镁0.1-2%。
