Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of chemical disinfectants, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly efficient composite disinfectant used for industries such as air disinfection, household disinfection, fruit corrosion prevention, medical disinfection, aquaculture, sewage treatment and the like and a preparation method thereof. The composite disinfectant is prepared by taking polyhexamethylene guanidine or polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride, orange peel oil, a surfactant, ethanol and purified water as raw materials through a specific method. Compared with the traditional chemical disinfectant, the product has the advantages of broad-spectrum sterilization, high effect taking speed, long-term bacteriostasis, no irritation, no corrosion, safe use, environmental protection, no pollution, capability of degrading in the natural world, easy water dissolution, convenient use, fragrant smell and the like, thereby being popular with consumers.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of chemical disinfectants, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly efficient composite disinfectant used for industries such as air disinfection, household disinfection, fruit corrosion prevention, medical disinfection, aquaculture, sewage treatment and the like and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The disinfectant is a preparation for killing pathogenic microorganisms (bacterial propagules, mycobacteria, viruses, fungi, spores thereof and the like) on a transmission medium to meet the harmless requirement, and can be used for killing the pathogenic microorganisms out of a human body, cutting off the transmission path of infectious diseases and achieving the purpose of controlling the infectious diseases.
According to different components, the existing chemical disinfectants are mainly divided into two categories of inorganic disinfectants and organic disinfectants, the disinfectants are widely applied in daily production and life and make great contribution to the life safety and the body health of human beings, however, as people continuously deepen the understanding of the disinfectants, the defects of the existing disinfectants are increasingly remarkable: the inorganic disinfectant has the characteristics of high-efficiency sterilization, quick action, no residue, small environmental pollution and the like, but most of the inorganic disinfectants need to be prepared for use on site and have short preservation time, so that an effective antibacterial protective layer cannot be formed on the surface of an object, and meanwhile, most of the inorganic disinfectants have pungent smell and have a certain corrosion effect on the disinfectant body; the traditional organic disinfectants have the characteristics of long lasting time, stable property and the like, but the residual time of the organic matters in the environment is too long, the environment is easily polluted, and some products such as phenol disinfectants have large irritation to human bodies, are easy to cause cancer after long-term contact and have lower use safety.
At present, guanidine components are rarely used for preparing disinfectant products, mainly because of weak disinfection effect and poor sterilization effect, and only have certain killing effect on fungi, viruses and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides an environment-friendly efficient composite disinfectant, which is a compound disinfectant prepared by taking polyhexamethylene guanidine or polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride as a base and orange peel oil, a surfactant and ethanol as auxiliary materials, and can achieve the effects of efficient sterilization and long-term bacteriostasis.
The polyhexamethylene guanidine or polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride has the characteristics of wide bactericidal spectrum, low effective concentration, stable property, high water solubility, high pH value, wide temperature application range, no color, no smell, no combustion, no explosion, safe use, easy natural degradation, no pollution and the like. The orange peel oil is a natural organic matter extracted from orange peels, is colorless and transparent, has pleasant orange faint scent, is harmless to human bodies, is environment-friendly, can be degraded in the nature, and has good ductility and permeability. The ethanol is a traditional middle-effect disinfectant, and can play a role in disinfection only by acting for a long time at a higher concentration. The surfactant selected in the invention is a nonionic surfactant, and cannot generate a combination reaction with the polyhexamethylene guanidine, the effective concentration of the polyhexamethylene guanidine is further reduced by adding the surfactant, and the surfactant is also helpful for promoting the emulsification of orange peel oil and the mixing and dissolving of the orange peel oil and purified water.
Through long-term research, the inventor finds that after polyhexamethylene guanidine or polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride is compounded with orange peel oil, the original structure of a microbial cell membrane is changed through the accumulation of the orange peel oil on the surface of a microorganism, so that the polyhexamethylene guanidine or polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride can quickly destroy the structure of the microbial cell membrane, and the sterilization and disinfection effects of the product can be obviously improved.
On the basis of the research, the invention firstly provides an environment-friendly high-efficiency composite disinfectant, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
10-20 parts of guanidine polymer, 2-5 parts of orange peel oil,
5-10 parts of surfactant, 10-20 parts of ethanol,
the rest is supplemented to 100 parts by purified water.
Preferably, the guanidine polymer in the raw material of the composite disinfectant is polyhexamethylene guanidine or polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride.
Preferably, the surfactant in the raw materials of the composite disinfectant is one or a mixture of more of polysorbate and nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether.
Preferably, the composite disinfectant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
20 parts of polyhexamethylene guanidine, 5 parts of orange peel and orange oil,
10 parts of surfactant, 20 parts of ethanol,
45 parts of purified water.
Preferably, the composite disinfectant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
15 parts of polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride, 4 parts of orange peel and orange oil,
10 parts of surfactant, 10 parts of ethanol,
and 61 parts of purified water.
Preferably, the composite disinfectant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
15 parts of polyhexamethylene guanidine, 5 parts of orange peel and orange oil,
10 parts of surfactant, 20 parts of ethanol,
50 parts of purified water.
Preferably, the composite disinfectant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
10 parts of polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride, 2 parts of orange peel and orange oil,
8 parts of surfactant, 20 parts of ethanol,
60 parts of purified water.
Further, the compound disinfectant is prepared by the following method:
(1) dissolving orange peel oil in ethanol, and stirring at normal temperature for 15 minutes to obtain a colorless transparent solution;
(2) adding a surfactant into the solution obtained in the step (1), and stirring for 15 minutes at normal temperature to obtain a solution A;
(3) dissolving a guanidine polymer in purified water, and stirring for 15 minutes at normal temperature to obtain a colorless transparent solution B;
(4) and mixing the solution A and the solution B, and stirring for 15 minutes at normal temperature to obtain the colorless and transparent disinfectant with orange peel fragrance.
Furthermore, the invention also relates to the application of the composite disinfectant in the industries of air disinfection, family disinfection, fruit preservation, medical disinfection, aquaculture and sewage treatment.
Compared with the traditional chemical disinfectant, the composite disinfectant has the following advantages:
(1) broad-spectrum sterilization, quick response, long-term bacteriostatic effect and capability of effectively inhibiting secondary pollution of microorganisms;
(2) the paint has no irritation to human bodies, no corrosion to various materials and safe use;
(3) the environment-friendly and pollution-free degradable environment-friendly material is environment-friendly and can be degraded in nature;
(4) easy to dissolve in water and convenient to use;
(5) has no pungent smell, has pleasant orange fragrance, and is popular with consumers.

In the present invention, all reagents and raw materials are commercially available or commonly used in the art, unless otherwise specified. The methods in the following examples are conventional in the art unless otherwise specified.
Example 1
An environment-friendly efficient composite disinfectant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
20 parts of polyhexamethylene guanidine, 5 parts of orange peel and orange oil,
10 parts of surfactant, 20 parts of ethanol,
45 parts of purified water.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) dissolving 5 parts of orange peel oil in 20 parts of ethanol, and stirring at normal temperature for 15 minutes to obtain a colorless transparent solution;
(2) adding 10 parts of surfactant into the solution obtained in the step (1), and stirring for 15 minutes at normal temperature to obtain a solution A;
(3) dissolving 20 parts of polyhexamethylene guanidine in 45 parts of purified water, and stirring for 15 minutes at normal temperature to obtain a colorless transparent solution B;
(4) and mixing the solution A and the solution B, and stirring for 15 minutes at normal temperature to obtain the colorless and transparent disinfectant with orange peel fragrance.
Example 2
An environment-friendly efficient composite disinfectant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
15 parts of polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride, 4 parts of orange peel and orange oil,
10 parts of surfactant, 10 parts of ethanol,
and 61 parts of purified water.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) dissolving 4 parts of orange peel oil in 10 parts of ethanol, and stirring for 15 minutes at normal temperature to obtain a colorless transparent solution;
(2) adding 10 parts of surfactant into the solution obtained in the step (1), and stirring for 15 minutes at normal temperature to obtain a solution A;
(3) dissolving 15 parts of polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride in 61 parts of purified water, and stirring at normal temperature for 15 minutes to obtain a colorless transparent solution B;
(4) and mixing the solution A and the solution B, and stirring for 15 minutes at normal temperature to obtain the colorless and transparent disinfectant with orange peel fragrance.
Example 3
An environment-friendly efficient composite disinfectant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
15 parts of polyhexamethylene guanidine, 5 parts of orange peel and orange oil,
10 parts of surfactant, 20 parts of ethanol,
50 parts of purified water.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) dissolving 5 parts of orange peel oil in 20 parts of ethanol, and stirring at normal temperature for 15 minutes to obtain a colorless transparent solution;
(2) adding 10 parts of surfactant into the solution obtained in the step (1), and stirring for 15 minutes at normal temperature to obtain a solution A;
(3) dissolving 15 parts of polyhexamethylene guanidine in 50 parts of purified water, and stirring for 15 minutes at normal temperature to obtain a colorless transparent solution B;
(4) and mixing the solution A and the solution B, and stirring for 15 minutes at normal temperature to obtain the colorless and transparent disinfectant with orange peel fragrance.
Example 4
An environment-friendly efficient composite disinfectant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
10 parts of polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride, 2 parts of orange peel and orange oil,
8 parts of surfactant, 20 parts of ethanol,
60 parts of purified water.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) dissolving 2 parts of orange peel oil in 20 parts of ethanol, and stirring for 15 minutes at normal temperature to obtain a colorless transparent solution;
(2) adding 8 parts of surfactant into the solution obtained in the step (1), and stirring for 15 minutes at normal temperature to obtain a solution A;
(3) dissolving 10 parts of polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride in 60 parts of purified water, and stirring for 15 minutes at normal temperature to obtain a colorless transparent solution B;
(4) and mixing the solution A and the solution B, and stirring for 15 minutes at normal temperature to obtain the colorless and transparent disinfectant with orange peel fragrance.
While the preferred embodiments and examples of the present invention have been described in detail, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments and examples, and various changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention within the knowledge of those skilled in the art.
Claims (9)
1. An environment-friendly efficient composite disinfectant is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
10-20 parts of guanidine polymer, 2-5 parts of orange peel oil,
5-10 parts of surfactant, 10-20 parts of ethanol,
the rest is supplemented to 100 parts by purified water.
2. The composite disinfectant as set forth in claim 1, wherein the guanidine polymer is polyhexamethylene guanidine or polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride.
3. The composite disinfectant as set forth in claim 1, wherein the surfactant is one or more of polysorbate and polyoxyethylene nonyl phenyl ether.
4. The composite disinfectant as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that said composite disinfectant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
20 parts of polyhexamethylene guanidine, 5 parts of orange peel and orange oil,
10 parts of surfactant, 20 parts of ethanol,
45 parts of purified water.
5. The composite disinfectant as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that said composite disinfectant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
15 parts of polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride, 4 parts of orange peel and orange oil,
10 parts of surfactant, 10 parts of ethanol,
and 61 parts of purified water.
6. The composite disinfectant as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that said composite disinfectant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
15 parts of polyhexamethylene guanidine, 5 parts of orange peel and orange oil,
10 parts of surfactant, 20 parts of ethanol,
50 parts of purified water.
7. The composite disinfectant as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that said composite disinfectant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
10 parts of polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride, 2 parts of orange peel and orange oil,
8 parts of surfactant, 20 parts of ethanol,
60 parts of purified water.
8. Composite disinfectant according to any of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that it is prepared by the following method:
(1) dissolving orange peel oil in ethanol, and stirring at normal temperature for 15 minutes to obtain a colorless transparent solution;
(2) adding a surfactant into the solution obtained in the step (1), and stirring for 15 minutes at normal temperature to obtain a solution A;
(3) dissolving a guanidine polymer in purified water, and stirring for 15 minutes at normal temperature to obtain a colorless transparent solution B;
(4) and mixing the solution A and the solution B, and stirring for 15 minutes at normal temperature to obtain the colorless and transparent disinfectant with orange peel fragrance.
9. Use of the composite disinfectant according to any one of claims 1-7 in air disinfection, home disinfection, fruit preservation, medical disinfection, aquaculture, sewage treatment industry.
