According to the present invention, the microbial bacteria used by the present invention are Bacillus sphaericus microbial bacteria, Bacillus subtilis microbial bacteria, or Bacillus thuringiensis microbial bacteria. Therefore, the safety of the fungus itself has been sufficiently confirmed. For this reason, the formaldehyde decomposing agent according to the present invention is completely pollution-free at the time of production or use, and does not adversely affect the environment or the human body. In addition, since the livestock excrement treated at 60 to 150 degrees Celsius is used as a nutrient source for microbial bacteria, the raw materials can be obtained at a very low cost. Since it is also an environmental problem, it is extremely useful for effective use of livestock manure.

Furthermore, the powder that is a mixture of these microorganisms and livestock excrement treated at high temperature has not only a formaldehyde decomposition function, but also a water-added liquid, or a gel absorbed by a water-absorbing gelling agent, etc. Since it has an ability to decompose formaldehyde even in a state, it can be used in a wide variety of states.
Moreover, since the formaldehyde decomposing agent of the present invention keeps the microbial bacteria integrated with the nutrient source, the microbial bacteria can act for a long time, and the durability of the formaldehyde decomposition effect can be increased.

The formaldehyde-degrading agent of the present invention is a high-temperature 60-150 ° C. Bacillus sphaericus microbial bacterium, Bacillus subtilis microbial bacterium, or Bacillus thuringiensis microbial bacterium. Moisture is added to the powder mixed with the treated animal droppings or the powder mixed with the animal droppings treated at a high temperature of 60 to 150 degrees to make a liquid, or the liquid is made into a water-absorbing gelling agent, gelatin and agar. It is obtained by absorbing.

The microbial bacteria to be included in the formaldehyde decomposition agent of the present invention are Bacillus sphaericus microbial bacteria, Bacillus subtilis microbial bacteria, or Bacillus thuringiensis microbial bacteria. These microorganisms are known and can be easily cultured from soil, seawater, freshwater sediments, foods, and the like. Moreover, these microorganisms are safe for the environment and the human body, and it is possible to provide formaldehyde decomposing agents using them as extremely safe products.

The livestock droppings used in the present invention are preferably cow droppings, pig droppings, or chicken droppings, and various animal droppings such as horse droppings can be used as necessary. Livestock excrement contains many germs, and in order to remove the effects of these germs, high temperature treatment is performed at 60 to 150 degrees for 5 hours. The livestock excrement treated at high temperature is dried and solid, and the microbe of the present invention is mixed with the solid livestock excrement pulverized and powdered.

According to the present invention, the powder obtained by mixing the above-mentioned microbial fungus with the livestock excrement treated with high temperature itself has an action of decomposing formaldehyde, but more preferably, the powder has moisture. By adding, it becomes possible to further enhance the formaldehyde decomposition effect.

Further, according to the present invention, the formaldehyde decomposition agent in a gel state can be obtained by making the powder into a liquid and further putting it in a water-absorbing gelling agent, gelatin and agar.
Thus, since the formaldehyde decomposing agent of the present invention can be selected from various forms such as powder, liquid, or gel state, it is possible to provide a formaldehyde decomposing agent having a very wide range of use. .

Next, a method for using the formaldehyde decomposing agent of the present invention will be described.
Whether in powder, liquid, or gel form, the formaldehyde decomposer is contained in a container and placed in a room where formaldehyde is present or near the source of formaldehyde. It is possible to use.

Furthermore, the liquid formaldehyde decomposing agent can be used by spraying the formaldehyde decomposing agent of the present invention on the surface of wallpaper, wall finish, furniture, fittings, etc., which is the source of formaldehyde. . For those that can absorb liquid, the formaldehyde decomposition agent can be absorbed from the surface of the object into the interior by spraying or coating. It is also possible to spray a formaldehyde decomposing agent in a gas containing formaldehyde or on the surface of an object in contact with formaldehyde.

Since formaldehyde is water-soluble, when decomposing formaldehyde in water, powdery or liquid formaldehyde decomposing agent is sprayed into water or a solid block containing formaldehyde decomposing agent is formed, A method of placing it in water is also possible.

Next, the experiment conducted in order to confirm the effect of the formaldehyde decomposition agent which is this invention is demonstrated.
The formaldehyde decomposition agent which concerns on this invention is manufactured in the following procedure.
After the feces are treated at 60-150 ° C. for 5 hours at high temperature, they are pulverized, and 1-10 g of Bacillus sphaericus microbial bacteria are added to and mixed with 100 g of feces.
10 ml of water was added to 1 g of the mixed powder to produce the liquid formaldehyde decomposition agent of Example 1.
Next, 1000 g of the formaldehyde decomposing agent of Example 1 was absorbed into 50 g of a water-absorbing gelling agent (trade name: K1 Gel-201K, manufacturer: Kuraray Co., Ltd.), and the gel-like formaldehyde decomposing agent of Example 2 was absorbed. Manufactured.

In order to measure the decomposition performance of formaldehyde, 1 ml of the formaldehyde decomposition agent of Example 1 and 1 g of the formaldehyde decomposition agent of Example 2 were installed in a test container of a 5 liter Tedlar bag, and the amount of gas in the container was 3 liters. The gas concentration of formaldehyde was adjusted to 15 ppm, and left in a sealed state for a predetermined time. The temperature in the test chamber was 20 ° C.
The measurement concerning the gas concentration of formaldehyde was performed after 2 hours, 24 hours, and 48 hours.
As a comparative control, the same measurement was performed for the case where no formaldehyde decomposition agent was contained. The measurement results are shown in Table 1.

Figure 2007302706
Figure 2007302706

From the results of Table 1, it can be easily understood that Examples 1 and 2 according to the present invention have extremely high formaldehyde decomposition performance as compared with Comparative Examples. In addition, when Example 1 is compared with Example 2, the liquid tends to exhibit a formaldehyde decomposition effect relatively quickly. However, in the measurement over a long period of time, the gel-like decomposition agent is more effective than the decomposition effect. It can be seen that is sustained.
In addition, in the case of using Bacillus subtilis or Bacillus thuringiensis, instead of the Bacillus sphaericus microbial, the formaldehyde It was confirmed to have a decomposition effect.

According to the present invention, while using highly safe microorganisms, the manufacturing cost is suppressed, there is no pollution at the time of production or use, it does not affect the environment or the human body, and it is durable even during use. Furthermore, it is possible to provide a formaldehyde decomposing agent capable of efficiently decomposing formaldehyde and a method for using the same.
