一种色斑检测方法及电子设备,用于解决现有技术中色斑检测结果不准确的问题。该方法包括:获取待检测图像,并将所述待检测图像转换到Lab颜色空间,得到Lab图像。提取所述Lab图像中的色斑特征,得到色斑特征图像,所述色斑特征图像包括皮表色斑特征以及皮下色斑特征。确定所述色斑特征图像中的皮表色斑和皮下色斑。
