The private parking space short-time renting method based on big data as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step S4, the tenant can scan the two-dimensional code through the tenant mobile terminal to search the parking space information of the parking space and establish an order when observing that the rentable state display board is in an upright state.

The method for short-term lease of a private parking space based on big data as claimed in claim 1, wherein in said step S5, if said tenant needs to renew its lease for a time period outside the rentable time period of said private parking space due to accident, the tenant can make the e-lessor negotiate the renewal time via the leasing platform.

The method for short-term lease of private parking space based on big data as claimed in claim 1, wherein in said step S6, if the tenant leaves the parking space for reasons in advance, the tenant end command is submitted to the lease platform in advance, and the lease platform refunds a part of the lease money.

A short-time rental method for private parking spaces based on big data as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step S1, when the hirer registers for application, a certain amount of deposit is required to be paid to prevent the hirer from refunding to the hirer when the predetermined time is not reached, and meanwhile, if refund occurs, the rental platform sends information to the hirer to replenish the deposit after refunding; the parking stall person of hiring pays certain amount and guarantees the fund in order to prevent overtime parking and forget automatic deduction when paying, and the platform of hiring simultaneously will send information to the parking stall person of hiring and mend the deposit amount after overtime deduction.

The private parking space short-time renting method based on big data as claimed in claim 1, wherein the renting platform has a blockchain database for storing renter or tenant information, an aggregation payment gateway for secure payment, a lifting device for remotely controlling a rentable state display board or a remote operation platform for intelligently locking lifting, and client-side APP software for a tenant mobile terminal or a renter mobile terminal; the lessor mobile terminal and the tenant mobile terminal are mobile phones provided with rental platform APP software, and lessors or tenants carry out respective operation through the APP software of the tenant platform; the leasing platform APP has an operation module and a scanning function for lessors and tenants to submit relevant information.

The private parking space short-time renting system based on big data is characterized by comprising an intelligent ground lock, a tenant mobile terminal, a renter mobile terminal, a renting platform and a rentable state display board, wherein the intelligent ground lock, the tenant mobile terminal, the renter mobile terminal, the rentable platform and the rentable state display board are installed on the private parking space; the intelligent ground lock comprises a base fixed on a private parking space, a stop lever is arranged on the base and is of a U-shaped structure, a fixed rod is fixed on two sides of the stop lever, penetrates through the base and is rotatably connected to the base, a transmission mechanism is arranged in the base and comprises a driving motor, a driving gear fixedly connected to an output shaft of the driving motor and a driven gear fixedly connected to the fixed rod; the driving gear is meshed with the driven gear; a groove for lifting the rentable state display board is arranged above the base, and the rentable state display board is connected in the base through a lifting device and can be lifted in the base; the base is also internally provided with a main control circuit board and a power supply; the main control circuit board is connected with the remote operation platform through a wire or a wireless network, the main control circuit board is connected with the driving motor and the lifting device to control the driving motor or the lifting device to act, and the power supply supplies power to the whole intelligent ground lock and the lifting device.
