技术领域
本发明涉及汽车混合动力驱动系统技术领域,尤其涉及一种发动机和电机动力耦合机构及汽车。
背景技术
近几十年来,世界各国汽车工业都面临着能源危机与环境保护两大挑战。为此,各国政府纷纷制定相应对策,力图开发出新一代清洁节能型汽车。以电能作为动力源,无污染、清洁、高效的电动汽车因此逐渐登上历史舞台,发展前景十分诱人。电动汽车(EV)是一种电力驱动的道路交通工具,具有广泛的内涵,一般包括蓄电池电动汽车或纯电动汽车(BEV)、混合动力电动汽车(HEV)和燃料电池电动汽车(FCEV),由于电池技术的瓶颈,纯电动和燃料电池电动汽车技术发展相对缓慢。目前,混合动力电动汽车由于其高的能量效率和低的排放性能向传统汽车提出了极大挑战,发展势态迅猛,市场化进程很快。我国“十五”国家高新技术研究发展计划将电动汽车以重大专项列入,并且将混合动力电动汽车作为现阶段电动汽车发展的重点和方向。
混合动力电动汽车是在纯电动汽车开发过程中为有利于市场化而产生的一种新车型。一般是指采用内燃机和电动机两种动力,将内燃机与储能器件通过先进控制系统相结合,提供车辆行驶所需要的动力。通过先进的控制系统使两种动力装置有机协调配合,实现最佳能量分配,达到低能耗、低污染和高度自动化的新型汽车。混合动力汽车按混合方式不同,可分为串联式、并联式和混联式三种;按混合度(电机功率与内燃机功率之比)的不同,又可分为微混合、轻度混合和全混合三种。
现有技术中混合动力驱动系统一般采用双行星轮机构,结构复杂,成本高,体积大。发动机通过行星机构的行星架输入,齿圈输出。在发动机和电机速度耦合过程中,齿圈增速输出混合动力,但是在低档时具有动力性不高的缺点。因此有必要在现有技术的基础上对发动机和电机动力耦合机构进行改进。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于现有技术中动力耦合机构中行星齿轮机构多为双行星齿轮机构,结构复杂,占用空间大,且在低档时,动力性较差的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明针对现有技术的不足和缺陷,采用单行星齿轮机构且改变发动机动力输入和输出路线,改变在低档时的动力性问题。
本发明提供了一种发动机和电机动力耦合机构,包括发动机、电机、单向离合器、制动器、闭锁离合器和行星齿轮机构,所述行星齿轮机构包括齿圈、太阳轮和行星架;
所述发动机通过输出轴和单向离合器与所述齿圈和齿圈连接轴连接,所述制动器一端固定在壳体上,所述制动器的另一端分别与所述输出轴和单向离合器连接,所述电机的转子通过太阳轮连接轴与所述太阳轮和所述闭锁离合器连接为一体;所述行星齿轮机构用于耦合所述发动机和电机的动力通过所述行星架和输入轴与自动变速器连接。

(1)本发明采用单行星轮行星齿轮机构,并布置在所述电机转子的内部空间内,结构简单、成本低且结构紧凑、体积小。
(2)本发明发动机动力通过齿圈输入,行星架输出,在发动机和电机速度耦合过程中通过行星架减速输出混合动力,在低档时,动力性能更好。
(3)本发明发动机减震组件的一端设置有制动器,行星齿轮机构与电机转子之间设置有闭锁离合器,且所述闭锁离合器用于太阳轮与齿圈或行星架啮合,离合器传递扭矩小,可以减小离合器体积,闭锁离合器和制动器的设置可以减轻电机及发动机的连接难度,且通过其配合使用可以实现多种行驶模式。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1:
如图1所示,本发明实施例1提供了一种发动机和电机动力耦合机构,包括发动机1、电机7、单向离合器13、制动器4、闭锁离合器5、行星齿轮机构6和自动变速器9,所述行星齿轮机构6为单行星轮齿轮机构,包括齿圈61、行星轮62、太阳轮63和行星架64,所述行星轮62通过轴承支撑在所述行星架64上,所述行星轮62一端与所述齿圈61啮合,所述行星轮62的另一端与所述太阳轮63啮合,所述行星架64与所述输入轴8连接。
所述发动机1通过输出轴2和单向离合器13与齿圈连接轴10连接,所述齿圈连接轴10与所述齿圈61连接,所述制动器4的主动端固定在壳体12上,所述制动器4的被动端分别与所述输出轴2和单向离合器13连接。
所述电机7的转子71通过太阳轮连接轴11与所述太阳轮63和所述闭锁离合器5连接为一体;所述行星齿轮机构6用于耦合所述发动机1和电机7的动力通过所述行星架64和输入轴8与所述自动变速器9连接。
具体地,所述输出轴2与所述制动器4之间还设置有减震组件3,所述减震组件3一端与所述输出轴2连接,另一端与所述制动器4的被动端连接,所述减震组件3用于降低发动机振动危害。由于发动机在燃料燃烧时引起的冲击和往复运动的惯性力会产生复杂的振动情况,不仅会损坏汽车本身的零部件、恶化工作性能乃至缩短汽车的使用寿命,还会严重影响其他车载设备仪器的正常工作,降低舒适性,因此需要减轻发动机的振动危害。所述减震组件3用于连接发动机1的输出轴2和行星齿轮机构6之间的动力传递,减震组件3中设置有用于缓冲减震的弹簧,通过减震组件可以有效的将发动机振动控制在一定范围内。
具体地,所述齿圈连接轴10一端与所述单向离合器13连接,所述齿圈连接轴10的另一端分别与所述齿圈61和闭锁离合器5的被动端连接为一体,同轴旋转。在本发明实施例中,所述单向离合器13由外环、内环和楔块组成,当它的内环固定时,外环可以沿顺时针方向自由转动,如果外环沿相反方向转动时,外环将被锁住,所述单向离合器13用于通过减震组件3将所述齿圈连接轴10与所述输出轴2连接。
具体地,所述输出轴2与所述输入轴8同轴设置。所述电机7还包括定子72,所述转子71同轴设置在所述定子72内,所述定子72固定在壳体12上。在本发明实施例中,所述输出轴、电机、行星齿轮机构与输入轴均布置在同一轴线上,行星齿轮机构可以设置在电机转子的内部空间内,有利于整个机构轴向结构的高度集成,节约空间和提高系统密封性。
具体地,所述自动变速器9为无变扭器自动变速器或无级变速器。
本发明动力耦合机构可以实现三种行驶模式,每种模式都可以实现自动变速器的多档位行驶。
假设输入轴8的转速为N1,太阳轮连接轴11的转速为N2,齿圈连接轴10的转速为N3,齿圈61齿数/太阳轮63齿数=K,那么,该机构的三个工作模式数学模型如下:
(1)电机驱动模式。控制制动器4接合,齿圈连接轴10闭锁不转,电机7驱动太阳轮连接轴11和太阳轮63旋转,通过行星架64减速输出电机动力。
N2+K*N3-(K+1)*N1=0;
N3=发动机转速=0;
N2=电机转速;
(2)转速耦合驱动模式。控制发动机1启动,驱动齿圈连接轴10和齿圈61旋转;电机7驱动太阳轮连接轴11和太阳轮63旋转,两股动力汇合,通过行星架64汇合,输出混合动力。
N2+K*N3-(K+1)*N1=0;
N3=发动机转速;
N2=电机转速;
(3)扭矩耦合驱动模式。控制闭锁离合器5接合,将行星齿轮机构闭锁,发动机1动力和电机7动力共同驱动行星架64共同旋转,输出混合动力。
N2+K*N3-(K+1)*N1=0;
N2=N3;
N3=发动机转速;
N2=电机转速;
本发明实施例还提供一种汽车,包括车身、底盘及所述的动力耦合机构,所述动力耦合机构设置在所述底盘上。
本发明采用单行星轮行星齿轮机构,所述输出轴、电机、行星齿轮机构与输入轴均布置在同一轴线上,所述行星齿轮机构布置在电机转子的内部空间内,结构简单、紧凑且降低成本。本发明发动机动力通过齿圈输入行星齿轮机构,通过行星架输出,在发动机和电机速度耦合过程中通过行星架减速输出混合动力,在低档时,动力性能更好。本发明行星齿轮机构与电机转子之间设置有闭锁离合器,且所述闭锁离合器用于太阳轮与齿圈或行星架啮合,离合器传递扭矩小,可以减小离合器体积。
实施例2:
如图2所示,本发明实施例2与实施例1的区别在于,所述行星齿轮机构6包括行星轮连接65轴,所述行星轮连接轴65一端与所述行星轮62连接,所述行星轮连接轴65的另一端与所述闭锁离合器5的被动端连接。具体地,所述闭锁离合器的被动端通过行星轮连接轴65和行星轮62与行星架64和输入轴连接为一体。在实际应用中,可以通过闭锁离合器5将电机动力通过行星轮传递给行星齿轮机构。
实施例3:
如图3所示,本发明实施例3与实施例1的区别在于,所述齿圈连接轴10一端与所述齿圈61连接,所述齿圈连接轴10的另一端通过所述单向离合器13与所述制动器4的被动端连接为一体,所述齿轮连接轴10还与所述闭锁离合器5的主动端连接,所述太阳轮连接轴11分别与所述闭锁离合器5的被动端和所述转子71连接为一体。具体地,实施例1中闭锁离合器5和电机7设置在所述行星齿轮机构6的左侧,实施例3中闭锁离合器5和电机7设置在所述行星齿轮机构6的右侧。左右侧以说明书附图中方向为依据。
实施例4
如图4所示,本发明实施例4与实施例1的区别在于,所述齿圈连接轴10一端与所述齿圈61连接,所述齿圈连接轴10的另一端通过所述单向离合器13与所述制动器4的被动端连接,所述行星架64一端与所述输入轴8连接,所述行星架64的另一端分别与所述行星轮62和所述闭锁离合器5的被动端连接。具体地,实施例1中闭锁离合器5和电机7设置在所述行星齿轮机构6的左侧,实施例4中闭锁离合器5和电机7设置在所述行星齿轮机构6的右侧。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应该指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种发动机和电机动力耦合机构,其特征在于,包括发动机(1)、电机(7)、单向离合器(13)、制动器(4)、闭锁离合器(5)和行星齿轮机构(6),所述行星齿轮机构(6)包括齿圈(61)、太阳轮(63)和行星架(64);
所述发动机(1)通过输出轴(2)和单向离合器(13)与所述齿圈(61)和齿圈连接轴(10)连接,所述制动器(4)一端固定在壳体(12)上,所述制动器(4)的另一端分别与所述输出轴(2)和单向离合器(13)连接,所述电机(7)的转子(71)通过太阳轮连接轴(11)与所述太阳轮(63)和所述闭锁离合器(5)连接为一体;所述行星齿轮机构(6)用于耦合所述发动机(1)和电机(7)的动力通过所述行星架(64)和输入轴(8)与自动变速器(9)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种发动机和电机动力耦合机构,其特征在于,所述行星齿轮机构(6)还包括行星轮(62),所述行星轮(62)通过轴承支撑在所述行星架(64)上,所述行星轮(62)一端与所述齿圈(61)啮合,所述行星轮(62)的另一端与所述太阳轮(63)啮合,所述行星架(64)与所述输入轴(8)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种发动机和电机动力耦合机构,其特征在于,所述齿圈连接轴(10)一端与所述单向离合器(13)连接,所述齿圈连接轴(10)的另一端分别与所述齿圈(61)和闭锁离合器(5)的被动端连接为一体,同轴旋转。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种发动机和电机动力耦合机构,其特征在于,所述输出轴(2)与所述制动器(4)之间还设置有减震组件(3),所述减震组件(3)一端与所述输出轴(2)连接,另一端与所述制动器(4)的被动端连接,所述减震组件(3)用于降低发动机振动危害。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种发动机和电机动力耦合机构,其特征在于,所述输出轴(2)、电机(7)、行星齿轮机构(6)和所述输入轴(8)均设置在同一轴线上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种发动机和电机动力耦合机构,其特征在于,所述电机(7)还包括定子(72),所述转子(71)同轴设置在所述定子(72)内,所述定子(72)固定在壳体(12)上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种发动机和电机动力耦合机构,其特征在于,所述行星齿轮机构(6)包括行星轮连接(65)轴,所述行星轮连接轴(65)一端与所述闭锁离合器(5)的被动端连接,所述行星轮连接轴(65)的另一端通过所述行星轮(62)与所述行星架(64)和所述输入轴(8)连接为一体。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种发动机和电机动力耦合机构,其特征在于,所述齿圈连接轴(10)一端与所述齿圈(61)连接,所述齿圈连接轴(10)的另一端通过所述单向离合器(13)与所述制动器(4)的被动端连接,所述齿圈连接轴(10)还与所述闭锁离合器(5)的主动端连接,所述太阳轮连接轴(11)分别与所述闭锁离合器(5)的被动端和所述转子(71)连接为。
9.根据权利要求2所述的一种发动机和电机动力耦合机构,其特征在于,所述齿圈连接轴(10)一端与所述齿圈(61)连接,所述齿圈连接轴(10)的另一端通过所述单向离合器(13)与所述制动器(4)的被动端连接,所述行星架(64)一端与所述输入轴(8)连接,所述行星架(64)的另一端分别与所述行星轮(62)和所述闭锁离合器(5)的被动端连接。
10.一种汽车,包括车身、底盘及权利要求1-9任一项所述的动力耦合机构,其特征在于,所述动力耦合机构设置在所述底盘上。
