现有技术中的混动变速器系统主要基于目前成熟的双离合变速器技术和电动机控制技术,通过变换挡位可使驱动电动机和发动机相对较长时间段内工作在高效率区间,提高了工作效率,增加了车辆动力性,提高了车辆燃油经济性,保持有传统车辆的驾驶乐趣,但该混动系统存在以下问题:
1.档位多,控制复杂;
2.机械结构多,制造成本高;
3.单电机,无法同时兼顾发电和驱动,可实现的混动模式少;
4.发动机与发电机通过档位连接,高效率区间匹配程度低;
5.电机驱动无法与全档位配合,需要通过切换档位来实现动力传递;
6.电机外置,整体布置空间占用大。
发明内容
本发明第一方面的目的是要提供一种动力传递装置,解决现有技术中动力传递装置的驱动效率较低的技术问题。
本发明第一方面的进一步目的是要避免产生换挡冲击。
本发明第二方面的目的是要提供一种具有上述动力传递装置的动力总成。
本发明第三方面的目的是要提供一种具有上述动力总成的车辆。
根据本发明第一方面的目的,本发明提供了一种动力传递装置,包括:
第一输入轴,与第一动力装置的输出轴连接;
第二输入轴,与第二动力装置的输出轴连接;
第三输入轴,与第三动力装置的输出轴连接;
输出轴,用于输出动力;
传动机构,连接在所述第一输入轴与所述第二输入轴之间、所述第二输入轴与所述输出轴之间以及所述第三输入轴与所述输出轴之间;
控制机构,用于控制所述传动机构的动力传递路径,所述动力传递路径包括由所述第二输入轴输入的动力同时传递至所述第一输入轴和所述输出轴、由所述第三输入轴输入的动力单独地传递至所述输出轴、由所述第二输入轴输入的动力单独地传递至所述输出轴、由所述第一输入轴和所述第二输入轴输入的动力同时传递至所述输出轴、由第一输入轴、所述第二输入轴和所述第三输入轴输入的动力同时传递至所述输出轴。
可选地,当所述第二动力装置单独作为动力源时,所述传动机构的挡位包括第二动力一挡和第二动力二挡;
当所述第三动力装置单独作为动力源时,所述传动机构的挡位包括第三动力挡位;
当所述第一动力装置和所述第二动力装置同时作为动力源时,所述传动机构的挡位包括双动力一挡和双动力二挡;
当所述第一动力装置、所述第二动力装置和所述第三动力装置同时作为动力源时,所述传动机构的挡位包括多动力一挡和多动力二挡。
可选地,所述传动机构包括:
第一主动齿轮,套设在所述第二输入轴上且随其同步旋转;
与所述第一主动齿轮啮合的第一从动齿轮,套设在所述第一输入轴上且随其同步旋转。
可选地,所述传动机构还包括:
第二主动齿轮,套设在所述第三输入轴上且随其同步旋转;
与所述第二主动齿轮啮合的第二从动齿轮,套设在所述输出轴上且随其同步旋转。
可选地,所述传动机构还包括:
中间轴,通过离合器与所述第二输入轴连接或断开,所述离合器与所述第二输入轴固定连接;
行星轮系,其包括太阳轮、一组行星轮、行星架和齿圈,所述太阳轮与所述中间轴同轴设置且固定连接,所述齿圈与所述离合器固定连接,所述行星架与所述第二从动齿轮传动连接以作为动力输出件;
制动器,与所述中间轴同轴设置且固定连接,所述制动器与所述动力传递装置的壳体可连接或断开。
可选地,所述第二动力一挡的动力传递路径为:所述第二输入轴、所述离合器、所述中间轴、所述太阳轮、所述一组行星轮、所述行星架、所述第二从动齿轮以及所述输出轴之间顺次传递,此时,所述制动器与所述壳体断开;
所述第二动力二挡的动力传递路径为:所述第二输入轴、所述离合器、所述齿圈、所述一组行星轮、所述行星架、所述第二从动齿轮以及所述输出轴之间顺次传递,此时,所述制动器与所述壳体连接,以锁住所述太阳轮;
所述第三动力挡位的动力传递路径为:所述第三输入轴、所述第二主动齿轮、所述第二从动齿轮以及所述输出轴之间顺次传递。
可选地,所述双动力一挡的动力传递路径为:所述第一输入轴、所述第一从动齿轮、所述第一主动齿轮、所述第二输入轴、所述离合器、所述中间轴、所述太阳轮、所述一组行星轮、所述行星架、所述第二从动齿轮以及所述输出轴之间顺次传递,此时,所述制动器与所述壳体断开;

可选地,包括:纯电动驱动模式、纯发动机驱动模式、混合动力驱动模式、串联驱动模式、充电模式和制动能量回收模式;
所述纯电动驱动模式:所述第二电机单独驱动车辆行驶;
所述纯发动机驱动模式:所述发动机单独驱动车辆行驶;
所述混合动力驱动模式:所述第一电机和所述发动机共同驱动车辆行驶;或所述第一电机、所述第二电机和所述发动机共同驱动车辆行驶;或所述第二电机和所述发动机共同驱动车辆行驶;
所述充电模式:所述发动机驱动所述第一电机充电且驱动车辆行驶;
所述制动能量回收模式:所述第二电机在车辆处于制动时进行能量回收。
根据本发明第三方面的目的,本发明还提供了一种车辆,其安装有上述的动力总成。
本发明的动力传递装置包括与第一动力装置的输出轴连接的第一输入轴、与第二动力装置的输出轴连接的第二输入轴、与第三动力装置的输出轴连接的第三输入轴、用于输出动力的输出轴、传动机构以及控制机构。其中,传动机构连接在第一输入轴与第二输入轴之间、第二输入轴与输出轴之间以及第三输入轴与输出轴之间。控制机构用于控制传动机构的动力传递路径,动力传递路径包括由第二输入轴输入的动力同时传递至第一输入轴和输出轴、由第三输入轴输入的动力单独地传递至输出轴、由第二输入轴输入的动力单独地传递至输出轴、由第一输入轴和第二输入轴输入的动力同时传递至输出轴、由第一输入轴、第二输入轴和第三输入轴输入的动力同时传递至输出轴。本发明的动力传递装置具有多种动力传递路径,通过三个动力装置的相互配合以及合理的速比匹配,能够使得车辆的整个动力系统的效率达到最优,能够满足车辆的动力性和经济性要求。
进一步地,本发明中第三动力装置只配有一个挡位,可以避免车辆在行驶过程中产生换挡冲击。

图1是根据本发明一个实施例的动力传递装置100的示意性结构图。如图1所示,在一个具体地实施例中,动力传递装置100一般性地可包括与第一动力装置的输出轴60连接的第一输入轴10、与第二动力装置的输出轴60连接的第二输入轴20、与第三动力装置的输出轴60连接的第三输入轴30、用于输出动力的输出轴60、传动机构40以及控制机构50。其中,传动机构40连接在第一输入轴10与第二输入轴20之间、第二输入轴20与输出轴60之间以及第三输入轴30与输出轴60之间。控制机构50用于控制传动机构40的动力传递路径,动力传递路径包括由第二输入轴20输入的动力同时传递至第一输入轴10和输出轴60、由第三输入轴30输入的动力单独地传递至输出轴60、由第二输入轴20输入的动力单独地传递至输出轴60、由第一输入轴10和第二输入轴20输入的动力同时传递至输出轴60、由第一输入轴10、第二输入轴20和第三输入轴30输入的动力同时传递至输出轴60。
本发明的动力传递装置100具有多种动力传递路径,通过三个动力装置的相互配合以及合理的速比匹配,能够使得车辆的整个动力系统的效率达到最优,能够满足车辆的动力性和经济性要求。
进一步地,当第二动力装置单独作为动力源时,传动机构40的挡位包括第二动力一挡和第二动力二挡。当第三动力装置单独作为动力源时,传动机构40的挡位包括第三动力挡位。当第一动力装置和第二动力装置同时作为动力源时,传动机构40的挡位包括双动力一挡和双动力二挡。当第一动力装置、第二动力装置和第三动力装置同时作为动力源时,传动机构40的挡位包括多动力一挡和多动力二挡。
图2是根据本发明另一个实施例的动力传递装置100的示意性结构图。如图2所示,在另一个实施例中,传动机构40包括套设在第二输入轴20上且随其同步旋转的第一主动齿轮401以及与第一主动齿轮401啮合的第一从动齿轮402,其套设在第一输入轴10上且随其同步旋转。
进一步地,传动机构40还包括套设在第三输入轴30上且随其同步旋转的第二主动齿轮411以及与第二主动齿轮411啮合的第二从动齿轮412,其套设在输出轴60上且随其同步旋转。
进一步地,传动机构40还包括通过离合器403与第二输入轴20连接或断开的中间轴404、行星轮系以及与中间轴404同轴设置且固定连接的制动器409。其中,离合器403与第二输入轴20固定连接,行星轮系包括太阳轮405、一组行星轮406、行星架408和齿圈407,太阳轮405与中间轴404同轴设置且固定连接,齿圈407与离合器403固定连接,行星架408与第二从动齿轮412传动连接以作为动力输出件。制动器409与动力传递装置100的壳体可连接或断开。控制机构50用于控制离合器403与中间轴404的结合或断开,以及用于控制制动器409与壳体的连接或断开。
进一步地,传动机构40还包括输出轴主动齿轮410、差速器齿圈和差速器,差速器齿圈与输出轴主动齿轮410传动连接,输出轴主动齿轮410套设在输出轴60上且随其同步旋转。
具体地,第二动力一挡的动力传递路径为:第二输入轴20、离合器403、中间轴404、太阳轮405、一组行星轮406、行星架408、第二从动齿轮412以及输出轴60之间顺次传递,此时,制动器409与壳体断开;
第二动力二挡的动力传递路径为:第二输入轴20、离合器403、齿圈407、一组行星轮406、行星架408、第二从动齿轮412以及输出轴60之间顺次传递,此时,制动器409与壳体连接,以锁住太阳轮405,也就是让太阳轮405无法旋转;
第三动力挡位的动力传递路径为:第三输入轴30、第二主动齿轮411、第二从动齿轮412以及输出轴60之间顺次传递。
具体地,双动力一挡的动力传递路径为:第一输入轴10、第一从动齿轮402、第一主动齿轮401、第二输入轴20、离合器403、中间轴404、太阳轮405、一组行星轮406、行星架408、第二从动齿轮412以及输出轴60之间顺次传递,此时,制动器409与壳体断开;
双动力二挡的动力传递路径为:第一输入轴10、第一从动齿轮402、第一主动齿轮401、第二输入轴20、离合器403、齿圈407、一组行星轮406、行星架408、第二从动齿轮412以及输出轴60之间顺次传递,此时,制动器409与壳体连接,以锁住太阳轮405,也就是让太阳轮405无法旋转;
多动力一挡的动力传递路径为:双动力一挡的动力传递路径与第三动力挡位的动力传递路径同时传递;
多动力二挡的动力传递路径为:双动力二挡的动力传递路径与第三动力挡位的动力传递路径同时传递。
图3是根据本发明一个实施例的动力总成200的示意性结构图。如图3所示,在一个具体地实施例中,动力总成200包括第一电机70、第二电机90、发动机80和上述任一项实施例中的动力传递装置100。其中,第一电机70与第一输入轴10相连,第二电机90与第三输入轴30相连,发动机80与第二输入轴20相连,且发动机80与第二输入轴20之间还设有扭转减震器。本发明为了更好使用第一电机70高效率区间,在发动机80和第一电机70之间设置速比,从而可以提高动力总成200效率。这里,第一电机70和第二电机90可以根据具体车型选择,能够满足更多车型的需求,也可以通过调整第一电机70和第二电机90的功率灵活适配不同容量的整车电池,对于插电式混合动力汽车、混合动力汽车均能兼容。对于整车成本敏感的车型,可以通过减小电池容量、电池功率、电机控制器电流以将动力总成200成本做到最优。
进一步地,本发明包括纯电动驱动模式、纯发动机驱动模式、混合动力驱动模式、充电模式和制动能量回收模式。
具体地,纯电动驱动模式为第二电机90单独驱动车辆行驶,本发明的第二电机90只有一个挡位,可以实现纯电动驱动模式下无任何冲击产生。纯发动机驱动模式为发动机80单独驱动车辆行驶,且行星轮系与制动器409的配合,空间紧凑且能够为发动机80提供合适的速比选择,提供高效的匹配方案。混合动力驱动模式包括三种情况,第一种:第一电机70和发动机80共同驱动车辆行驶;第二种:第一电机70、第二电机90和发动机80共同驱动车辆行驶;第三种:第二电机90和发动机80共同驱动车辆行驶。其中,第三种情况使用较多,因为第一种情况的驱动效率较高,第一种和第二种情况使用极少,因为第一种和第二种情况的驱动效率较低。充电模式为发动机80驱动第一电机70充电且同时驱动车辆行驶。制动能量回收模式为第二电机90在车辆处于制动时进行能量回收,本发明混动功能全面,可实现上述多种驱动模式。发动机80、第一电机70和第二电机90,将离合器403断开,就可以实现怠速充电。发动机80与第一电机70搭配合适的速比,可利用发动机80最佳工作效率阶段对蓄电池进行充电。行星轮系、离合器403与制动器409的配合,可以使得发动机80在直接驱动过程中有两个速比可以选择,覆盖低速和高速的需求,使得发动机80的直接驱动效率更高,因此也使得整车降低了对第二电机90的功率扭矩需求,从而降低了成本。
本发明还提供了一种车辆,其安装有上述任一项实施例中的动力总成200。对于动力总成200,这里不一一赘述。
本发明针对目前大多数双离合混动变速器的电机不能驱动所有档位从而不满足动力性和经济性要求,本发明通过将两个电机分别位于动力总成200的两侧,第一电机70通过速比与发动机80高效匹配,使发动机80能够一直处于高效工作区域。第二电机90为高速电机,通过合理的速比匹配,能够满足车辆的动力性和经济性要求。本发明采用2速的动力传递装置100的动力性能能做到与传统混动7速双离合器等效。同时,通过第一电机70的速比匹配,发动机80直驱的速比可选,电机驱动的策略工作,能够使整个动力总成200的效率达到最优,确保整车一定动力性情况下,大大地提升整车经济性。
本发明的动力传递装置100挡位较少,控制比较简单,使用较少的结构元件,制造成本较低。另外,本发明的第一电机70和第二电机90内置,高度集成,使得动力总成200布置更紧凑。
本发明中发动机80、第一电机70和第二电机90作为传动系统动力源,发动机80与第一电机70通过速比相连,可高效匹配地实现怠速发电功能。第一电机70发的电可存储至电池供第二电机90使用,也可以通过PCM(Pulse Code Modulation,脉冲编码调制)直接给第二电机90提供电源。当离合器403与中间轴404脱开时,发动机80不参与驱动,当离合器403与中间轴404结合时,通过制动器409与壳体的连接与脱开,使得发动机80有两个速比直接驱动车辆行驶,大速比提供大扭矩,满足动力性要求,小速比满足整车最优经济性的同时满足最高车速要求。发动机80参与直驱过程中,第二电机90可以适时地参与驱动,实现并联模式,通过第一电机70、第二电机90与发动机80的配合,使发动机80能够一直处于最高效区间工作。通过速比及电机转速的匹配,能让整车的使用工况更多地落在电机的高效区间,从而实现整个驱动装置系统的最高效。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (6)

1.一种动力传递装置,其特征在于,包括:
第一输入轴,与第一动力装置的输出轴连接;
第二输入轴,与第二动力装置的输出轴连接;
第三输入轴,与第三动力装置的输出轴连接;
输出轴,用于输出动力;
传动机构,连接在所述第一输入轴与所述第二输入轴之间、所述第二输入轴与所述输出轴之间以及所述第三输入轴与所述输出轴之间;
控制机构,用于控制所述传动机构的动力传递路径,所述动力传递路径包括由所述第二输入轴输入的动力同时传递至所述第一输入轴和所述输出轴、由所述第三输入轴输入的动力单独地传递至所述输出轴、由所述第二输入轴输入的动力单独地传递至所述输出轴、由所述第一输入轴和所述第二输入轴输入的动力同时传递至所述输出轴、由第一输入轴、所述第二输入轴和所述第三输入轴输入的动力同时传递至所述输出轴;
当所述第二动力装置单独作为动力源时,所述传动机构的挡位包括第二动力一挡和第二动力二挡;
当所述第三动力装置单独作为动力源时,所述传动机构的挡位包括第三动力挡位;
当所述第一动力装置和所述第二动力装置同时作为动力源时,所述传动机构的挡位包括双动力一挡和双动力二挡;
当所述第一动力装置、所述第二动力装置和所述第三动力装置同时作为动力源时,所述传动机构的挡位包括多动力一挡和多动力二挡;
所述传动机构还包括:
第二主动齿轮,套设在所述第三输入轴上且随其同步旋转;
与所述第二主动齿轮啮合的第二从动齿轮,套设在所述输出轴上且随其同步旋转;
所述传动机构还包括:
中间轴,通过离合器与所述第二输入轴连接或断开,所述离合器与所述第二输入轴固定连接;
行星轮系,其包括太阳轮、一组行星轮、行星架和齿圈,所述太阳轮与所述中间轴同轴设置且固定连接,所述齿圈与所述离合器固定连接,所述行星架与所述第二从动齿轮传动连接以作为动力输出件;
制动器,与所述中间轴同轴设置且固定连接,所述制动器与所述动力传递装置的壳体可连接或断开;
所述第二动力一挡的动力传递路径为:所述第二输入轴、所述离合器、所述中间轴、所述太阳轮、所述一组行星轮、所述行星架、所述第二从动齿轮以及所述输出轴之间顺次传递,此时,所述制动器与所述壳体断开;
所述第二动力二挡的动力传递路径为:所述第二输入轴、所述离合器、所述齿圈、所述一组行星轮、所述行星架、所述第二从动齿轮以及所述输出轴之间顺次传递,此时,所述制动器与所述壳体连接,以锁住所述太阳轮;
所述第三动力挡位的动力传递路径为:所述第三输入轴、所述第二主动齿轮、所述第二从动齿轮以及所述输出轴之间顺次传递。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动力传递装置,其特征在于,所述传动机构包括:
第一主动齿轮,套设在所述第二输入轴上且随其同步旋转;
与所述第一主动齿轮啮合的第一从动齿轮,套设在所述第一输入轴上且随其同步旋转。
3.根据权利要求2所述的动力传递装置,其特征在于,
所述双动力一挡的动力传递路径为:所述第一输入轴、所述第一从动齿轮、所述第一主动齿轮、所述第二输入轴、所述离合器、所述中间轴、所述太阳轮、所述一组行星轮、所述行星架、所述第二从动齿轮以及所述输出轴之间顺次传递,此时,所述制动器与所述壳体断开;
所述双动力二挡的动力传递路径为:所述第一输入轴、所述第一从动齿轮、所述第一主动齿轮、所述第二输入轴、所述离合器、所述齿圈、所述一组行星轮、所述行星架、所述第二从动齿轮以及所述输出轴之间顺次传递,此时,所述制动器与所述壳体连接,以锁住所述太阳轮;
所述多动力一挡的动力传递路径为:所述双动力一挡的动力传递路径与所述第三动力挡位的动力传递路径同时传递;
所述多动力二挡的动力传递路径为:所述双动力二挡的动力传递路径与所述第三动力挡位的动力传递路径同时传递。
4.一种动力总成,其特征在于,包括:
第一电机;
第二电机;
发动机;
如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的动力传递装置,所述第一电机与所述第一输入轴相连,所述第二电机与所述第三输入轴相连,所述发动机与所述第二输入轴相连。
5.根据权利要求4所述的动力总成,其特征在于,包括:纯电动驱动模式、纯发动机驱动模式、混合动力驱动模式、充电模式和制动能量回收模式;
所述纯电动驱动模式:所述第二电机单独驱动车辆行驶;
所述纯发动机驱动模式:所述发动机单独驱动车辆行驶;
所述混合动力驱动模式:所述第一电机和所述发动机共同驱动车辆行驶;或所述第一电机、所述第二电机和所述发动机共同驱动车辆行驶;或所述第二电机和所述发动机共同驱动车辆行驶;
所述充电模式:所述发动机驱动所述第一电机充电且同时驱动车辆行驶;
所述制动能量回收模式:所述第二电机在车辆处于制动时进行能量回收。
