Description

Natural plant bathing liquid and its preparation method
The technical field is as follows:
the invention belongs to the technical field of health care products, and particularly relates to a pure natural plant bathing liquid and a preparation method thereof.
Background art:
at present, a plurality of office workers, students and the like stay on duty for working and learning, so that the metabolism of the body is reduced, the body is not detoxified in a specified time, more toxins are accumulated, and the skin is dark and not glossy. At this time, many people will choose to take a bath to ameliorate these problems because a warm bath allows the toxins to be expelled from the body as quickly as possible. Some women's skin problems such as acne can also be relieved by appropriate bathing. In the bathing process, people usually select some bathing products with the effects of cleaning and moistening skin or some traditional Chinese medicine bathing products with the effect of conditioning.
Although various bath articles exist, solid solvents are mainly used, most bath articles with a medicinal bath function are raw medicinal materials which are not extracted, most consumers are not specialized in operation or only can be matched with tap water or purified water, and the medicinal effect cannot be fully exerted.
In addition, the well-known hot spring bath can not only relax muscles and joints and eliminate fatigue; it also has effects in dilating blood vessel, promoting blood circulation, and promoting metabolism. However, due to the limitation of regional conditions, the hot spring bath can only be used occasionally during leisure and vacation, and cannot meet the daily requirements of people.
The invention content is as follows:
the first purpose of the invention is to provide the pure natural plant bath liquid with the effects of resisting and inhibiting bacteria, dispelling dampness and cold, warming and nourishing qi and blood, dredging channels and collaterals and regulating the skin state.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the pure natural plant bath liquid, which has the effects of resisting and inhibiting bacteria, dispelling dampness and cold, warming and nourishing qi and blood, dredging channels and collaterals and regulating skin state, is convenient to use and simple in preparation method.
The first purpose of the invention is implemented by the following technical scheme: the pure natural plant bath liquid comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-100 parts of wormwood, 10-20 parts of thyme herb, 20-30 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 10-15 parts of liquorice, 10-15 parts of aloe, 0.3-0.6 part of lavender and 2-3 parts of rose.
Preferably, the pure natural plant bath solution comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 parts of thyme herb, 10 parts of thyme herb, 20 parts of astragalus, 10 parts of liquorice, 10 parts of aloe, 0.3 part of lavender and 2 parts of rose.
And (3) moxa: the plant leaves are used as medicine for warming channels, removing dampness and dispelling cold;
and (3) pepper flower: diminishing inflammation, relieving pain, dispelling wind and relieving itching;
licorice root: has effects in clearing away toxic materials, and regulating and neutralizing;
aloe vera: the aloe polysaccharide and vitamins have good nourishing, moistening and whitening effects on human skin. Aloe barbadensis Miller is the fresh aloe leaf most suitable for direct skin care, i.e., Aloe barbadensis Miller, and has skin astringent, softening, moisturizing, and anti-inflammatory effects. The ointment has the effects of relieving sclerosis and keratinization and improving scars, can prevent small wrinkles, eye bags and skin looseness, can keep the skin moist and delicate, can treat skin inflammation, and has good curative effects on acne, freckles, acne, scalds, knife wounds, insect bites and the like;
lavender: has effects in contracting skin, supplying nutrition, perfuming body, and relieving stress;
astragalus root: regulating qi and blood, and improving asthenia and pale complexion due to qi deficiency of spleen and lung; it also has effects in removing toxic substance, promoting granulation, consolidating superficial resistance, and invigorating qi; and has effects in lowering blood pressure, nourishing heart, regulating blood sugar, and improving skin condition.
The second purpose of the invention is implemented by the following technical scheme: the preparation method of the pure natural plant bathing liquid comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-100 parts of wormwood, 10-20 parts of thyme herb, 20-30 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 10-15 parts of liquorice, 10-15 parts of aloe, 0.3-0.6 part of lavender and 2-3 parts of rose;
(2) boiling the raw materials weighed in the step (1) for 2 hours by hot spring water under normal pressure, and adding 1 heating spring water for each 110-120 g of raw materials; then cooling and filtering to obtain the finished product of the bath liquid. Calcium carbonate in hot spring water has effects of improving body condition and restoring physical strength, and calcium ion and potassium ion have antiinflammatory effect on skin; the sodium ions in hot spring water have effects of bleaching and softening skin. Mineral elements contained in hot spring water can penetrate skin at 37-40 deg.C to promote blood circulation and metabolism, and also has regulating effects of autonomic nerve, endocrine and immune system.
Preferably, 0.2 g of food preservative is added to the finished bath liquid prepared from 110-120 g of the raw materials so as to prolong the shelf life.
Specifically, the preservative for food is potassium sorbate.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the raw materials is as follows: 60 parts of wormwood, 10 parts of thyme herb, 20 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 10 parts of liquorice, 10 parts of aloe, 0.3 part of lavender and 2 parts of rose.
The bathing liquid is extracted from hot spring water, so that the medicinal effect of each raw material is completely released, and the hot spring water contains various natural mineral substances and trace elements which interact with each raw material medicine to ensure that the skin fully absorbs the medicine, so that the medicine directly permeates into the skin, the medicinal effect is enhanced, the blood vessels are expanded, the double effects of high temperature and liquid medicine are realized, the treatment is carried out from inside to outside, the side effect caused by oral liquid medicine is avoided, and the skin state of the user can be adjusted.
The invention has the advantages that:
(1) the components of the invention are compatible with each other, and the invention has the effects of antibiosis and bacteriostasis, expelling damp and cold, warming and nourishing qi and blood, dredging the channels and collaterals and regulating the skin state;
(2) the bathing liquid extracted by hot spring water enables active ingredients in all raw materials to be completely released, and the hot spring water contains various natural mineral substances and trace elements which interact with all raw material medicines in the liquid medicine extraction process, so that the effect of enhancing the medicine effect is achieved;
(3) the bath lotion can regulate trace elements needed by human body, dispel moisture in the body, improve skin diseases, improve body immunity and regulate skin state and body state from inside to outside. By combining the hot spring water and the liquid medicine, the blood circulation is better promoted, the metabolism is accelerated, the skin is fresh, the disease is prevented, the body is built, and the pressure is relieved;
(4) the raw material medicines are extracted to prepare the bathing liquid, and the bathing liquid is convenient to use after being unsealed and diluted;
(5) the bath liquid disclosed by the invention is fragrant in smell, slightly sweet in fragrance due to combination of drug fragrance and flower fragrance, and durable in fragrance after being used for bathing.
