Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the preferred embodiments of the present invention. While the invention will be described in conjunction with various embodiments, this does not represent that the features of the invention are limited to only these embodiments. On the contrary, the invention is described in connection with the embodiments for the purpose of covering alternatives or modifications that may be extended based on the claims of the present invention. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. The invention may be practiced without these particulars. Moreover, some of the specific details have been left out of the description in order to avoid obscuring or obscuring the focus of the present invention.
The invention provides reconstituted tobacco powder, which has the pH value of 8.0-10, the mesh number of 20-80 meshes and the moisture content of 5-15 wt%. The reconstituted tobacco powder can remarkably improve the taste of low-tar cigarettes during smoking.
Further, the particle size of the reconstituted tobacco powder is 20-80, preferably 20-60 meshes. Under the same filling amount, the particle size is too small, so that the cigarette resistance is obviously increased, and the smoking taste is reduced; the particle size is too large, the smoking resistance of the cigarette can be obviously increased, and the effect of increasing the taste of the low-tar cigarette can not be achieved.
Further, the reconstituted tobacco powder has a pH of 8.0 to 10, preferably 8.5 to 10, more preferably 9.0 to 9.5, and most preferably 9.5. The taste of the low-tar cigarette can be obviously improved along with the increase of the pH value of the reconstituted tobacco powder, but the low-tar cigarette has over-strong stimulation due to over-high pH value, so that the taste is reduced.
Preferably, the reconstituted tobacco powder has a moisture content of 5-15 wt%, preferably 8-12 wt%, more preferably 10 wt%. When the moisture content is too low, the function of increasing the taste of the low-tar cigarette can not be achieved; when the water content is too high, the inside of the reconstituted tobacco powder is agglomerated, the suction resistance is obviously increased, and the taste is reduced.
Further, the reconstituted tobacco powder is prepared by adding an alkaline regulator into the tobacco particles and regulating the pH value to 8.0-10, wherein the alkaline regulator comprises one or more of sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate and sodium hydroxide. Wherein, the tobacco particles are obtained by directly grinding tobacco leaves without adding any additive.
Specifically, the tobacco leaves can be ground into tobacco particles, and the tobacco particles with the mesh number of 20-80 can be screened out. Adding a certain proportion of alkaline regulator into the screened tobacco particles to regulate the pH value of the tobacco particles to 8.0-10. And heating and drying the tobacco particles with the adjusted pH value, adjusting the moisture content of the tobacco particles, and controlling the moisture of the tobacco particles to be 5-15 wt% to obtain the reconstituted tobacco powder.
The type and amount of the alkaline regulator used for regulating the required pH value based on different types of tobacco powder raw materials, particle sizes and moisture contents also can be different, and can be regulated according to the method according to actual requirements.
Further, the invention also provides a flavored filter and a cigarette comprising the flavored filter, wherein the filter comprises any one of the reconstituted tobacco powders.
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, a low tar cigarette 100 includes a tobacco segment 120 and a flavored filter 110, the flavored filter 110 including an upstream filter segment 111, an intermediate reconstituted tobacco powder segment 112, and a downstream cavity segment 113. I.e. a cavity that is not filled with any objects.
Further, another low tar cigarette 100 'is shown in FIG. 2, which differs from that of FIG. 1 in that the cavity segment 113 in the filter 110' is replaced with a filter rod segment 111.
Further, any of the filter rod segments 111 described above may be independently selected from an acetate filter rod or a P L a filter rod.
Further, for the conventional low-tar cigarette, the filling amount of the reconstituted tobacco powder in the flavoring filter tip is 0.05-0.15 g; preferably 0.07-0.12 g; more preferably 1.0 g. Within this range, the taste of the low-tar cigarette can be sufficiently improved.
Further, the length of the reconstituted tobacco powder segment 112 is 10-15 mm; more preferably 12 mm. Too long length of the reconstituted tobacco powder segment 112 can cause too large suction resistance and reduced taste; the length is too short, and the improvement degree of the taste of the low-tar cigarette is low.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the present invention also provides a cigarette holder 200, comprising: a mouthpiece 210, an upper chimney 220 and a lower chimney 230. Wherein the upper chimney 220 is arranged in the suction nozzle 210, and one end of the upper chimney 220 is provided with a first filter screen 221; one end of the lower chimney 230 is connected with one end of the suction nozzle 210, a second filter screen 231 is arranged inside the lower chimney 230, the other end of the upper chimney 220 is hermetically connected with one end of the lower chimney 230, a tobacco powder cavity 232 is formed between the first filter screen 221 and the second filter screen 231 and used for containing reconstituted tobacco powder, and the lower part of the second filter screen 231 is a cigarette cavity 233 used for containing low-tar cigarettes to be smoked.
Further, it is contemplated that the aforementioned mouthpiece may be used to improve the mouth feel of a new tobacco product in addition to the mouth feel of a conventional low tar cigarette. Therefore, the invention also provides an electronic cigarette comprising the cigarette holder, and the atomization substrate of the electronic cigarette can be one or more of liquid, solid or solid-liquid mixture.
Further, the invention also provides a preparation method of the reconstituted tobacco powder, which comprises the following steps:
grinding tobacco leaves to prepare tobacco particles, screening, and screening out the tobacco particles with the mesh number of 20-80 meshes;
adding a certain proportion of alkaline regulator into the screened tobacco particles to regulate the pH value of the tobacco particles to 8.0-10;
and heating and drying the tobacco particles with the adjusted pH value, adjusting the moisture content of the tobacco particles, and controlling the moisture of the tobacco particles to be 5-15 wt%.
In conclusion, the reconstituted tobacco powder provided by the invention obviously increases the satisfaction of smoking low-tar tobacco products and has good smoking taste. The reconstituted tobacco powder can also be placed into a cigarette holder or a filter stick. The mouthfeel of the low-tar tobacco product is enhanced without increasing the tar amount.
