Description

Antibacterial deodorant running suit and preparation process thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of garment manufacturing, in particular to an antibacterial deodorant running garment and a preparation process thereof.
Background
With the increasing improvement of living standard, modern people pay more attention to the quality of life and self health, and not only consider color and style when selecting clothes, but also pay more attention to the comfort of the clothes and the functionality of the garment fabric, and pay more attention to whether the garment fabric has a health care function, an antibacterial effect, crease resistance and the like. The sports clothes are indispensable in people's life, because the sports easily perspires in a large number, so the sports clothes are more required to have good air permeability, and simultaneously the sports clothes directly contact with the human body, so the comfort, the antibiotic health care and the crease resistance of the sports clothes become the key points of people's choice.
The sportswear fabric on the market is mostly made of fabric with good flexibility, but the sportswear fabric is directly contacted with a human body, when people sweat after doing a lot of sports, the sweat is quickly immersed in fabric fibers, bacteria or microorganisms are bred in the gaps of warps and wefts of the sportswear, and the health of people is influenced.
Generally, an antibacterial layer is coated on the surface of a fabric in the market to achieve a certain antibacterial effect, but the clothes are high in washing requirement, and the antibacterial layer is easy to fall off and lose the antibacterial effect when the clothes are washed as normal clothes.
Disclosure of Invention

As an improvement of the above technical scheme, the antibacterial agent comprises a nano antibacterial material and an inorganic antibacterial material; the mass ratio of the nano antibacterial material to the inorganic antibacterial material is 1: 4.
As an improvement of the technical scheme, the nano antibacterial material is a nano silver antibacterial material or a nano rare earth antibacterial material.
As an improvement of the technical scheme, the cotton material is cotton yarn, blended fiber of the cotton yarn and silk or blended fiber synthesized by the cotton yarn and bamboo fiber.
The preparation process of the antibacterial deodorant running suit comprises the following steps:
a. uniformly mixing urethane acrylate, magnesium stearate, polyamide resin, vinyl acetate, salicylate and polyether modified siloxane to obtain a product A;
b. adding antiseptic, antibacterial agent and antioxidant into product A, mixing, and maintaining at 60-80 deg.C for 30-40min to obtain antibacterial dye product;
c. preparing a dyeing working solution, namely preparing 10-60 g/L of a finished antibacterial dye product and 2 g/L of a wetting penetrating agent into a slurry, adding water to dissolve the slurry, then adding 5 g/L of nano zinc oxide dispersion liquid and 15-30 g/L of sodium carbonate which are subjected to ultrasonic oscillation for 30min, finally adding water, and uniformly stirring to obtain the required dyeing working solution for later use;
d. padding with a dyeing working solution: c, padding the running suit made of cotton in the dyeing working solution prepared in the step c for 10-30 s, wherein the padding rate is 70%;
e. pre-drying the fabric: d, pre-drying the running clothes treated in the step d, wherein the pre-drying temperature is 80-85 ℃, and the pre-drying time is 5 min;
f. baking: baking the pre-baked running suit at 170-180 ℃ for 2-3 min;
g. and (3) dyeing post-treatment: and f, dyeing the running clothes treated in the step f, and performing post-treatment, wherein the steps are as follows: cold water washing → hot water washing → neutral soaping → hot water washing → cold water washing → drying.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the dyeing and finishing process can obviously improve the added value of products, namely endowing the pure cotton fabric with excellent antibacterial performance and stable washing fastness; single nano zinc oxide is adopted as an anti-ultraviolet and antibacterial finishing agent, and a cross-linking agent, an adhesive or a coupling agent and the like are not added; the active dye with double active groups or multiple active groups is used as the dye for dyeing, and has the function of a cross-linking agent for fixing the nano zinc oxide on the cotton fiber; the antibacterial agent and the coloring agent are prepared together and fixed on the cotton fiber, so that the pure cotton fabric has uniform color and luster and excellent antibacterial effect.
