Abstract
The invention discloses a color-protecting concentrated laundry detergent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the color-protecting concentrated laundry detergent comprises the following raw materials: fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether AEO-920-30%, dodecyl glucoside 5-10%, fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate sulfonate FMES 20-30%, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate 10-15%, triethanolamine 3-5%, plant polysaccharide 0.05-0.15%, wheat germ protein hydrolysate 0.5-2%, cosolvent 4-10%, preservative 0-1%, essence 0-1%, and deionized water 10-25%. The concentrated laundry detergent prepared by the invention has high concentration multiple, good stability and strong dirt-removing power, has good fabric color protection, wrinkle resistance and softening effect, and is a concentrated laundry detergent product with high added value.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of detergents, in particular to a color-protecting concentrated laundry detergent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The concentrated laundry detergent is a liquid laundry detergent with high active ingredient content, has the advantages of saving water and reducing waste discharge in the production process, is beneficial to reducing packaging materials, saving cost and being convenient to store and transport, has extremely high market competitive advantage compared with the common laundry detergent, and has become the mainstream of technical innovation in the field of detergents. However, because the surfactant content in the high-concentration laundry detergent is very high, in order to maintain good dissolution stability and dirt-removing power, an additive is not added or is added little, so that the additional performances of color protection, wrinkle resistance, softness and the like of the laundry detergent are limited, the performance of the high-concentration laundry detergent is single, and the demand of the market on high value-added concentrated laundry detergent products is difficult to meet.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the technical problems in the background art, the invention provides a color-protecting concentrated laundry detergent and a preparation method thereof.
The invention provides a color-protecting concentrated laundry detergent which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether AEO-920-30%, dodecyl glucoside 5-10%, fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate sulfonate FMES 20-30%, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate 10-15%, triethanolamine 3-5%, plant polysaccharide 0.05-0.15%, wheat germ protein hydrolysate 0.5-2%, cosolvent 4-10%, preservative 0-1%, essence 0-1%, and deionized water 10-25%.
Preferably, the wheat germ protein hydrolysate is prepared by hydrolyzing wheat germ protein with protease.
Preferably, the protease is at least one of papain, bromelain and alcalase.
Preferably, the wheat germ protein hydrolysate is prepared by the following method:
(1) fully dissolving wheat germ protein in water to prepare a wheat germ protein solution with the mass fraction of 3-5%;
(2) adding alkaline protease into the wheat germ protein solution to ensure that the mass ratio of the alkaline protease to the wheat germ protein is (1-2): 100, hydrolyzing for 2-4h under the conditions that the pH is 7.5-8.5 and the temperature is 40-55 ℃, inactivating enzyme and drying to obtain the product.
Preferably, the plant polysaccharide is at least one of konjac polysaccharide, soybean polysaccharide, algal polysaccharide and soapberry polysaccharide; preferably, the plant polysaccharide is prepared from konjak polysaccharide, seaweed polysaccharide and soapberry polysaccharide according to a mass ratio of 100: (20-30): (5-10).
Preferably, the cosolvent is at least one of ethanol, glycol and glycerol.
Preferably, the preservative is casone or methylisothiazolinone.
The preparation method of the color-protecting concentrated laundry detergent comprises the following steps:
