(1) fully dissolving wheat germ protein in water to prepare a wheat germ protein solution with the mass fraction of 4%;
(2) adding alkaline protease into the wheat germ protein solution to enable the mass ratio of the alkaline protease to the wheat germ protein to be 1.5: 100, hydrolyzing for 3 hours under the conditions of pH 8 and temperature of 50 ℃, inactivating enzyme and drying to obtain the product.

The difference between the comparative example 3 and the example 4 is only that the raw material formula is different, specifically: the composite material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether AEO-930%, dodecyl glucoside 8%, fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate sulfonate FMES 30%, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate 12%, triethanolamine 4%, plant polysaccharide 0.1%, wheat germ protein 1.5%, ethylene glycol 4%, methylisothiazolinone 0.2%, essence 0.2%, and deionized water to make up to 100%.
Wherein the plant polysaccharide is prepared from konjak polysaccharide, seaweed polysaccharide and soapberry polysaccharide according to the mass ratio of 100: 25: 5.
Comparative example 4
The difference between the comparative example 4 and the example 4 is only that the raw material formula is different, specifically: the composite material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether AEO-930%, dodecyl glucoside 8%, fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate sulfonate FMES 30%, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate 12%, triethanolamine 4%, plant polysaccharide 0.02%, wheat germ protein hydrolysate 0.23%, ethylene glycol 4%, methylisothiazolinone 0.2%, essence 0.2%, and deionized water to make up to 100%.

Wherein the wheat germ protein hydrolysate is prepared by hydrolyzing wheat germ protein with alkaline protease, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:

Test examples
The prepared laundry detergent was tested, and the results were as follows:
(1) stability of
Cold resistance stability: placing in a refrigerator at (-5 +/-2) deg.C for 24h, taking out, recovering to room temperature, observing, and determining whether the product is qualified as non-layering, non-precipitation, transparent and non-turbid; heat resistance stability: and (3) taking out the house in an incubator at the temperature of (40 +/-2) ℃ for 24 hours, recovering to room temperature, and observing to obtain a product which is qualified by no layering, no precipitation, transparency and no turbidity. The results are shown in table 1:

(2) Color protection capability test
The laundry detergents prepared in the example 4, the comparative example 1 and the comparative example 4 and a commercial six-time concentrated laundry detergent are subjected to a color protection test, the dilution factor is 6 times, the test conditions are that the water temperature is 30 +/-2 ℃, the water quality is 250mg/kg of hard water, the washing time is 20min, the test material is 6 × 6cm colored cloth (made by EMPA132 direct black dye), the colorimetric value of the colored cloth is measured by a colorimeter before the washing is started, the colored cloth is rinsed for 10min by clean water after the washing, the colorimetric value of the colored cloth is measured again after the drying, the colorimetric difference between the colored cloth before the washing and after the washing is marked as delta E, wherein the delta E represents the color fixing performance of the laundry detergent, the smaller the value is, the stronger the color fixing performance of the laundry detergent is, and the test results are shown in Table:

(3) Detergency test
The laundry detergent prepared in example 4 and a commercial six-time concentrated laundry detergent are subjected to a dirt-removing power test, wherein the dilution time is 6 times, and the test standard refers to QB/T1224-. The water quality is 250mg/kg hard water.
The results are shown in Table 3:

In table 3, the larger the detergency value, the better the detergency effect.
Therefore, compared with the conventional high-concentration laundry detergent, the laundry detergent prepared by the invention has stronger decontamination capability and good color protection effect, and has high stability.

Claims (8)

1. The color-protecting concentrated laundry detergent is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether AEO-920-30%, dodecyl glucoside 5-10%, fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate sulfonate FMES 20-30%, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate 10-15%, triethanolamine 3-5%, plant polysaccharide 0.05-0.15%, wheat germ protein hydrolysate 0.5-2%, cosolvent 4-10%, preservative 0-1%, essence 0-1%, and deionized water 10-25%.
2. The color protecting concentrated laundry detergent of claim 1, wherein the wheat germ protein hydrolysate is obtained by hydrolyzing wheat germ protein with protease.
3. The color-protecting concentrated laundry detergent of claim 1, wherein the wheat germ protein hydrolysate is prepared by the following method:
(1) fully dissolving wheat germ protein in water to prepare a wheat germ protein solution with the mass fraction of 3-5%;
(2) adding alkaline protease into the wheat germ protein solution to ensure that the mass ratio of the alkaline protease to the wheat germ protein is (1-2): 100, hydrolyzing for 2-4h under the conditions that the pH is 7.5-8.5 and the temperature is 40-55 ℃, inactivating enzyme and drying to obtain the product.
4. The color-protecting concentrated laundry detergent according to claim 1, wherein the plant polysaccharide is at least one of konjac polysaccharide, soybean polysaccharide, algal polysaccharide and soapberry polysaccharide; preferably, the plant polysaccharide is prepared from konjak polysaccharide, seaweed polysaccharide and soapberry polysaccharide according to a mass ratio of 100: (20-30): (5-10).
5. The color-protecting concentrated laundry detergent according to claim 1, wherein the cosolvent is at least one of ethanol, ethylene glycol and glycerol.
6. The color-protecting concentrated laundry detergent according to claim 1, wherein the preservative is cason or methylisothiazolinone.
7. A process for the preparation of a color care concentrated laundry detergent according to any of claims 1-6, comprising the steps of:
s1, adding fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether AEO-9, dodecyl glucose, fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate sulfonate FMES, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and a cosolvent into deionized water, and heating and stirring uniformly;
s2, adding plant polysaccharide and wheat germ protein hydrolysate into the material obtained in the step S1, and heating and stirring uniformly;
s3, adding the rest raw materials into the material obtained in the step S1, and uniformly stirring to obtain the material.
8. The method for preparing a color-protecting concentrated laundry detergent according to claim 7, wherein in the step S1, the stirring temperature is 45-50 ℃; in the step S2, the stirring temperature is 30-40 ℃.
