Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of porcelain, in particular to a preparation method of a natural plant leaf pot marigold.
Background
The "kiln-building and cup-building firing skills" are listed in the third national non-material cultural heritage protection list. The temmoku porcelain is a black porcelain with purple and dark reddish enamel, and is the kiln-building porcelain in Fujian at the earliest time. In the sickle age in Japan (1192-1333), Nippon Buddha who had been in Tianmu mountain in Zhejiang province of China brought the current black glazed porcelain to Japan and called the Tianmu porcelain, so that people used to call the black glazed porcelain as Tianmu Jian from ancient Jian' an (Fujia Jian Ou in the future) over time, the black glazed porcelain is one of the representatives of the black porcelain, has quite large influence on the ceramic history, and the past literatures give extremely high evaluation. The cup is the most representative and most advanced variety in the porcelain of the order of the heaven. The collection of the children and the glaze in the process and the future use of the children and the toys are all incomparable with other people.
A great deal of research has been done by those skilled in the art to produce a cup with a richer and more pleasing design, such as adding a leaf-shaped design to the cup. The method is characterized in that a leaf shape is pressed on the inner wall of a blank by a specific mould, then pigment is coated, and finally the blank is placed into a kiln for firing. Another method is that after the temperature of the baked blank is reduced, the inner wall of the blank is stuck with a blade made of metal and other materials, and then the blade is baked again to obtain the blade. For example, chinese patent No.: 201810887271.1 discloses a process for preparing black matrix pot marigold, which comprises the following steps: providing a blank raw material, glaze slip and a gold leaf raw material; after blank drawing and blank trimming are carried out on the blank raw material, biscuit firing is carried out to obtain a blank; applying the glaze slip to the green body to obtain a glazed green body; placing the glazed green body into an electric kiln for roasting to obtain vegetarian calendula; the golden leaf raw material is pasted on the inner wall of the vegetarian calendula and then is put into an electric kiln for roasting to obtain the black-bottom golden leaf calendula. The black bottom golden leaf cup glaze prepared by the invention has black and moist glaze surface, no air holes, smoothness, clear and visible golden leaf, dazzling color and very beautiful appearance, and meanwhile, the golden leaf cup and the black bottom cup are integrated into a whole without any protruding rough feeling when touched by hands. However, the inner wall of the cup made by the method is not flat, and the leaf-shaped mold can not produce gold leaves with the vein texture of real leaves, so that the cost is higher.

1. the invention adopts the method that the real leaves and the green body are put into a kiln together for burning, the leaves and the glaze are melted into a whole, and the manufactured wood leaf cup has smooth inner wall surface, clear vein texture, attractive appearance and low cost. The leaves are various in selection, for example, the bodhi leaves are heart-shaped, the front ends of the bodhi leaves are slender and similar to tails, the bodhi leaves are extremely ornamental, different numbers of the leaves represent different connotations, and a plurality of bodhi leaves can be placed in the blank body according to requirements.
2. The thickness of the glaze layer formed after glazing the surface of the blank body is controlled to be 0.5-1mm, the leaves after firing are clear and beautiful, and the glaze layer is too thick or too thin to be beneficial to the appearance of the leaves in the pot.
3. The specific conditions of the kiln firing of the invention are as follows: heating to 1100 deg.C at a rate of 5-8 deg.C/min, maintaining for 10-15min, and further heating to 1260 deg.C and 1280 deg.C at a rate of 10 deg.C/min. The leaves are lost under the condition, only the veins of the leaves are left in the blank body, and the leaves are fused in the glaze, so that the fired wood leaf cup has high yield and good repeatability.
4. The color of the prepared Tianmu wood leaf cup is brighter under the action of tea water and lamplight after the tea water is poured into the Tianmu wood leaf cup.
