技术领域
本发明属于轨道交通车体承重结构技术领域,具体涉及一种高速动车三位编织夹芯承重结构、车体及结构件。
背景技术

高速铁路列车成为工业发达国家缓解公路、水运和空中交通拥挤的一个重要途径,包括中国在内的世界众多国家已经把高速列车的发展作为未来列车发展的一个重要目标。当今,高速、安全、舒适成为当今高速铁路技术发展的重点,减轻动车组列车自重、提高动车组速度是铁路工业发展的目标。复合材料在列车上的应用,按照承力特征大致可分为两类:复合材料非主承力件和复合材料主承力件以及辅助构件,而复合材料主承力件主要是指列车车体、司机室和转向架构架等列车的大型承力构件,它是复合材料取代传统材料实现车辆轻量化的关键。主承力件主要指车身、地板和座椅等,辅助件是指洗漱间、厕所和水箱等。在这些构件的复合材料替代应用案例,国外较为广泛。
日本新干线使用的高速客车中,玻璃纤维增强塑料复合材料主要应用在车窗内饰框架、洗漱间、厕所、小便池、水箱、集便箱体、车前头盖板、双层客车两端车顶板、空调风道的天花板以及餐车空调盖板等部位。为了减少受电弓周围的空气动力噪声,在车顶安装的受电弓罩也是采用GFRP材料制造。法国TGV高速列车也大量采用纤维增强塑料制造地板、墙板、门窗框架、座椅和车门等。采用FRP制造这些构件,除了重量轻外,还具有易于设计、减轻维修作业,以及可采用整体成型降低成本等优点。意大利ETR500型高速列车上,所有的内部结构边墙、天花板和行李舱都使用了高比强度复合材料夹层板,欧洲之星列车也使用酚醛蜂窝板作为内部结构件。目前纤维增强复合材料在承载结构件上的应用也越来越多,其技术已经基本接近实际应用。列车司机室、车体和转向架构架等作为列车的大型承力构件,在整车结构重量重占有较大比例,车体部分自重占车辆自重的15%-35%,转向架占车辆自重的25%-35%。从上述国外先进轨道交通车体构件的应用案例来看,复合材料承重结构部件中的复合材料结构是替代金属材质不可或缺的先进材料,但是依旧存在复合材料层间力学性能薄弱的问题,不利于保证结构的整体统一性。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种高速动车三维编织夹芯承重结构、车体及构件。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明的一个或多个实施例公开了以下技术方案:
本发明一方面提供了一种高速动车三维编织夹芯承重结构,由内到外依次设置低密度复合材料芯层、二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层和三维编织复合材料整体刚性层;
低密度复合材料芯层的外表面分布有方格凹槽,每个方格凹槽的边缘处设置有至少一个固定孔,固定孔贯穿低密度复合材料芯层设置;
二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层包括二维纤维织物叠层结构和浸渍在叠层结构上的树脂加固结构,其与低密度复合材料芯层之间通过短切纤维增强树脂层粘结;
三维编织复合材料整体刚性层与二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层之间采用树脂层粘结。
本发明第二方面提供了一种车体,由所述三维编织夹芯承重结构制备而成,低密度复合材料芯层位于车体内侧,三维编织复合材料整体刚性层位于车体外侧。
本发明第三方面提供了一种结构件,由所述三维编织夹芯承重结构制备而成,所述结构件为司机室、行李承重架、地板、转向架、内饰件或厕所部件。
与现有技术相比,本发明的以上一个或多个技术方案取得了以下有益效果:
低密度芯材主要用于降低承力部件的自重,二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层主要用以为低密度复合材料芯层和三维编织复合材料整体刚性层提供强度承载过渡,三维编织复合材料整体刚性层提供复合材料构件主要的承力作用和保证整体的结构同一性。
低密度复合材料芯层的外表面分布的方格凹槽以及分布在方格凹槽边缘处的固定孔,使得短切纤维增强树脂可以浸入其中,提高树脂粘结层与低密度复合材料芯层的接触面积,有效提高低密度复合材料芯层与二维复合材料叠层结构之间的粘结强度,有利于提高整体的结构同一性。

在一些实施例中,所述低密度复合芯层的材质选自:铝质蜂窝、泡沫铝、聚氨酯泡沫、PMI泡沫、酚醛芳纶纸蜂窝和PVC泡沫。
进一步的,所述低密度复合芯层的剪切强度为0.5-2.5MPa,体密度为30-110kg/m3,耐热温度为110-190℃。
在一些实施例中,二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层中二维纤维织物的编织结构为二维的平纹、斜纹或缎纹;
或,所述二维复合材料叠层结构中的纤维采用单向纤维的正交叠层铺层方式进行组合。
进一步的,所述纤维选用碳纤维、芳纶纤维、PBO纤维、玄武岩纤维和玻璃纤维。
进一步的,二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层中的浸渍树脂为酚醛树脂、环氧树脂或不饱和聚酯树脂。
更进一步的,二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层中的树脂的质量百分数为30-70%。
在一些实施例中,所述短切纤维选自碳纤维、芳纶纤维、PBO纤维、玄武岩纤维和玻璃纤维。
进一步的,短切纤维的长度为2-5mm。
在一些实施例中,三维编织复合材料整体刚性层包括三维多向编织结构增强体和基体树脂。
进一步的,三维多向编织结构选自三维四向、三维五向、三维六向或三维七向。
进一步的,增强纤维选自碳纤维、芳纶纤维、玻璃纤维或玄武岩纤维中的一种或多种的组合。
进一步的,三维编织复合材料整体刚性层中树脂的质量百分数为30-70%。
在一些实施例中,二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层与三维编织复合材料整体刚性层之间的粘结树脂为酚醛树脂、环氧树脂或不饱和聚酯树脂。
本发明第二方面提供了一种车体,由所述三维编织夹芯承重结构制备而成,低密度复合材料芯层位于车体内侧,三维编织复合材料整体刚性层位于车体外侧。
本发明第三方面提供了一种结构件,由所述三维编织夹芯承重结构制备而成,所述结构件为司机室、行李承重架、地板、转向架、内饰件或厕所部件。
实施例1
一种高速动车三维编织夹芯复合材料结构,其中,低密度复合材料芯材1由体密度为30kg/m3、剪切强度在0.5MPa、耐热温度110℃的PMI泡沫芯材制备,在低密度复合材料芯材1表面布置间隔5cm分布的方格凹槽在方格凹槽的角上设置深度为1mm、直径为1mm的固定孔2,在方格凹槽和固定孔2的界面上采用长度2mm的碳纤维增强环氧树脂进行灌封连接,形成短切纤维增强树脂层4,在低密度复合材料芯材1外表面布置二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层3,采用平纹编织布置的碳纤维织物,织物与环氧树脂进行复合,最终形成树脂含量为30%的二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层3。在二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层3外包覆三维四向结构的碳纤维预制体,该预制体与树脂含量在30%的不饱和聚酯树脂进行复合浸渍,二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层3与三维编织复合材料整体刚性层5之间界面可采用酚醛树脂进行粘合连接,最终基体含量可控制在70%。
实施例2
一种高速动车三维编织夹芯复合材料结构,其中低密度复合材料芯材由体密度为110kg/m3、剪切强度在2.5MPa、耐热温度190℃的酚醛芳纶纸蜂窝制备,在复合材料芯材表面布置间隔10cm分布的方格凹槽在方格凹槽的角上设置深度为3mm、直径2mm的固定孔,在方格凹槽和固定孔的界面上采用长度5mm的玄武岩纤维增强不饱和聚酯树脂进行灌封连接,在低密度复合材料芯材外表面布置二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层,采用斜纹编织布置的碳纤维织物,织物与不饱和聚酯树脂进行复合,最终形成树脂含量为50%的二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层。在二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层外包覆三维五向结构的芳纶纤维预制体,该预制体与树脂含量在60%的不饱和聚酯树脂进行复合浸渍,二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层与三维编织复合材料整体刚性层之间界面可采用环氧树脂进行粘合连接,最终基体含量可控制在40%。
实施例3
一种高速动车三维编织夹芯复合材料结构,其中低密度复合材料芯材由体密度为80kg/m3、剪切强度在1.5MPa、耐热温度180℃的聚氨酯泡沫制备,在复合材料芯材表面布置间隔7cm分布的方格凹槽在方格凹槽的角上设置深度为2mm、直径为1mm的固定孔,在方格凹槽和固定孔的界面上采用长度4mm的玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂进行灌封连接,在低密度复合材料芯材外表面布置二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层,采用缎纹编织布置的玻璃纤维织物,织物与环氧树脂进行复合,最终形成树脂含量为50%的二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层。在二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层外包覆三维七向结构的芳纶纤维预制体,该预制体与树脂含量在60%的环氧树脂进行复合浸渍,二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层与三维编织复合材料整体刚性层之间界面可采用不饱和聚酯树脂进行粘合连接,最终基体含量可控制在40%。
实施例4
一种高速动车三维编织夹芯复合材料结构,其中低密度复合材料芯材由体密度为100kg/m3、剪切强度在2MPa、耐热温度190℃的酚醛芳纶纸蜂窝制备,在复合材料芯材表面布置间隔8cm分布的方格凹槽在方格凹槽的角上设置深度为1mm、直径为1.5mm的固定孔,在方格凹槽和固定孔的界面上采用长度4mm的玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂进行灌封连接,在低密度复合材料芯材外表面布置二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层,采用单向正交布置的碳纤维织物,织物与酚醛树脂进行复合,最终形成树脂含量为55%的二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层。在二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层外包覆三维六向结构的碳纤维预制体,该预制体与树脂含量在35%的不饱和聚酯树脂进行复合浸渍,二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层与三维编织复合材料整体刚性层之间界面可采用不饱和聚酯树脂进行粘合连接,最终基体含量可控制在30%。

Claims (10)

1.一种高速动车三维编织夹芯承重结构,其特征在于:由内到外依次设置低密度复合材料芯层、二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层和三维编织复合材料整体刚性层;
低密度复合材料芯层的外表面分布有方格凹槽,每个方格凹槽的边缘处设置有至少一个固定孔,固定孔贯穿低密度复合材料芯层设置;
二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层包括二维纤维织物叠层结构和浸渍在叠层结构上的树脂加固结构,其与低密度复合材料芯层之间通过短切纤维增强树脂层粘结;
三维编织复合材料整体刚性层与二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层之间采用树脂层粘结。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高速动车三维编织夹芯承重结构,其特征在于:所述低密度复合芯层的材质选自:铝质蜂窝、泡沫铝、聚氨酯泡沫、PMI泡沫、酚醛芳纶纸蜂窝和PVC泡沫;
进一步的,所述低密度复合芯层的剪切强度为0.5-2.5MPa,体密度为30-110kg/m3,耐热温度为110-190℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高速动车三维编织夹芯承重结构,其特征在于:二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层中二维纤维织物的编织结构为二维的平纹、斜纹或缎纹;
或,所述二维复合材料叠层结构中的纤维采用单向纤维的正交叠层铺层方式进行组合;
进一步的,所述纤维选用碳纤维、芳纶纤维、PBO纤维、玄武岩纤维和玻璃纤维;
进一步的,二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层中的浸渍树脂为酚醛树脂、环氧树脂或不饱和聚酯树脂;
更进一步的,二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层中的树脂的质量百分数为30-70%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高速动车三维编织夹芯承重结构,其特征在于:所述短切纤维选自碳纤维、芳纶纤维、PBO纤维、玄武岩纤维和玻璃纤维;
进一步的,短切纤维的长度为2-5mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高速动车三维编织夹芯承重结构,其特征在于:三维编织复合材料整体刚性层包括三维多向编织结构增强体和基体树脂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高速动车三维编织夹芯承重结构,其特征在于:三维多向编织结构选自三维四向、三维五向、三维六向或三维七向;
进一步的,增强纤维选自碳纤维、芳纶纤维、玻璃纤维或玄武岩纤维中的一种或多种的组合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高速动车三维编织夹芯承重结构,其特征在于:三维编织复合材料整体刚性层中树脂的质量百分数为30-70%。
8.根据权利要求7所述的高速动车三维编织夹芯承重结构,其特征在于:二维复合材料叠层结构过渡层与三维编织复合材料整体刚性层之间的粘结树脂为酚醛树脂、环氧树脂或不饱和聚酯树脂。
9.一种车体,其特征在于:由权利要求1-8任一所述三维编织夹芯承重结构制备而成,低密度复合材料芯层位于车体内侧,三维编织复合材料整体刚性层位于车体外侧。
10.一种结构件,其特征在于:由权利要求1-8任一所述三维编织夹芯承重结构制备而成,所述结构件为司机室、行李承重架、地板、转向架、内饰件或厕所部件。
