Claims (10)

1. A cover closing and removing device for chip coating is characterized by comprising a cover closing part and a cover removing part, wherein,
the lid portion includes:
the device comprises a cover closing and code scanning mechanism and a first carrying manipulator, wherein the cover closing and code scanning mechanism is used for respectively scanning a PCBA (printed Circuit Board Assembly), a cover plate and a jig, the first carrying manipulator is used for sequentially sucking the PCBA and the cover plate, and then the PCBA and the cover plate are assembled in the jig after being adjusted by a vision mechanism;
the detachable portion includes:
the cover disassembling mechanism is used for disassembling the treated cover closing product; the cover-detaching and code-scanning mechanism is used for scanning the disassembled PCBA, the cover plate and the jig respectively; and the second carrying manipulator is used for picking up the disassembled cover plate and the PCBA plate.

The cover closing and removing device for chip coating according to claim 1, further comprising a PCBA plate feeding track for conveying PCBA plates, a cover plate conveying track for conveying cover plates, a cover plate storage bin for storing cover plates, a jig conveying track for conveying jigs, and a jig storage bin for storing jigs in the cover closing part; and the cover disassembling part is used for conveying the jig returning track of the disassembled jig returning bin and accommodating the jig collecting bin of the jig, the cover plate returning track of the disassembled cover plate returning bin and accommodating the cover plate collecting bin of the cover plate and the PCBA plate blanking track of the PCBA plate after conveying and disassembling.

The cover closing and removing device for chip coating according to claim 2, wherein the cover plate conveying track, the jig conveying track, the cover plate returning track and the jig returning track are respectively connected with a translation mechanism perpendicular to the conveying direction of the cover plate conveying track, the jig conveying track, the cover plate returning track and the jig returning track.
4. The cover closing and removing device for chip coating according to claim 1, wherein the cover plate storage bin and the jig storage bin are respectively provided with a pushing mechanism.

The cover closing and opening device for chip coating according to claim 1, wherein the cover opening mechanism comprises a cover opening platform and a jacking mechanism, the cover opening platform is provided with a plurality of positioning columns, the jig and the cover plate are provided with sleeve holes matched with the positioning columns, and the cover opening platform is provided with a through hole for the jacking mechanism to support the PCBA.

The cover closing and opening device for chip coating according to claim 1, wherein the first carrying manipulator and the second carrying manipulator comprise an XYZR four-axis moving mechanism, the XYZR four-axis moving mechanism is connected with a support, one end of the support is connected with the first adsorption hand, the other end of the support is connected with the second adsorption hand, and a Z-axis lifting mechanism is arranged between the first adsorption hand and the support.
7. The cover closing and opening device for chip coating according to claim 6, wherein said cover opening and scanning mechanism and said cover closing and scanning mechanism are connected to a linear sliding mechanism.

The cover closing and opening device for chip coating according to claim 1, wherein the vision mechanism comprises an upper alignment detection camera and a lower alignment detection camera, wherein the upper alignment detection camera and the lower alignment detection camera are photographed from the upper side and the lower side respectively.

The cover closing and cover removing device for chip coating according to claim 1, wherein the cover plate receiving bin, the cover plate discharging bin, the jig receiving bin and the jig discharging bin are composed of a lifting rod, a material rack and a material box, the material box is detachably fixed in the material rack, the material rack is lifted along with the lifting rod, and the material box is provided with a plurality of slide ways arranged in parallel.

A cover closing and removing device for chip coating is characterized by comprising a code scanning mechanism, a carrying manipulator, a PCBA board feeding track, a jig track, a cover plate track, a jig bin, a cover plate bin, a vision mechanism, a cover removing mechanism and a carrying manipulator; in the cover closing process, the jig in the jig bin reaches a preset position after being transported by the jig track and scanned by the code scanning mechanism, the PCBA provided by the PCBA feeding track is scanned by the code scanning mechanism and picked up by the carrying manipulator under the assistance of the vision mechanism and is configured in the jig reaching the preset position, and the cover plate in the cover plate bin is transported by the cover plate track and scanned by the code scanning mechanism and picked up by the carrying manipulator under the assistance of the vision mechanism to clamp the PCB with the jig reaching the preset position; in the cover removing procedure, the cover removing platform is used for removing the cover, the cover plate is used for removing the code mechanism, sweeping the code, being carried by the carrying manipulator, picking up and placing on the cover plate track to return to the cover plate stock bin, the PCB is used for removing the code mechanism, sweeping the code and conveying to the blanking track of the PCBA.
