本发明是硝酸磷肥的生产方法,属化工生产领 域。
本发明采用硝酸分解磷矿得含有硝酸钙、磷酸二 氢钙的水溶液后,冷冻除去大部分的硝酸钙,冷冻母 液加入硝酸铵后复分解得磷酸一铵产品。用本发明 的方法生产硝酸磷肥,可用较低品位的磷矿,较低浓 度的硝酸,较省的硝酸耗量,生产高水溶率的产品。

Description

本发明是硝酸磷肥的生产方法,属化工生产领域。
已知的硝酸磷肥的生产方法,需用高品位的磷矿,较高浓度的硝酸,较多的硝酸用量,较低的冷冻温度,才能生产较高水溶率的硝酸磷肥产品。本发明的目的在于采用较低品位的磷矿,较低浓度的硝酸,较少的硝酸用量,较高的冷冻温度,生产高水溶率的硝酸磷肥产品,发明的实施方法如下:
用稀硝酸分解磷矿、定量配比,发生下列反应:
至上述反应完全,将溶液蒸发一定量水份或添加一定量水份,以使在后述冷冻过程中析出尽量多的硝酸钙,并使Ca(H2PO42不伴随析出后,降温至-5-20℃,析出硝酸钙结晶,分离结晶后,母液蒸发一定量水份,使母液中1000份重量水的Ca含量摩尔数等于5-65℃下1000份重量水含有的饱和Ca(NO32的摩尔数量的1.5~0.5倍。将蒸发后的母液在5~65℃的温度下加入硝酸铵结晶或浓硝酸铵溶液,加入的硝酸铵的摩尔数量等于蒸发后的母液含有的H2PO- 4的摩尔数量的5~0.5倍,发生下列反应:
分离生成的NH4H2PO4结晶,为产品,分离母液通氨中和后,得CaHPO4沉淀,分离后为产品,分离母液通入NH3CO2气,使其中的Ca2+沉淀后,得硝酸铵溶液,为副产品。

Claims (1)

1、硝酸磷肥的生产方法,其特征如下:
用硝酸分解磷矿,至其酸解液不含酸,蒸发一定量水份或添加一定量水份以使其在后述冷冻过程中析出尽量多的硝酸钙并使Ca(H2PO4)2不析出后,降温至-5~20℃,分离析出的硝酸钙结晶,母液蒸发一定量水份使母液中1000份重量水的Ca2+摩尔数含量等于5~65℃下1000份重量水中含有的饱和Ca(NO3)2的摩尔数量的1.5~0.5倍;将上述蒸发后的母液在5~65℃的温度下加入定量硝酸铵,使其摩尔数量等于蒸发后的母液含有的H2PO- 4的摩尔数量的5~0.5倍;分离反应生成的NH4H2PO4结晶为产品,分离母液通氨中和后,得CaHPO4沉淀,分离之为产品,分离母液通入NH3,CO2气,使其中的Ca2+沉淀后,得硝酸铵溶液。
