Background
After a fire disaster such as a fire disaster occurs in a high-rise residential building, a conventional elevator cannot be used, and people in the high-rise building usually only fall down from a balcony or escape from a staircase. The method of directly descending from the balcony needs to face a hot wall, needs assistance of rescue workers and uses a complex descending device, and is time-consuming and labor-consuming; escape from a staircase is relatively safer and quicker, but because of the large number of floors of a high building, a long time is needed for people to run from a higher floor, and the longer the time is, the higher the danger is; on the other hand, the old, children, disabled people and other people with mobility inconvenience or limited physical strength often live in the residential building, and it is very difficult to ask them to go downstairs from high floors.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an escape device arranged in a staircase, which helps people to quickly and safely escape from a high-rise building when a disaster happens.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a high-rise staircase escape device capable of landing quickly and safely comprises a track and an escape chair;
the rail comprises an inclined rail, a connecting rail and a suspender, the inclined rail is suspended below the stairs through the suspender, and the inclined rail is parallel to the stairs; the joining track is suspended below the floor slab through the suspension rod and is connected with the adjacent inclined track;
the escape chair comprises a vertical column, a seat, a pulley mechanism, a brake mechanism and a brake closer; the bottom of the upright post is connected with a seat, the pulley mechanism and the brake mechanism are both arranged at the top of the upright post, and the escape chair is suspended on the track through the pulley mechanism; the brake closer is used for controlling a brake pad of the brake mechanism, and the brake can be realized by approaching the brake pad and tightening the rail;
the escape device is mainly applied to the situation that after a fire disaster happens, people can directly sit on the escape chair for escaping, and can directly reach the bottom layer all the way down along the track by utilizing the pulley mechanism.
Furthermore, the escape device also comprises a pulley closer, two pulleys are arranged in the pulley mechanism, the pulley closer controls the two pulleys to be opened and closed relatively, and the escape chair can be taken down from the track or mounted on the track by opening the pulleys; the escape chair is used as a fire-fighting article and is temporarily stored in a corridor or other fire-fighting space in daily life, after a disaster occurs, a user temporarily operates the two pulleys to open, and then the escape chair is installed on a track for use.
Furthermore, the inclined track and the connecting track are both made of channel steel, and the two pulleys can slide after falling into the grooves of the channel steel; the brake pads of the brake mechanism are positioned on two sides of the wing plate of the channel steel, and braking can be realized when the wing plate of the channel steel is clamped by the brake pads.
Furthermore, the escape chair also comprises a folding plate, the folding plate is hinged to the edge of the seat, and a user can lay the folding plate flat to take more people according to the requirement.
Further, a bracket is arranged at the bottom of the seat.
Has the advantages that: (1) the escape device disclosed by the invention can realize rapid downstairs by utilizing the track and the escape chair with the pulley, the whole device does not depend on a power supply and does not need to consume physical strength, and the device is beneficial to rapid downstairs escape of high-rise residents in case of disasters. (2) The escape device is provided with the pulley closer for controlling the opening and closing of the pulleys, so that a user can conveniently take down and install the escape chair by himself, the escape chair can be stored independently in a daily state, and the escape chair is prevented from influencing the daily traffic of a staircase. (3) The escape device is provided with the folding plate on the side surface of the seat, so that a user can conveniently lay the folding plate flat to take more residents to escape when needed.
