The fruit and vegetable drying machine room with uniform drying function according to claim 1, wherein a sealing door is fixedly hinged to one side of the drying box (1), a material discharging funnel (35) is embedded in the center of the top of the drying box (1), inclined plates (33) are movably connected to two sides of the inner wall of the material discharging funnel (35), the inclined plates (33) are obliquely arranged, and the center of each inclined plate (33) is connected with the inner wall of the material discharging funnel (35) through a spring III (32).

The fruit and vegetable drying machine room with uniform drying according to claim 5, characterized in that a first servo motor (31) is fixedly installed at one side of the drying box (1), an output shaft of the first servo motor (31) extends into the drying box (1) and is connected with a sealing plate (34), the sealing plate (34) is located at the bottom of the discharging hopper (35), and one end of the sealing plate (34) is rotatably connected with the discharging hopper (35).

pouring fruits and vegetables to be dried into a screening box (7), driving a rotating motor I (12) to drive an eccentric wheel to rotate, pushing a sliding block II (10) to slide in a reciprocating manner by the eccentric wheel through a push rod, driving the screening box (7) to move in a reciprocating manner through a mounting plate (8), and screening through a U-shaped screen (46); the sieved fruits and vegetables fall into a discharge funnel (35);

step two, a servo motor I (31) is driven, the servo motor I (31) drives a sealing plate (34) to rotate, meanwhile, a rotary motor II (36) is driven, the rotary motor II (36) drives a rotary shaft I (27) to rotate, the rotary shaft I (27) drives a gear I (22) to rotate, the gear I (22) drives a gear II (25) to rotate through a transmission chain (23), the gear II (25) drives a transmission shaft (26) to rotate, the transmission shaft (26) drives a rotary impeller (24) to rotate, the rotary impeller (24) drives a rotary chain (21) to rotate, the rotary chain (21) drives a U-shaped placing plate (19) to rotate, and then the U-shaped placing plate (19) is fully filled with fruits and vegetables;

and step three, continuing to drive the U-shaped placing plate (19) to rotate, starting the heater (4) to heat, drying the fruits and vegetables, and finally taking down the dried fruits and vegetables on the U-shaped placing plate (19).
