Abstract
According to the data processing method and device applied to the PPQP/ESO electronic flow system, the associated tasks are combined together and sent to the task receiver, and after the task receiver finishes the associated tasks, all files corresponding to the associated tasks are sent to the target approver for auditing, so that parallel approval of the associated tasks is realized, and approval time is shortened.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of PPQP (Pre-production Part Quality Process, quality control flow of prefabricated parts)/(Engineering Sign Off, part engineering approval) ESO electronic flow system, in particular to a data processing method and a data processing device applied to the PPQP/ESO electronic flow system.
Background
PPQP and ESO are important links in the development process of automobile parts, and the PPQP and the ESO are the necessary conditions for approval of formally produced parts.
Currently, part development engineers upload new tasks to a PPQP/ESO electronic flow system, which sends different tasks separately to task recipients; and uploading the PPQP and/or ESO files of different tasks by the task receiver, and separately sending each file to a corresponding approver for approval by the PPQP/ESO electronic flow system. The existing method can not be used for parallel approval of some related tasks, so that the time consumed by an approver in separately approving the corresponding files of the related tasks is long.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present invention proposes a data processing method and apparatus, which is intended to achieve parallel approval of related tasks, thereby reducing approval time.

Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a data processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applied to a PPQP/ESO electronic flowchart system, may include the steps of:

The part development engineer inputs the requirements of the structure, the size, the materials and the like of the parts at the corresponding interface of the PPQP/ESO electronic flow system and then issues tasks. The PPQP/ESO electronic flow system analyzes whether all tasks issued by the part development engineer contain related tasks. In the present invention, the associated task refers to a plurality of tasks with relevance. In a specific embodiment of the invention, an associated task set is preset, a task issuing instruction is received and responded, whether the task set indicated by the task issuing instruction comprises two or more task associated task sets is analyzed, if yes, the associated tasks in the task set are combined together and sent to a task receiver through a data interaction platform. According to the data processing method provided by the embodiment, after a part development engineer issues a task, the related tasks are combined together and sent to a task receiver, and a PPQP/ESO electronic flow system sends the related tasks to the task receiver; after the task receiver finishes the task, all files corresponding to the associated task are simultaneously sent to a target approver for auditing, so that parallel approval of the associated task is realized, and approval time is shortened.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of another data processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applied to a PPQP/ESO electronic flowchart system, may include the steps of:

For example, in the ESO and engine-issued ESO approval process of the whole vehicle, three levels of approvers exist for the files of the part engineering approval report; after the first-level target approver (such as SVE system manager and PVE system manager) is finished, submitting the first-level target approver to a second-level target approver (such as SMT advanced manager); after the second-level target approver is approved, the second-level target approver is submitted to a third-season target approver (such as a general supervision).
In order to solve the problem of large storage space of the physical file, the file indicated by the file approval and submission instruction can be stored in response to the file approval and submission instruction, so that the electronic file is archived without a large amount of physical storage space.
In order to facilitate the user to know the execution stage of the task in time, the task state of the task indicated by the task issuing instruction can be updated to the supplier in response to the task issuing instruction; and/or, responding to the file approval submitting instruction, and updating the task state of the task corresponding to the file indicated by the file approval submitting instruction to be the approval person.

a task merging unit 11, configured to receive and respond to a task issuing instruction, and merge related tasks included in a task set indicated by the task issuing instruction and send the merged tasks to a task receiver;
the task approval distributing unit 12 is configured to receive and respond to a file approval submitting instruction, and send a file set indicated by the file approval submitting instruction to a target approver, where the file set is all files corresponding to the associated task.
The data processing device applied to the PPQP/ESO electronic flow system provided by the embodiment merges the related tasks through the task merging unit 11 and sends the merged tasks to a task receiver; after the task receiver completes the associated task, all files corresponding to the associated task are sent to a target approver for auditing through the task approval distribution unit 12. Parallel approval of related tasks is realized, so that approval time is reduced

and receiving and responding to a file approval submitting instruction, and sending a file set indicated by the file approval submitting instruction to a target approver so as to realize parallel approval of the associated task, wherein the file set is all files corresponding to the associated task.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to the step of sending the set of documents indicated by the document approval submission instructions to the target approver:
