Abstract

本发明提供了一种带有防伪文字的绒纹PU革及其加工方法。本发明提供的所述绒纹PU革的加工方法包括以下步骤:将设计的纹理图案通过菲林片转移至透明PET母版上,在透明PET母版上涂覆腐蚀剂,腐蚀透明PET母版上的纹理图案,得到宽幅绒纹版等。通过激光直雕技术在制成的绒纹版版面上直接雕刻防伪图案的纹理,由于防伪图案的纹理较浅,不会破坏绒纹的表观效果,需通过高倍放大镜进行辨识,保护绒纹图案纹理不易被复制仿用。并通过两层高温PU油墨着色,使绒纹纹路得到完全的复制,提高绒纹PU革的表观效果。

Description

一种带有防伪标识的绒纹PU革及其加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及材料防伪加工工艺领域,特别涉及一种带有防伪文字的绒纹PU革及其加工方法。
背景技术
绒纹PU革(聚氨酯皮革,Poly Urethane)是一种柔软且弹性较好的皮革材料,可进行3D镂空图案设计,广泛应用于服装、箱包、鞋材等的制作。但由于绒纹纹路较深,致使绒纹PU革制版工艺难度较大,且目前市面上的绒纹布基本不具备防伪功能,使得绒纹纹路易被复制仿用。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种带有防伪标识的绒纹PU革及其加工方法,旨在解决现有绒纹布不具备防伪功能,绒纹纹路易被复制仿用的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出的带有防伪表示的绒纹PU革的加工方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将设计的纹理图案通过菲林片转移至透明PET母版上,在透明PET母版上涂覆腐蚀剂,腐蚀透明PET母版上的纹理图案,得到宽幅绒纹版;
(2)设计防伪图案并将设计好的防伪图案输入紫外线激光打标机中,利用紫外线激光打标机在步骤(1)所得的宽幅绒纹版版面上雕刻出所述防伪图案;
(3)将步骤(2)中雕刻有防伪图案的宽幅绒纹版贴于淋膜机的辊筒上,在宽幅绒纹版表面贴合一层PP膜,形成防伪PP离型纸;
(4)将步骤(3)中的防伪PP离型纸经涂布系统放送至一号涂布头涂覆第一层高熔点PU油墨,再经二号涂布头涂覆第二层高熔点油墨,最后经三号涂布头涂覆第三层低熔点PU油墨;
(5)将步骤(4)中涂布好PU油墨的防伪PP离型纸与TPU保护底材送入贴合辊进行热压贴合,形成带有防伪标识的绒纹PU革。
优选的,步骤(2)中所述防伪图案在所述绒纹版表面刻痕的深度为0.5~1.1mm,宽度为1.4~2.2mm。
优选地,步骤(4)中所述第一层高熔点PU油墨与所述第二层高熔点PU油墨相同,熔点范围为160~190oC,所述第三层低熔点PU油墨的熔点范围为120~140oC。
优选地,步骤(4)中所述第一层高熔点PU油墨与所述第二层高熔点PU油墨的涂覆厚度为0.02~0.06mm,所述第三层低熔点PU油墨的涂覆厚度为0.10~0.20mm。
优选的,步骤(5)中所述TPU保护底材的熔点范围为110~130oC,厚度为0.15~0.35mm。
本发明技术方案通过激光直雕技术在制成的绒纹版版面上直接雕刻防伪图案的纹理,由于防伪图案的纹理较浅,不会破坏绒纹的表观效果,需通过高倍放大镜进行辨识,保护绒纹图案纹理不易被复制仿用。并通过两层高温PU油墨着色,使绒纹纹路得到完全的复制,提高绒纹PU革的表观效果。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种带有防伪标识的绒纹PU革,所述绒纹PU革的加工方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将设计的纹理图案通过菲林片转移至透明PET母版上,在透明PET母版上涂覆腐蚀剂,腐蚀透明PET母版上的纹理图案,得到宽幅绒纹版;
(2)设计防伪图案并将设计好的防伪图案输入紫外线激光打标机中,利用紫外线激光打标机在步骤(1)所得的宽幅绒纹版版面上雕刻出所述防伪图案;
(3)将步骤(2)中雕刻有防伪图案的宽幅绒纹版贴于淋膜机的辊筒上,在宽幅绒纹版表面贴合一层PP膜,形成防伪PP离型纸;
(4)将步骤(3)中的防伪PP离型纸经涂布系统放送至一号涂布头涂覆第一层高熔点PU油墨,再经二号涂布头涂覆第二层高熔点油墨,最后经三号涂布头涂覆第三层低熔点PU油墨;
(5)将步骤(4)中涂布好PU油墨的防伪PP离型纸与TPU保护底材送入贴合辊进行热压贴合,形成带有防伪标识的绒纹PU革。
步骤(2)中所述防伪图案在所述绒纹版表面刻痕的深度为0.5~1.1mm,宽度为1.4~2.2mm。
步骤(4)中所述第一层高熔点PU油墨与所述第二层高熔点PU油墨相同,熔点范围为160~190oC,所述第三层低熔点PU油墨的熔点范围为120~140oC。
步骤(4)中所述第一层高熔点PU油墨与所述第二层高熔点PU油墨的涂覆厚度为0.02~0.06mm,所述第三层低熔点PU油墨的涂覆厚度为0.10~0.20mm。
步骤(5)中所述TPU保护底材的熔点范围为110~130oC,厚度为0.15~0.35mm。

Claims (5)

1.一种带有防伪标识的绒纹PU革,其特征在于,所述绒纹PU革的加工方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将设计的纹理图案通过菲林片转移至透明PET母版上,在透明PET母版上涂覆腐蚀剂,腐蚀透明PET母版上的纹理图案,得到宽幅绒纹版;
(2)设计防伪图案并将设计好的防伪图案输入紫外线激光打标机中,利用紫外线激光打标机在步骤(1)所得的宽幅绒纹版版面上雕刻出所述防伪图案;
(3)将步骤(2)中雕刻有防伪图案的宽幅绒纹版贴于淋膜机的辊筒上,在宽幅绒纹版表面贴合一层PP膜,形成防伪PP离型纸;
(4)将步骤(3)中的防伪PP离型纸经涂布系统放送至一号涂布头涂覆第一层高熔点PU油墨,再经二号涂布头涂覆第二层高熔点油墨,最后经三号涂布头涂覆第三层低熔点PU油墨;
(5)将步骤(4)中涂布好PU油墨的防伪PP离型纸与TPU保护底材送入贴合辊进行热压贴合,形成带有防伪标识的绒纹PU革。
2.如权利要求1所述的带有防伪标识的绒纹PU革,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述防伪图案在所述绒纹版表面刻痕的深度为0.5~1.1mm,宽度为1.4~2.2mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的带有防伪标识的绒纹PU革,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述第一层高熔点PU油墨与所述第二层高熔点PU油墨相同,熔点范围为160~190oC,所述第三层低熔点PU油墨的熔点范围为120~140oC。
4.如权利要求1所述的带有防伪标识的绒纹PU革,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述第一层高熔点PU油墨与所述第二层高熔点PU油墨的涂覆厚度为0.02~0.06mm,所述第三层低熔点PU油墨的涂覆厚度为0.10~0.20mm。
5.如权利要求1所述的带有防伪标识的绒纹PU革,其特征在于,步骤(5)中所述TPU保护底材的熔点范围为110~130oC,厚度为0.15~0.35mm。
