the conveying belt (2) is obliquely arranged between the two hull structures (1), the left end of the conveying belt (2) is obliquely and downwards arranged, the right end of the conveying belt (2) obliquely and upwards extends out of the hull structures (1) and the end part of the conveying belt is positioned above the collecting frame (13), a plurality of push plates (21) are vertically arranged on the belt surface of the conveying belt (2), and the push plates (21) are parallel to the width direction of the conveying belt (2);

the end part of the first rotating shaft (3) extends out of the outer side of the ship body structure (1), and the rotating vane plates (32) are fixedly arranged on the end part of the first rotating shaft (3) extending out of the ship body structure (1) along the circumferential direction.
