Description

Call control method, server, vehicle-mounted terminal and mobile terminal
The application is a divisional application of patent application with application number of '201611260074.4', application date of '2016, 12, and 30', entitled 'a call control method, a server, a vehicle-mounted terminal, and a mobile terminal'.
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of mobile communications, and in particular, to a call control method, a server, a vehicle-mounted terminal, and a mobile terminal.
Background
With the popularization of household automobiles, the automobile electronic technology is developed, and by applying a positioning technology and a mobile communication technology, the automobile rearview mirror can provide functions of navigation, driving recording, entertainment and the like.
Traffic regulations clearly stipulate that a driver forbids to call with a mobile phone in the driving process, therefore, people usually use a hands-free mode to call in the driving process, so that the call requirement in driving can be met, and the situation that the mobile phone is manually operated and has to be driven by one hand can be avoided, so that the traffic hidden trouble is avoided.
In one scheme, the mobile phone call is transferred to the electronic equipment of the automobile through Bluetooth (or other short-distance transmission technology), and then the mobile phone automatically answers the call. The scheme requires the mobile phone to serve as a gateway function, the call quality is influenced by the short-distance communication technology in the vehicle, and the power consumption of the mobile phone is increased. The technical improvement needs to improve the basic call function, and generally needs to be pre-installed before the delivery of the mobile phone, but cannot be solved through third-party software after delivery.
In another scheme, a user can transfer the incoming call of the smart phone to the vehicle-mounted terminal by setting call transfer. However, the disadvantage of this solution is that the user needs to set call forwarding before driving and cancel call forwarding after driving is finished, which is very inconvenient for the user. In addition, the current call forwarding technology is premised on that the mobile phone and the vehicle-mounted terminal use different telephone numbers, and in practice, due to uncertainty of driving time, it is not reasonable to contact the user through the telephone number corresponding to the vehicle-mounted terminal.

Detailed Description
So that the manner in which the features and aspects of the embodiments of the present invention can be understood in detail, a more particular description of the embodiments of the invention, briefly summarized above, may be had by reference to the embodiments, some of which are illustrated in the appended drawings.
The embodiment of the invention relates to a voice service system, a vehicle-mounted terminal and a mobile terminal. Wherein, voice service system includes: the system comprises a voice support system and a voice service server. Wherein, pronunciation braced system has two kinds, is respectively: a voice service core network of a mobile network and an internet voice service system. Further, the voice service core network of the mobile network is: IP multimedia subsystem (IMS, IP)Multimedia Subsystem core network or fifth generation (5G, 5)thGeneration) voice service core network.
Referring to fig. 1, a voice service system is applicable to a voice service of an IMS core network based on a mobile network, fig. 1 takes a voice service provided by a Long Term Evolution (LTE) mobile network as an example, and a service network diagram shown in fig. 1 is also applicable to a future 5G mobile network (the future 5G voice service core network can be regarded as an evolved version of EPC and IMS), as shown in fig. 2, the voice service system includes: a voice service server, an IMS core network/5G voice service core network.
Referring to fig. 3, The voice service system is adapted to an OTT (Over The Top, generally referred to as internet service) voice support system based on a mobile network packet domain, and based on this, The voice service system includes: the voice service server and the OTT voice support system.
By combining the above two situations, the voice service system of the embodiment of the present invention includes: a voice service server and a voice support system as shown in fig. 4. For the case of a mobile network, the voice support system is a mobile network voice service core network, and may be an IMS core network or an IMS-like core network system (e.g., a 5G voice service core network). For the OTT voice support system, the voice support system provides functions of voice service basic call control, user registration information management and the like, and in practice, the voice support system and the voice service server can also be combined. In addition, the mobile terminal is a mobile phone or other personal portable mobile communication equipment; the vehicle-mounted terminal is a rearview mirror terminal with a mobile communication module or other vehicle-mounted communication terminals.
In the embodiment of the invention, the voice service system, the mobile terminal and the rearview mirror terminal support one or more of the following identifiers or support an identifier concept with the same meaning as the following identifiers:
public User Identity (PUI): can be published and needs to be told to others. Each user has one or more common user identities, which are identities used in communicating with other users for addressing and routing calls.
Private User Identity (PVI, Private User Identity): the user is the user himself, and the user does not need to be exposed, only the subscription of the user is identified, and the user does not need to sense. Each user of the background mobile network corresponding to the invention has a private user identity which is used for registration, authentication and charging when the user accesses the mobile network, and the private user identity is not used for addressing and routing of calls.
Contact address (Contact): the IP address of the user terminal is referred, and in order to distinguish different application instances registered by the same terminal, the Contact address is attached with the Instance-ID to route the call to different applications.
Globally Routable User Agent resource identifiers (GRUU), Globally Routable User agents URIs): it is the mobile network that to solve the end-to-end addressing problem, the GRUU distinguishes between the different devices of the user and can also be routed by this method. The GRUU may be a public GRUU or a permanent GRUU. The temporary GRUU takes effect when the terminal is registered, and is invalid when the system is cancelled.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the voice service server is also referred to AS an Application Server (AS), where the AS is an application layer device located at the uppermost layer in the mobile network, and is configured to implement triggering and execution of various network services. The AS and the core network communicate through a standard protocol SIP.
The technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention supports the following conditions:
1) the mobile terminal and the rearview mirror terminal of the user adopt different PUIs.
2) The mobile terminal and the rearview mirror terminal of the user adopt the same PUI.
3) The PVIs for 1) to 2) above may be the same or different.
4) For 1) -2) above), the system supports scenarios that do not employ PVI identification.
5) For the above 1) -2), the system supports either the case of permanent GRUU or temporary GRUU.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the registration information of the vehicle-mounted terminal obtained by the AS is obtained through a third party registration process, AS shown in fig. 5, after the vehicle-mounted terminal is registered in the voice support system registration unit, the voice support system registration unit forwards the registration information to the AS, and the AS obtains that the current vehicle-mounted terminal is registered, which indicates that the vehicle-mounted terminal is in a driving state. Or, AS shown in fig. 6, the AS subscribes the registration event of the vehicle-mounted terminal to the voice support system registration unit, and after the vehicle-mounted terminal registers in the voice support system registration unit, the voice support system registration unit sends a subscription notification to the AS, carrying the registration information of the vehicle-mounted terminal.
For the OTT voice support system, a voice service server or a functional unit in the voice support system except the voice service server provides a registration function of the terminal, the voice service server obtains registration information of the vehicle-mounted terminal from the registration unit, and the voice service server obtains the registration information of the vehicle-mounted terminal, namely obtains that the vehicle-mounted terminal is in a driving state. Besides, the AS can obtain the registration information of the vehicle-mounted terminal, and also can obtain the routing information of the vehicle-mounted terminal, such AS a Contact address, GRUU and the like.
And combining the two situations, the AS obtains the travel state of the vehicle-mounted terminal, and one scheme is that the voice support system forwards the registration message to the AS. The other scheme is that the AS subscribes the registration event of the vehicle-mounted terminal to the registration unit of the voice support system, and after the vehicle-mounted terminal registers to the registration unit of the voice support system, the AS sends a subscription notification to the AS and carries registration information.
In the embodiment of the invention, one terminal of the same user acquires the information (such as the GRUU, the Contact address and the current session identifier) of the other terminal, and the specific scheme is that the information is acquired by subscribing the registration event. Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a diagram illustrating a terminal subscribing to GRUU and Contact information of another terminal, specifically, UE _1 subscribes to a registration event of UE _2 from a voice support system registration unit, and after UE _2 registers to the voice support system registration unit, the voice support system registration unit sends a registration message to UE _1, where the registration message carries the GRUU and Contact information of UE _ 2. Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 shows that a terminal subscribes to session (Dialog) information of another terminal, specifically, UE _1 subscribes to an active session of UE _2 to a voice support system registration unit, the voice support system registration unit subscribes to the active session of UE _2 to an AS, and after UE _2 establishes a session Dialog _1 in UE _ B, the voice support system registration unit sends a subscription notification to UE _1, which carries an identifier of Dialog _ 1.
In the above scheme, UE _1 may be a mobile terminal, UE _2 may be a vehicle-mounted terminal, and UE _ B is a remote device. In another case, UE _1 may be a vehicle-mounted terminal, UE _2 may be a mobile terminal, and UE _ B is a remote device.

The technical solution of the embodiments of the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to specific application scenarios. In the following application examples, Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) is used between functional network elements in the voice support system and between the voice support system and the AS, where the AS represents a voice service server.
The application scene one:
the user mobile terminal UE _ a1(PUI1) and the rearview mirror terminal UE _ a2(PUI2) employ different PUIs, generally, the mobile terminal PUI1 belongs to AS1, and the rearview mirror terminal PU2 belongs to AS 2. As shown in fig. 19, the call control flow includes the following steps:
1) AS1 forwards the call to AS 2.
When a user dials a mobile terminal PUI1 of a driver, the AS1 to which the PUI1 belongs receives PUI1 call information (INVITE message), and the AS1 calls the PUI2 according to a number association relationship, namely, a relationship that PUI1 and PUI2 are established in advance (PUI1 and PUI2 are bound under a user identity).
This step is a general case, and actually, PUI1 and PUI2 may belong to the same server AS.
In this step, the AS1 may reply with a 100Trying message to the UE _ a1, which is routed by the voice support system to the UE _ a 1.
2) And after receiving the call signaling from the AS1, the AS2 calls the PUI2 according to the obtained current driving state of the rearview mirror terminal.
In this step, the AS2 may reply with a 100Trying message to the AS1, which is routed by the voice support system to the AS 1.
In this step, AS2 is the home service server of PUI 2. If the user turns on the automobile rear view mirror terminal, the rear view mirror terminal (embedded mobile communication module) is registered with the voice service system, i.e., registered through the PUI 2. The AS2 obtains the registered state of the PUI2, that is, the current driving state of the rearview mirror. If the mirror terminal is in the travel state, a call request is made to the PUI 2. If the driving is finished, the vehicle-mounted system is closed, the rearview mirror terminal is logged off from the system, and the AS2 can know that the vehicle state is not in the trip state, that is, the PUI2 is not reachable, so that the call to the PUI1 is not concurrently sent to the rearview mirror PUI 2.
In this step, if the driving state is judged, two paths of calling signaling are generated in the two steps, and the mobile terminal and the rearview mirror terminal are respectively called.
In the above two steps, two PUIs of the user, namely the mobile terminal PUI1 and the rearview mirror terminal PUI2, belong to different ASs respectively, which is a general case, and in actual deployment, the PUI1 and the PUI2 associated with each other by one user may belong to the same AS.
3) The rearview mirror terminal completes incoming call answering according to voice control or automatically starts incoming call answering.
For the function of answering the incoming call under voice control, the rearview mirror terminal comprises a microphone and a voice instruction identification module, and can identify voice control instructions such as 'answering the call'.
For the automatic answering function, after the rearview mirror terminal receives the incoming call signaling, the hands-free answering incoming call is automatically started.
In this step, the rearview mirror replies a 200OK message to the AS 2. The 200OK is finally routed to the mobile terminal via the voice support system.
According to the technical scheme, two terminals of the user use different PUI registrations, and if only one terminal of the rearview mirror uses the PUI2, the rearview mirror can be routed to the corresponding rearview mirror terminal without a rearview mirror Contact address or a GRUU information signaling voice support system.
Application scenario two:
the mobile terminal and the rearview mirror terminal of the user use the same PUI, because the user is registered to the voice service system from two different terminals, namely the mobile terminal and the rearview mirror terminal, the Contact addresses of the two terminals are different, and the mobile terminal is set to be Contact1, and the rearview mirror terminal is set to be Contact 2. As shown in fig. 20, the call handover procedure includes the following steps:
1) when the mobile terminal PUI is in a call, the PUI home AS receives the call information (INVITE message), and respectively sends out two-way calls Contact1 and Contact2 to the two terminals.
In this step, if the rearview mirror terminal is in a driving state, the AS may obtain two Contact addresses Contact1 and Contact2 of the user PUI from the registered service network element, the signaling of the AS calling the PUI passes through the voice support system, and the voice support system routes the call to the mobile terminal and the rearview mirror terminal respectively according to the Contact addresses.
In this step, the AS may send two calls (PUI + Contact1 and PUI + Contact2), or may send one call (PUI), and the voice support system (the mobile network is the IMS core network) sends two calls (PUI + Contact1 and PUI + Contact2) to the mobile terminal and the rearview mirror terminal, respectively.
Here, after receiving the INVITE message, the mobile terminal and the rearview mirror terminal may send a Ringing message 180Ringing to the AS, and the AS may send the Ringing message to the calling party after receiving the two paths of 180 Ringing.
If the rearview mirror terminal is in a non-travel state, the AS server (or the voice support system) only obtains one contact address of the PUI user, and the call is not sent to the rearview mirror in a concurrent mode.
If the mobile terminal of the user is powered off and the rearview mirror terminal is registered with the system, the AS (voice support system) only obtains the address of the rearview mirror terminal of the PUI user at the moment and only calls the rearview mirror terminal.
2) And controlling the incoming call to be answered according to the voice, or automatically starting to answer after the incoming call is received by the rearview mirror.
For the voice service system supporting PVI, the scheme is suitable for the condition that the PUI and the PVI of the mobile terminal and the rearview mirror are the same or the condition that the PUI is the same but the PVI is different, and the AS sends two paths of terminal call signaling to respectively reach the mobile terminal and the automobile rearview mirror.
Here, after the rearview mirror answers the incoming call, a 200OK message is returned, and the 200OK message is finally routed to the calling party terminal through the AS and the voice support system. And after receiving the 200OK message, the calling party terminal returns an Acknowledgement (ACK) to the opposite terminal.
The technical scheme 2 is suitable for the situation that the voice service system does not support GRUU, at the moment, if the PUI user has the situation that the number of the PUI user exceeds that of the mobile terminal and that of the rearview mirror terminal, due to the temporary IP address, the Contact address can be added during registration to be information of the vehicle-mounted terminal, and the AS can accurately judge which Contact address is the rearview mirror terminal according to the additional information, so that the call can be accurately appointed to the rearview mirror terminal. If no additional information is used, all terminals (including the rear view mirror terminal) that register the voice service system using the PUI are called by the voice service system.
Application scenario three:
the same PUI is adopted by the user mobile terminal and the rearview mirror terminal, and the globally routable unique identifier of the mobile terminal is assumed to be GRUU1, and the globally unique identifier of the rearview mirror terminal is assumed to be GRUU 2. As shown in fig. 21, the call handover procedure includes the following steps:
1) and after receiving the PUI calling signaling, the AS calls the GRUU1 mobile terminal, and calls the GRUU2 rearview mirror terminal according to the driving state of the rearview mirror.
Specifically, after receiving the INVITE message for calling the PUI, the AS sends the INVITE message to the mobile terminal GRUU1, and sends the INVITE message to the rearview mirror terminal GRUU2 according to the driving state of the rearview mirror.
In this step, when a certain calling party user calls the PUI of the driver, the INVITE message is sent, and the AS to which the PUI belongs receives the PUI call INVITE message. If the mobile terminal user opens the automobile rearview mirror terminal, the rearview mirror terminal (embedded mobile communication module) is registered to the voice service system, and the AS obtains the registered state of the rearview mirror, namely the current driving state of the rearview mirror. If the mirror terminal is in the travel state, a call request INVITE message is sent to the PUI + GRUU 2. If in the non-travel state, the rear view mirror terminal will not register with the voice service system, the AS can know that the car state is in the non-travel state, and thus the call to the mobile terminal will not be synchronized to the rear view mirror GRUU 2.
2) The rearview mirror terminal completes incoming call answering according to voice control or automatically starts incoming call answering.
For the function of answering the incoming call under voice control, the rearview mirror terminal comprises a microphone and a voice instruction identification module, and can identify voice control instructions such as 'answering the call'. Specifically, after receiving the INVITE, the rearview mirror terminal may ring to return 180Ringing messages for voice control to complete the incoming call answering function, the rearview mirror terminal includes a microphone and a voice instruction recognition module, and may recognize a voice control instruction such as "answer a call", and the rearview mirror returns a 200OK message after answering.
For the automatic answering function, after the rearview mirror terminal receives the incoming call signaling, the hands-free answering incoming call is automatically started. Specifically, after receiving the INVITE, the rearview mirror terminal automatically starts hands-free answering of the incoming call and directly returns a 200OK message for the automatic answering function after receiving the incoming call signaling.
And an application scene four:
after the mobile terminal rings, the rearview mirror pulls the call to the terminal. The mobile terminal, the rearview mirror terminal and the voice service system all support GRUU, the mobile terminal and the rearview mirror of the user adopt the same PUI, the globally routable unique identifier of the mobile terminal is assumed to be GRUU1, and the globally unique identifier of the rearview mirror terminal is assumed to be GRUU 2. Assume that the calling party PUI _ a belongs to AS _ a and PUI belongs to AS _ B. As shown in fig. 22, the call handover procedure includes the following steps:
1) the voice-controlled rearview mirror initiates voice call forwarding.
In this step, after the mobile terminal rings, that is, the voice service system calls the mobile terminal PUI + GRUU1, (the driver) controls the rearview mirror terminal to start a request signaling for switching the voice call to the rearview mirror (PUI + GRUU2) through voice.
2) The rearview mirror sends a call forwarding signaling.
In this step, after receiving the voice command, the rearview mirror sends a call forwarding request (forwarding to PUI + GRUU2) to the voice service system. The specific steps are that the rearview mirror receives the voice Transfer or voice command with the same meaning and then identifies the voice command, and then sends a call Transfer request INVITE STN (STN) to the voice service system, and the call Transfer request occurs when the mobile terminal rings but answers, namely, the media surface is not established.
The rearview mirror terminal can obtain the current session Dialog of the mobile terminal, namely the Dialog event of the rearview mirror subscription SUBSCRIBE PUI, through the scheme described in fig. 8, and when the mobile terminal rings, the early session Dialog is established, and at this time, the AS _ B sends a subscription notification message NOTIY to the rearview mirror terminal, carrying the session identifier.
The parameter of STN is the Dialog when the call transfer request is sent, and the transfer request may also carry GRUU2 information indicating that the session Dialog is transferred to GRUU 2.
3) The rearview mirror terminal obtains the transferred voice call and automatically answers or controls the voice to answer after ringing.
For the automatic answering function, after the rearview mirror terminal receives the incoming call signaling, the hands-free answering incoming call is automatically started.
For the function of answering the incoming call under voice control, the rearview mirror terminal comprises a microphone and a voice instruction identification module, and can identify voice control instructions such as 'answering the call'.
Application scenario five:
after the mobile terminal rings, the rearview mirror pulls the call to the terminal. The scheme is based on a contact address scheme, and the call forwarding request occurs when the mobile terminal rings but answers, namely, the media surface is not established yet. In the scheme, the mobile terminal and the rearview mirror of the user adopt the same PUI, the Contact address after the mobile terminal is registered is assumed to be Contact1, the Contact address after the rearview mirror terminal is registered is assumed to be Contact2, and the PUI is assumed to belong to the AS. The method comprises the following steps:
1) the voice-controlled rearview mirror initiates voice call forwarding.
In this step, after the mobile terminal rings, that is, the voice service system calls the mobile terminal PUI + Contact1, (driver) controls the rearview mirror to start the request signaling for switching the voice call to the rearview mirror (PUI + Contact2) through voice.
2) The rearview mirror sends a call forwarding signaling.
In this step, after receiving the voice command, the rearview mirror sends a call forwarding request (forwarding to PUI + Contact2) to the voice service system. The specific steps are that the rearview mirror receives a voice command with the meaning of voice transfer or the like and then recognizes the voice command, and then sends a call transfer request to a voice service system and carries Contact 2. The call forwarding request of the scheme occurs when the mobile terminal rings but answers, namely, the media plane is not established.
In this step, the rearview mirror terminal may obtain the current session Dialog of the mobile terminal through the scheme described in fig. 15, and carry the Dialog when sending the call transfer request, and the transfer request may also carry Contact2 address information indicating that the session Dialog is transferred to the Contact2 address.
In the above scheme, after the rearview mirror terminal rings or answers, the AS can cancel the call request to the original mobile terminal.
In the above scheme, the GRUU in fig. 22 may be replaced by a Contact, so that the process of the present scenario may be implemented.
Application scenario six:
if the mobile terminal has answered the call, is in answering the state, transfer the pronunciation to answering on the rear-view mirror through the operation of rear-view mirror at this moment, this scheme is based on GRUU scheme. In the scheme, the mobile terminal and the rearview mirror of the user adopt the same PUI, the unique global routable identifier after the mobile terminal is registered is assumed to be GRUU1, the unique global routable identifier after the rearview mirror terminal is registered is assumed to be GRUU2, and the PUI is assumed to belong to an AS. As shown in fig. 23, the call handover procedure includes the following steps:
1) the voice-controlled rearview mirror initiates voice call forwarding.
In this step, the mobile terminal is carrying out a voice call (through PUI + GRUU1), and is in a driving need, and (a driver) controls the rearview mirror to start a request signaling for switching the voice call to the rearview mirror (PUI + GRUU2) through voice.
2) The rearview mirror sends a call forwarding signaling.
In this step, after receiving the voice command, the rearview mirror sends a call forwarding request (forwarding to PUI + GRUU2) to the voice service system. The specific steps are that the rearview mirror receives a voice command with the meaning of voice transfer or the like, then carries out recognition, and then sends a call transfer request to a voice service system and carries GRUU 2. The call forwarding request of the scheme is generated after the mobile terminal is in conversation with other users, namely the establishment of a media plane link is completed.
In this step, the rearview mirror terminal may obtain the Dialog of the current session of the mobile terminal through the scheme described in fig. 8, where the Dialog is carried when the call transfer request is sent, and the transfer request may also carry GRUU2 information indicating that the Dialog of the session is transferred to GRUU 2.
3) The rearview mirror terminal establishes a media link and automatically answers the call.
The rearview mirror obtains the IP address of the opposite end of the media link from the voice service system, the IP address of the opposite end can be a voice service server or other media function units, and the rearview mirror establishes the media link through the IP to complete automatic answering.
After the rearview mirror terminal answers, the original media link is cancelled.
An application scene seven:
if the mobile terminal is already answering the call and is in an answering state, the voice is transferred to the rearview mirror to be answered through the rearview mirror operation, and the scheme is based on a contact address scheme. The call switching process comprises the following steps:
1) the voice-controlled rearview mirror initiates voice call forwarding.
In this step, the mobile terminal is carrying out a voice call (through PUI + Contact1), and is in a driving need, and (the driver) controls the rearview mirror to start a request signaling for switching the voice call to the rearview mirror (PUI + Contact2) through voice.
The call forwarding request of the scheme is generated after the mobile terminal is in conversation with other users, namely the establishment of a media plane is completed.
In the above scheme, the GRUU in fig. 23 may be replaced by a Contact, that is, the process of the present scenario may be implemented.
An application scenario eight:
if the mobile terminal has answered the call and is in an answering state, the voice is transferred to the rearview mirror to be answered through the operation of the mobile terminal, and the scheme is based on the GRUU scheme. In the scheme, the mobile terminal and the rearview mirror of the user adopt the same PUI _ B, the contact address after the mobile terminal is registered is assumed to be GRUU1, the contact address after the rearview mirror terminal is registered is assumed to be GRUU2, the PUI _ B is assumed to belong to AS _ B, and the calling party PUI _ A belongs to AS _ A. As shown in fig. 24, the call handover procedure includes the following steps:
1) the mobile terminal initiates voice call forwarding.
The mobile terminal is engaged in a voice call (through PUI _ B + GRUU1), is in driving need, and sends to the AS _ B by the mobile terminal initiating a REFER request message to switch the voice call to the rear view mirror (PUI _ B + GRUU 2). The call forwarding request of the scheme is generated after the mobile terminal is in conversation with other users, namely the establishment of a media plane is completed.
The mobile terminal GRUU1 may subscribe to the state of the mirror terminal (PUI _ B) through the flow described in fig. 7, and obtain the contact address GRUU2 of the mirror from the subscription notification.
2) AS _ B forwards the call to the rear view mirror.
After receiving the REFER message of the call transfer request, AS _ B calls a rearview mirror to send an INVITE message and informs the rearview mirror of an IP address of an opposite end of a media link.
And the other side of the AS _ B sends RE _ INVITE message to the calling party to inform the opposite end of modifying the IP address required by the media plane link.
3) And the rearview mirror terminal completes the establishment of the media plane link according to the received signaling and carries out voice communication through the media plane link.
After the rearview mirror terminal answers, the original media link is cancelled.
Application scenario nine:
if the mobile terminal has answered the call and is in an answering state, the voice is transferred to the rearview mirror to be answered through the operation of the mobile terminal, and the scheme is based on a Contact scheme. The call switching process comprises the following steps:
1) the mobile terminal initiates a voice call forwarding request.
In this step, the mobile terminal is performing a voice call (via PUI + Contact1), and a request signaling to switch the voice call to the rear view mirror (PUI + Contact2) is initiated by the mobile terminal (driver) in response to the driving request. The call forwarding request of the scheme is generated after the mobile terminal is in conversation with other users, namely the establishment of a media plane is completed.
The mobile terminal may subscribe to the state of the rearview mirror terminal (PUI) through the process described in fig. 7, and obtain the Contact address Contact2 of the rearview mirror from the subscription notification.
2) The AS forwards the call to the rear view mirror.
In this step, after receiving the call transfer request signaling, the AS calls the rearview mirror and notifies the rearview mirror of the IP address of the opposite end of the media surface link. Here, the IP address is an intermediate network element of the voice service system that directly establishes a media link with the rear-view mirror, and may also be an AS.
3) And the rearview mirror terminal completes the establishment of the media plane link according to the received signaling and carries out voice communication through the media plane link.
After the rearview mirror terminal answers, the original media link is cancelled.
Application scenario ten:
if the rearview mirror terminal is already answering the call and is in an answering state, the voice is transferred to the mobile terminal to be answered through the operation of the mobile terminal, and the scheme is based on the GRUU scheme. The call switching process comprises the following steps:
1) the mobile terminal initiates voice call forwarding.
In this step, the rear-view mirror terminal is performing a voice call (via PUI + GRUU2), and is in need of parking, a request signaling to switch the voice call to the mobile terminal (PUI + GRUU2) is initiated by the mobile terminal (driver). The call forwarding request of the scheme occurs after the rearview mirror terminal is in conversation with other users, namely the establishment of the media plane is completed.
The mobile terminal may subscribe to the state of the rearview mirror terminal (PUI) through the process described in fig. 7, and obtain the contact address GRUU2 of the rearview mirror from the subscription notification.
In this step, the mobile terminal may obtain the current Dialog of the rearview mirror terminal through the scheme described in fig. 8, where the Dialog is carried when the call transfer request is sent, and the transfer request may also carry GRUU1 information indicating that the Dialog is transferred to GRUU 1.
2) The AS forwards the call to the mobile terminal.
In this step, after receiving the call transfer request signaling, the AS calls the mobile terminal and notifies the rearview mirror media surface link of the opposite terminal IP address.
3) And the mobile terminal completes the establishment of the media surface link according to the received signaling and carries out voice communication through the media surface link.
After the mobile terminal answers, the original media link is cancelled.
Application scenarios eleven:
if the rearview mirror is already answering the call and is in an answering state, the voice is transferred to the mobile terminal to be answered through the operation of the mobile terminal, and the scheme is based on a Contact scheme. The call switching process comprises the following steps:
1) the mobile terminal initiates a voice call forwarding request.
In this step, the rearview mirror terminal is in voice communication (through PUI + Contact2, in the need of stopping driving, the (driver) initiates a request signaling for switching the voice call to the mobile terminal (PUI + Contact1) through the mobile terminal.
The mobile terminal may subscribe to the state of the rearview mirror terminal (PUI) through the process described in fig. 7, and obtain the Contact address Contact2 of the rearview mirror from the subscription notification.
In this step, the mobile terminal may obtain the current session Dialog of the rearview mirror terminal through the scheme described in fig. 8, and the Dialog is carried when the call transfer request is sent, and the transfer request may also carry Contact1 information to indicate that the session Dialog is transferred to Contact 1.
2) The AS forwards the call to the mobile terminal.
In this step, after receiving the call transfer request signaling, the AS calls the mobile terminal and notifies the mobile terminal of the IP address of the opposite end of the media surface link. Here, the IP address is an intermediate network element of the voice service system that directly establishes a media link with the mobile terminal, and may also be an AS.
3) And the mobile terminal completes the establishment of the media surface link according to the received signaling and carries out voice communication through the media surface link.
After the mobile terminal answers, the original media link is cancelled.
