Because the telephone actually dialed by the IP telephone X is the IP telephone B, if the IP telephone B is not in an idle state, the telephone can be hung up first and then picked up; if IP telephone B is in idle state, then it can go off-hook directly; after IP phone B is taken off-hook by the user, the user may be prompted as needed to select whether to initiate a new call (at which time a call between IP phone B and another phone needs to be established) or to answer a parallel call (at which time a call between IP phone B and IP phone X needs to be established).
Methods for prompting a user to select to initiate a new call or to answer a parallel call include, but are not limited to: (1) if the IP telephone B has the information display and interactive processing capacity, after the IP telephone B is picked up by a user, the information such as the parallel connection serial number, the calling equipment number and the like is displayed on the IP telephone B while a dial tone is played, and the user can select to initiate a new call or answer the parallel connection call according to the information displayed on the IP telephone B; (2) if the IP telephone B has no information display and interactive processing capability, after the IP telephone B is off-hook by the user, the user needs to be prompted to have a parallel connection call by playing different dial tones or prompting tones, and the user can select to initiate a new call or answer the parallel connection call according to the prompting tones.
If the user selects to initiate a new call, the user can directly dial through the IP telephone B to initiate the new call, and the process is not repeated in the application scene; if the user selects to answer the parallel line call, the IP telephone B initiates a request (FEATURE message) for answering the parallel line call to the voice server, wherein the request carries a parallel line serial number to be answered; as shown below, an example of a call request message carrying a doubling sequence number.

It should be noted that, in the above application scenario, the specific implementation is described in SIP, and other call-based standards can also be applied to the specific implementation of the present invention; in addition, the parallel call in the above flow can support multiple users to use simultaneously, in order to reduce implementation difficulty and use complexity in practical application, the number of the specific parallel calls can be limited, for example, for multiple parallel users, only one user is allowed to use simultaneously, and when receiving the parallel call, selection is not needed, and as long as there is a call currently, other users can receive the parallel call as long as the other users are off-hook.
In summary, in the embodiments of the present invention, a parallel service can be implemented in a VoIP network, so that telephone number resources are effectively saved; when a plurality of telephones share one number, the plurality of telephones are not influenced mutually and can be used simultaneously; and the number of the paralleled telephones is not limited; when a call is incoming, the currently idle phone rings at the same time, a call is established when any phone is connected, if a called party needs to be switched, the called party only needs to answer the call to connect the phone, the switching is completed according to the prompt, and the switched phone is hung up after the switching is completed.
Based on the same inventive concept as the above method, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a voice server, which is applied to a system including a calling device, the voice server, a called device, and at least one parallel device, where the called device and the parallel device have the same number, and when the calling device calls the called device, as shown in fig. 3, the voice server includes:
a transceiver module 11, configured to receive a first call request message from the calling device, where the first call request message carries the number, and send the first call request message to an idle called device and a parallel device corresponding to the number;
receiving a call response from a called device or a parallel device, and notifying the number of the calling device and identification information corresponding to a call between the calling device and a device sending the call response to the parallel device and the called device;
when a call is established between the calling device and a parallel device and the called device needs to establish the call with the calling device, receiving a second call request message from the called device, wherein the second call request message carries the number of the calling device and identification information corresponding to the call between the calling device and the parallel device;
after receiving the second call request message, releasing the call between the calling device and the parallel line device corresponding to the identification information carried in the second call request message, and sending the second call request message to the calling device by using the number of the calling device;
the establishing module 12 is configured to, after receiving a call response, establish a call between the calling device and the device that sends the call response;
and after the second call request message is sent to the calling equipment by using the number of the calling equipment, establishing a call between the calling equipment and the called equipment.
The voice server further comprises a recording module 13:
the transceiver module 11 is further configured to receive a first registration message from the called device and a second registration message from the parallel device, where the first registration message carries a number of the called device and information that the called device enables a parallel service, and the second registration message carries a number of the parallel device and information that the parallel device enables a parallel service;
when the called device and the parallel line device corresponding to the number start the parallel line service and the number corresponds to an idle called device and an idle parallel line device, sending the first call request message to the idle called device and the idle parallel line device corresponding to the number;
the recording module 13 is configured to record that the called device and the parallel device enable a parallel service after receiving the first registration message and the second registration message.
The modules of the device can be integrated into a whole or can be separately deployed. The modules can be combined into one module, and can also be further split into a plurality of sub-modules.
Based on the same inventive concept as the above method, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a voice server, which is applied to a system including a calling device, the voice server, a called device, and at least one parallel device, where the called device and the parallel device have the same number, and when the calling device calls the called device, the voice server includes:
a transceiver module, configured to receive a first call request message from the calling device, where the first call request message carries the number, and send the first call request message to an idle called device and a parallel device corresponding to the number;
receiving a call response from a called device or a parallel line device, and notifying the number of the calling device and identification information corresponding to a call between the calling device and the device sending the call response to the called device and other parallel line devices;
when a call is established between the calling device and a parallel device and the called device needs to establish the call with the calling device, receiving a second call request message from the called device, wherein the second call request message carries the number of the calling device and identification information corresponding to the call between the calling device and the parallel device;
after receiving the second call request message, releasing the call between the calling device and the parallel line device corresponding to the identification information carried in the second call request message, and sending the second call request message to the calling device by using the number of the calling device;
the establishing module is used for establishing a call between the calling equipment and the equipment for sending the call response after receiving the call response;
and after the second call request message is sent to the calling equipment by using the number of the calling equipment, establishing a call between the calling equipment and the called equipment.
Based on the same inventive concept as the above method, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a called device, which is applied to a system including a calling device, a voice server, the called device, and at least one parallel device, where the called device and the parallel device have the same number, and when the calling device calls the called device, as shown in fig. 4, the called device includes:
a receiving module 21, configured to receive a first call request message from the voice server, where the first call request message carries the number;
when the voice server establishes a call between the calling equipment and the parallel line equipment, receiving the number of the calling equipment and identification information corresponding to the call between the calling equipment and the parallel line equipment, wherein the number of the calling equipment is notified by the voice server;
a sending module 22, configured to send a call response to the voice server after receiving the first call request message, where the voice server establishes a call between the calling device and the called device;
after receiving the number of the calling device and identification information corresponding to the call between the calling device and the parallel line device, if the called device needs to establish a call with the calling device, sending a second call request message to the voice server, wherein the second call request message carries the number of the calling device and the identification information corresponding to the call between the calling device and the parallel line device;
and the voice server releases the call between the calling equipment and the parallel line equipment corresponding to the identification information corresponding to the call between the calling equipment and the parallel line equipment, and establishes the call between the calling equipment and the called equipment by using the number of the calling equipment.
The sending module 22 is further configured to send a registration message to the voice server, where the registration message carries the number of the called device and information that the called device enables the parallel service, and the voice server records that the called device enables the parallel service.
The sending module 22 is specifically configured to, when the called device is a device with information display and processing capabilities, display, on the called device, a number of the calling device and identification information corresponding to a call between the calling device and the parallel device, and when it is determined that the called device needs to establish a call with the calling device through the displayed information on the called device, send the second call request message to the voice server; or,
when the called device is not a device with information display and processing capability, the called device prompts the user to operate and send the second call request message to the voice server by playing different dial tones or prompt tones, and when receiving corresponding instruction information for establishing a call between the called device and the calling device, the called device sends the second call request message to the voice server.
The modules of the device can be integrated into a whole or can be separately deployed. The modules can be combined into one module, and can also be further split into a plurality of sub-modules.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the present invention may be implemented by hardware, or by software plus a necessary general hardware platform. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention can be embodied in the form of a software product, which can be stored in a non-volatile storage medium (which can be a CD-ROM, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, etc.), and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which can be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.

The modules of the above embodiments may be combined into one module, or further split into multiple sub-modules.

Claims (11)

1. A calling method based on VoIP network is applied to a system comprising a calling device, a voice server, a called device and at least one parallel device, wherein the called device and the parallel device have the same number, when the calling device calls the called device, the method comprises the following steps:
the voice server receives a first call request message from the calling equipment, wherein the number is carried in the first call request message; sending the first call request message to idle called equipment and parallel connection equipment corresponding to the number;
after receiving a call response, the voice server establishes a call between the calling device and the device sending the call response, and notifies the number of the calling device and identification information corresponding to the call between the calling device and the device sending the call response to the parallel device and the called device, wherein the voice server only receives one call response;
when a call is established between the calling device and a parallel device and the called device needs to establish the call with the calling device, the voice server receives a second call request message from the called device, the second call request message carries the number of the calling device and identification information corresponding to the call between the calling device and the parallel device, the voice server releases the call between the calling device and the parallel device corresponding to the identification information, the second call request message is sent to the calling device by using the number of the calling device, and the call is established between the calling device and the called device.
2. The method of claim 1,
the voice server sends the first call request message to the idle called device and the parallel connection device corresponding to the number, and the method further includes: the voice server receives a first registration message from the called device and a second registration message from the doubling device, wherein the first registration message carries the number of the called device and the information that the called device starts the doubling service, and the second registration message carries the number of the doubling device and the information that the doubling device starts the doubling service, and records that the called device and the doubling device start the doubling service;
the sending, by the voice server, the first call request message to the idle called device and the parallel line device corresponding to the number specifically includes: and when the called device and the parallel line device corresponding to the number start the parallel line service and the number corresponds to the idle called device and the parallel line device, the voice server sends the first call request message to the idle called device and the parallel line device corresponding to the number.
3. The method of claim 1,
the voice server sends the first call request message to the idle called device and the parallel connection device corresponding to the number, and then the method further comprises the following steps: the called device sends a call response to the voice server after receiving a first call request message from the voice server; and/or after receiving the first call request message from the voice server, the doubling device sends a call response to the voice server.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the process of the called device sending the second call request message to the voice server specifically comprises:
when the called device is a device with information display and processing capabilities, the called device displays the number of the calling device and identification information corresponding to the call between the calling device and the parallel device, and when the called device determines that the called device needs to establish the call with the calling device through the displayed information, the called device sends the second call request message to the voice server; or,
when the called device is not a device with information display and processing capabilities, the called device plays different dial tones or prompt tones to prompt a user to operate and send the second call request message, and when receiving corresponding instruction information for establishing a call between the called device and the calling device, the called device sends the second call request message to the voice server.
5. A calling method based on VoIP network is applied to a system comprising a calling device, a voice server, a called device and at least one parallel device, wherein the called device and the parallel device have the same number, when the calling device calls the called device, the method comprises the following steps:
the voice server receives a first call request message from the calling equipment, wherein the number is carried in the first call request message; sending the first call request message to idle called equipment and parallel connection equipment corresponding to the number;
after receiving a call response, the voice server establishes a call between the calling device and the device sending the call response, and notifies the called device and other parallel devices of the number of the calling device and identification information corresponding to the call between the calling device and the device sending the call response, wherein the voice server only receives one call response;
when a call is established between the calling device and a parallel device and the called device needs to establish the call with the calling device, the voice server receives a second call request message from the called device, the second call request message carries the number of the calling device and identification information corresponding to the call between the calling device and the parallel device, the voice server releases the call between the calling device and the parallel device corresponding to the identification information, the second call request message is sent to the calling device by using the number of the calling device, and the call is established between the calling device and the called device.
6. A voice server, applied to a system including a calling device, a voice server, a called device and at least one parallel device, wherein the called device and the parallel device have the same number, and when the calling device calls the called device, the voice server comprises:
a transceiver module, configured to receive a first call request message from the calling device, where the first call request message carries the number, and send the first call request message to an idle called device and a parallel device corresponding to the number;
receiving a call response from a called device or a parallel device, and notifying the number of the calling device and identification information corresponding to a call between the calling device and a device sending the call response to the parallel device and the called device, wherein the voice server only receives one call response;
when a call is established between the calling device and a parallel device and the called device needs to establish the call with the calling device, receiving a second call request message from the called device, wherein the second call request message carries the number of the calling device and identification information corresponding to the call between the calling device and the parallel device;
after receiving the second call request message, releasing the call between the calling device and the parallel line device corresponding to the identification information carried in the second call request message, and sending the second call request message to the calling device by using the number of the calling device;
the establishing module is used for establishing a call between the calling equipment and the equipment for sending the call response after receiving the call response;
and after the second call request message is sent to the calling equipment by using the number of the calling equipment, establishing a call between the calling equipment and the called equipment.
7. The voice server of claim 6, further comprising a recording module:
the transceiver module is further configured to receive a first registration message from the called device and a second registration message from the parallel device, where the first registration message carries a number of the called device and information that the called device enables a parallel service, and the second registration message carries a number of the parallel device and information that the parallel device enables a parallel service;
when the called device and the parallel line device corresponding to the number start the parallel line service and the number corresponds to an idle called device and an idle parallel line device, sending the first call request message to the idle called device and the idle parallel line device corresponding to the number;
the recording module is configured to record that the called device and the parallel device enable a parallel service after receiving the first registration message and the second registration message.
8. A voice server, applied to a system including a calling device, a voice server, a called device and at least one parallel device, wherein the called device and the parallel device have the same number, and when the calling device calls the called device, the voice server comprises:
a transceiver module, configured to receive a first call request message from the calling device, where the first call request message carries the number, and send the first call request message to an idle called device and a parallel device corresponding to the number;
receiving a call response from a called device or a parallel line device, and notifying the number of the calling device and identification information corresponding to a call between the calling device and a device sending the call response to the called device and other parallel line devices, wherein the voice server only receives one call response;
when a call is established between the calling device and a parallel device and the called device needs to establish the call with the calling device, receiving a second call request message from the called device, wherein the second call request message carries the number of the calling device and identification information corresponding to the call between the calling device and the parallel device;
after receiving the second call request message, releasing the call between the calling device and the parallel line device corresponding to the identification information carried in the second call request message, and sending the second call request message to the calling device by using the number of the calling device;
the establishing module is used for establishing a call between the calling equipment and the equipment for sending the call response after receiving the call response;
and after the second call request message is sent to the calling equipment by using the number of the calling equipment, establishing a call between the calling equipment and the called equipment.
9. A called device, applied to a system including a calling device, a voice server, the called device and at least one parallel device, wherein the called device and the parallel device have the same number, and when the calling device calls the called device, the called device includes:
a receiving module, configured to receive a first call request message from the voice server, where the first call request message carries the number;
when the voice server establishes a call between the calling equipment and the parallel line equipment, receiving the number of the calling equipment and identification information corresponding to the call between the calling equipment and the parallel line equipment, wherein the number of the calling equipment is notified by the voice server;
a sending module, configured to send a call response to the voice server after receiving the first call request message, where the voice server establishes a call between the calling device and the called device;
after receiving the number of the calling device and identification information corresponding to the call between the calling device and the parallel line device, if the called device needs to establish a call with the calling device, sending a second call request message to the voice server, wherein the second call request message carries the number of the calling device and the identification information corresponding to the call between the calling device and the parallel line device;
and the voice server releases the call between the calling equipment and the parallel line equipment corresponding to the identification information corresponding to the call between the calling equipment and the parallel line equipment, and establishes the call between the calling equipment and the called equipment by using the number of the calling equipment.
10. The called device of claim 9,
the sending module is further configured to send a registration message to the voice server, where the registration message carries the number of the called device and information that the called device enables the parallel service, and the voice server records that the called device enables the parallel service.
