Description

Method and device for realizing international roaming incoming call blocking service and application server
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of Voice over LTE (long term evolution), in particular to a method and a device for realizing an international roaming incoming call blocking service and an application server.
Background
In the IMS Network, the blocking of Incoming call Barring (Barring of Incoming Calls When Roaming) for a VoLTE user refers to that When the VoLTE user roams out of a home PLMN (Public Land Mobile Network) country, an operator blocks the Incoming call Barring of the user.
As shown in fig. 1, when handling a VoLTE user as a called incoming call service, the main network elements involved in the IMS/CS core network in the home VoLTE network include: S-CSCF (Serving-Call Session Control Function), I-CSCF (Interrogating-Call Session Control Function), VoLTE AS (Application Server), HSS (Home Subscriber Server), and HLR (Home location Register). The CS network of the Visited place contains a VMSC (Visited Mobile-services Switching Center).
When a VoLTE subscriber roams internationally and accesses through 2/3G (Second/Third Generation) network in the roaming country, the VoLTE subscriber initiates a location update in the access network. The VMSC of the roaming place analyzes IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity) of the VoLTE user, translates the VMSC code of the roaming place into a character string which can be identified by the HSS/HLR of the user attribution through GT (Global Title), and sends the translated VMSC code and the position information of the VoLTE user to the HSS/HLR of the VoLTE user attribution through a route. After the home HSS/HLR checks that the user has the international roaming authority, the VMSC of the roaming place where the VoLTE user is located currently is recorded, and then the subscription data of the VoLTE user is inserted into the VMSC of the currently accessed roaming place.
When a VoLTE user roams out of a home PLMN country, if the VoLTE user is registered to an IMS (IP Multimedia System) network of the home country and is called, the IMS core network of the home country can judge that the country of a visited domain is different from that of the home domain according to the visited domain information and the like carried by the user when the user registers a third party to the VoLTE AS through an S-CSCF (serving-call control function) and the user signs an incoming call blocking service during roaming, and the call is rejected.
When the VoLTE user roams out of the home PLMN country but is not registered with the home IMS core network, for example, the VoLTE user accesses a visited CS (Circuit Switching) network, and the home IMS core network cannot determine that the VoLTE user has international roaming and restricts the service when the VoLTE user is called. When the user accesses the CS network of the visited country, the IMS network of the home country does not have the registration information of the user, so that it is impossible to determine whether the user roams, and it is impossible to implement the roaming call restriction service.

and rejecting the call under the condition that the called VoLTE user has international roaming.
Preferably, the processor performs operations further comprising: and inquiring the position of the called VoLTE user in a visited domain CS network before judging whether the called VoLTE user has international roaming.
Further, the processor performs operations further comprising: and when receiving an invitation message based on the call sent by the serving CSCF, if the position of the called VoLTE user in the visited domain CS network is not inquired, controlling the normal connection of the call.
A twelfth embodiment of the present invention is based on the above embodiments, and an application example of the present invention is described with reference to fig. 8 to 9 by taking a case where an HSS and an HLR are combined as an example.
Firstly, introducing a scene that the query is successful when the position of a called VoLTE user in a visiting domain CS network is queried:
the precondition for the called VoLTE user to implement the incoming call blocking service in international roaming in this embodiment is as follows:
1) the VoLTE user signs a roaming incoming call blocking service;
2) the VoLTE user roams out of the home PLMN country and accesses the CS network of the visited country;
3) the VoLTE user is called;
the implementation process is as follows:
step 1, a calling user initiates a call to the VoLTE user, and an INVITE message is called and sent to an IMS network to which the VoLTE user belongs;
step 2, the called side CSCF receives the INVITE message and then forwards the INVITE message to the called side VoLTE AS;
step 3, after receiving the INVITE message, the VoLTE AS judges that the user is not registered, sends an UDR message to the HSS and acquires the position information of the user in the CS network;
step 4, the HSS returns a UDA message which carries the location information CSLocationInformation of the user in the CS network;
step 5, the VoLTE AS judges whether the user has international roaming currently according to the information in the CSLocationInformation, such AS VLRNumber or MSCNumber, and rejects the call if the user has international roaming and the user has signed the international roaming incoming call blocking service;
and 6, the VoLTE AS puts a call rejection failure tone for the calling user.
And the implementation flow is as follows:
step 1, a calling user initiates a call to the VoLTE user, and an INVITE message is called and sent to an IMS network to which the VoLTE user belongs;
step 2, the called side CSCF receives the INVITE message and then forwards the INVITE message to the called side VoLTE AS;
step 3, after receiving the INVITE message, the VoLTE AS judges that the user is unregistered and subscribes a call roaming blocking service, and then sends a UDR message to the HSS to acquire the position information of the user in the CS network;
step 4, the HSS returns a UDA message which carries the location information CSLocationInformation of the user in the CS network;
step 5, the VoLTE AS judges whether the user has international roaming currently according to the information in the CSLocationInformation, such AS VLRNumber or MSCNumber, and rejects the call if the user has international roaming;
and 6, the VoLTE AS puts a call rejection failure tone for the calling user.
In this scenario, the first implementation flow and the second implementation flow are substantially the same, and only the timing of determining whether the user has subscribed to the international roaming incoming call barring service is different, so both the first implementation flow and the second implementation flow can be referred to as the general flow in fig. 8.
Introducing a scene of query failure when a called VoLTE user queries the position in a visited domain CS network:
the precondition for the called VoLTE user to realize the incoming call blocking service in international roaming is as follows:
the VoLTE user signs a roaming incoming call blocking service;
the VoLTE user roams out of the home PLMN country and accesses the CS network of the visited country;
the VoLTE user is called;
as shown in fig. 9, the implementation flow is as follows:
step 1: a calling user initiates a call to the VoLTE user, and an INVITE message is called and sent to an IMS network to which the VoLTE user belongs;
step 2: the called side CSCF receives the INVITE message and then forwards the INVITE message to the called side VoLTE AS;
and step 3: after receiving the INVITE message, the VoLTE AS judges that the user is unregistered and/or signs a call roaming blocking service, and then sends an UDR message to the HSS to acquire the position information of the user in the CS network;
and 4, step 4: the UDA message sent by the HSS does not return user location information;
and 5: and the VoLTE AS continues the subsequent flow processing, namely controlling the normal connection of the call.
In the above flow, triggering query condition matching means: after receiving the INVITE message, the VoLTE AS judges that the user is not registered, and initiates user position information query to the HSS; furthermore, after determining that the user is unregistered, the VoLTE AS may determine whether the user signs a subscription to the international roaming incoming call blocking service, if so, initiate an inquiry of user location information to the HSS, and if not, may not perform the inquiry.
The user position information acquisition mode comprises the following steps: VoLTE AS sends a User-Data-Request (UDR) message to HSS to acquire the position information of a User in a CS network, and the HSS returns a UDA (User-Data-Answer) message which carries the position information CSlocationinformation of the User in the CS network;
the matching of the call restriction conditions means that: the VoLTE AS judges whether the user has international roaming currently according to the information in the CSLocationInformation, such AS VLRNumber (Visitor Location Register Number) or mscumber (Mobile-services Switching Center Number), and if the user has international roaming, and the user has signed an international roaming incoming call blocking service, rejects the call; if the international roaming is adopted, but the user does not sign the international roaming incoming call blocking service, the call is not rejected, and the subsequent flow processing is continued.
In addition, when the triggering query condition matching is a further mode, namely after the VoLTE AS judges that the user is not registered, whether the user signs the international roaming incoming call blocking service is judged, when the call limiting condition is matched, whether the user signs the international roaming incoming call blocking service is not required to be judged, when the user is judged to have the international roaming, the call is rejected, otherwise, the call is not rejected, and the subsequent flow processing is continued.
A thirteenth embodiment of the present invention is that a service implementation process of an application server in this embodiment on a called subscriber who subscribes to an incoming call lockout service during roaming is the same as that in the first, second, third, fourth, or fifth embodiment, except that, in terms of engineering implementation, this embodiment may be implemented by software plus a necessary universal hardware platform, and certainly may also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation in many cases. With this understanding in mind, the method of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a computer software product stored on a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and including instructions for causing a device (e.g., an application server, etc.) to perform the method of the present invention.
While the invention has been described in connection with specific embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that it is intended by the appended drawings and description that the invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention.
