With the rapid development of Long Term Evolution (LTE) networks, many operators adopt volte (voice over LTE) as their voice solution. In an embodiment, the first sending module 62 is further configured to send, when determining that the current state of the calling communication resource is the second state, fifth information carrying an SDP answer to the network side, so that the network side generates, according to the fifth information, sixth information carrying the SDP answer, and sends the sixth information to the called UE;
here, the second state represents that the calling communication resource of the calling UE is not successfully reserved;
the SDP answer carries a resource state parameter none to indicate that the calling communication resource is not reserved successfully; therefore, the called UE knows that the calling communication resource is not successfully reserved according to the resource status parameter none, and needs to continue to wait for the UPDATE message for resource confirmation sent by the calling UE.

Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating a configuration of a communication resource confirmation apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention; the device is located on the network side; as shown in fig. 7, the apparatus for confirming communication resources according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: a second receiving module 71 and a second transmitting module 72; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the second sending module 72 is configured to send the first information to the calling UE; the first information carries SDPoffer;
the second receiving module 71 is configured to receive second information carrying an SDP answer, which is sent by the calling UE when it is determined that the state of the calling communication resource is the first state, generate third information carrying the SDP answer according to the second information, and send the third information to the called UE; and the SDP answer is used for indicating the called UE to directly carry out ringing operation.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the first information is an UPDATE request message, correspondingly, the second information is an UPDATE response message, and the third information is a PRACK message.
In an embodiment, the second receiving module 71 is further configured to receive fourth information sent by the called UE, and generate the first information according to the fourth information; the fourth information carries the SDP offer;
here, the fourth information is a call request response message, that is, a 183 response message, sent by the called UE; the call request response message carries the SDP offer.
In an embodiment, the SDP answer carries a calling resource status parameter; the calling resource state parameter is used for indicating the current state of the calling communication resource;
correspondingly, the SDP answer indicates the called UE to directly carry out ringing operation by carrying resource state parameters indicating that the state of the calling communication resource is a first state;

the third receiving module 81 is configured to receive third information carrying an SDP answer sent by a network side; the third information is generated by the network side according to the second information which is sent by the calling UE and carries the SDPanswer when the calling communication resource state is determined to be the first state;
the processing module 82 is configured to perform a ringing operation directly according to the third information.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the first information is an UPDATE request message, correspondingly, the second information is an UPDATE response message, and the third information is a PRACK message.
In an embodiment of the invention, the SDP answer carries a calling resource status parameter; the calling resource state parameter is used for indicating the current state of the calling communication resource;
correspondingly, the processing module 82 is specifically configured to perform the ringing operation directly according to the resource state parameter, which is carried in the SDP answer in the third information and indicates that the calling communication resource state is the first state.
In an embodiment of the invention, the state of the calling communication resource is indicated as a first state by setting the state of the resource state parameter to sendrecv; the first state is used for representing that the calling communication resource is reserved successfully.

Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram illustrating a configuration of a communication resource confirmation system according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 9, the communication resource confirmation system according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: calling UE91, network side 92, and called UE 93; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the network side 92 is configured to send first information to the calling UE; the first information carries an SDP offer;
the calling UE91 is configured to receive the first information, and send second information carrying an SDP answer to a network side when determining that the current state of the calling communication resource is the first state; the SDP answer is used for indicating the called UE to directly carry out ringing operation;
the network side 92 is further configured to generate third information carrying an SDP answer according to the second information, and send the third information to the called UE;
the called UE93 is configured to perform ringing operation directly according to the SDP answer in the third information.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the first information is an UPDATE request message, correspondingly, the second information is an UPDATE response message, and the third information is a PRACK message.
In an embodiment of the invention, the SDP answer carries a calling resource status parameter; the calling resource state parameter is used for indicating the current state of the calling communication resource;
the current state of the calling communication resource comprises a first state and a second state; wherein the first state is used for representing that the calling communication resource is reserved successfully; the second state is used for representing that the calling communication resource is not reserved successfully;
specifically, the SDP answer indicates that the calling communication resource has been successfully reserved by setting the state of the calling resource state parameter to sendrecv; and indicating that the calling communication resource is not reserved successfully by setting the state of the calling resource state parameter as none.
In an embodiment, the called UE93 parses the third information to obtain sendrecv carried by an SDP answer in the third information, and it is known that the calling communication resource is successfully reserved, and a ringing operation may be directly performed; correspondingly, if the SDP answer carrying the none is obtained, it can be known that the calling communication resource is not successfully reserved, and the UE needs to continue to wait for the UPDATE message for resource confirmation sent by the calling UE.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first receiving module 61, the first sending module 62, the second receiving module 71, the second sending module 72, the third receiving module 81, and the Processing module 82 may be implemented by a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or an Integrated Circuit (ASIC) in the terminal or the server.
Here, it should be noted that: the above description related to the apparatus and system is similar to the above description of the method, and the description of the beneficial effects of the method is omitted for brevity. For technical details not disclosed in the embodiments of the apparatus and system according to the present invention, reference is made to the description of the embodiments of the method according to the present invention.

Claims (21)

1. A method for communication resource validation, the method comprising:
calling User Equipment (UE) receives first information sent by a network side; the first information carries a session description protocol SDPoffer;
when the current calling communication resource state is determined to be the first state, sending second information carrying the SDP answer to a network side, so that the network side generates third information carrying the SDP answer according to the second information, and sending the third information to called UE; the SDP answer carries sendrecv; the sendrecv is used for indicating that the calling communication resource is successfully reserved and the called UE does not need to wait for the calling UE to send an UPDATE message for resource confirmation and can directly perform ringing operation.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the first state is used to indicate that the calling communication resource has been successfully reserved;
correspondingly, the determining that the current state of the calling communication resource is the first state includes:
and the calling UE determines that the reservation of the current calling communication resource is successful through the communication with the network side.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the SDP answer carries calling resource status parameters; the calling resource state parameter is used for indicating the current state of the calling communication resource;
correspondingly, the SDP answer indicates the called UE to perform ringing directly by carrying the resource state parameter indicating that the calling communication resource state is the first state.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the calling communication resource status is the first status by setting the status of the resource status parameter to sendrecv.
5. A method for communication resource validation, the method comprising:
the network side sends first information to calling UE; the first information carries an SDP offer;
receiving second information carrying an SDP answer sent by the calling UE when the calling communication resource state is determined to be a first state, generating third information carrying the SDP answer according to the second information, and sending the third information to the called UE; the SDP answer carries sendrecv; the sendrecv is used for indicating that the calling communication resource is successfully reserved and the called UE does not need to wait for the calling UE to send an UPDATE message for resource confirmation and can directly perform ringing operation.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein before the network side sends the first information to the calling UE, the method further comprises:
the network side receives fourth information sent by the called UE and generates the first information according to the fourth information; the fourth information carries the SDP offer.
7. The method of claim 5 or 6, wherein the SDP answer carries a calling resource status parameter; the calling resource state parameter is used for indicating the current state of the calling communication resource;
correspondingly, the SDP answer indicates the called UE to perform ringing directly by carrying the resource state parameter indicating that the calling communication resource state is the first state.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the calling communication resource status is indicated as the first status by setting the status of the resource status parameter to sendrecv; the first state is used for representing that the calling communication resource is reserved successfully.
9. A method for communication resource validation, the method comprising:
the called UE receives third information which is sent by a network side and carries an SDP answer; the third information is generated by the network side according to the second information which is sent by the calling UE when the calling communication resource state is determined to be the first state and carries the SDP answer; the SDP answer carries sendrecv; the sendrecv is used for indicating that the calling communication resource is successfully reserved and the called UE does not need to wait for the calling UE to send an UPDATE message for resource confirmation and can directly perform ringing operation;
and directly carrying out ringing operation according to the third information.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the SDP answer carries a calling resource status parameter; the calling resource state parameter is used for indicating the current state of the calling communication resource;
correspondingly, the directly performing the ringing operation according to the third information includes:
and the called UE directly performs ringing operation according to the resource state parameter which is carried by the SDP answer in the third information and indicates that the calling communication resource state is the first state.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the calling communication resource status is indicated as the first status by setting the status of the resource status parameter to sendrecv; the first state is used for representing that the calling communication resource is reserved successfully.
12. A communication resource confirmation apparatus, the apparatus being located at a calling UE, the apparatus comprising: the device comprises a first receiving module and a first sending module; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the first receiving module is used for receiving first information sent by a network side; the first information carries an SDP offer;
the first sending module is used for sending second information carrying SDPanswer to the network side when the current calling communication resource state is determined to be the first state, so that the network side generates third information carrying SDP answer according to the second information and sends the third information to the called UE; the SDP answer carries sendrecv; the sendrecv is used for indicating that the calling communication resource is successfully reserved and the called UE does not need to wait for the calling UE to send an UPDATE message for resource confirmation and can directly perform ringing operation.
13. The apparatus as claimed in claim 12, wherein the first status is used to characterize that the calling communication resource has been successfully reserved;
correspondingly, the first sending module is specifically configured to determine that the current calling communication resource reservation is successful through communication with the network side.
14. The apparatus according to claim 12 or 13, wherein the SDP answer carries calling resource status parameters; the calling resource state parameter is used for indicating the current state of the calling communication resource;
correspondingly, the SDP answer indicates the called UE to perform ringing directly by carrying the resource state parameter indicating that the calling communication resource state is the first state.
15. A communication resource confirmation apparatus, wherein the apparatus is located at a network side, the apparatus comprising: a second receiving module and a second sending module; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the second sending module is used for sending the first information to the calling UE; the first information carries an SDP offer;
the second receiving module is configured to receive second information carrying an SDP answer, which is sent by the calling UE when it is determined that the state of the calling communication resource is the first state, generate third information carrying the SDP answer according to the second information, and send the third information to the called UE; the SDP answer carries sendrecv; the sendrecv is used for indicating that the calling communication resource is successfully reserved and the called UE does not need to wait for the calling UE to send an UPDATE message for resource confirmation and can directly perform ringing operation.
16. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein the second receiving module is further configured to receive fourth information sent by the called UE, and generate the first information according to the fourth information; and the fourth information carries the SDPoffer.
17. The apparatus of claim 15 or 16, wherein the SDP answer carries calling resource status parameters; the calling resource state parameter is used for indicating the current state of the calling communication resource;
correspondingly, the SDP answer indicates the called UE to perform ringing directly by carrying the resource state parameter indicating that the calling communication resource state is the first state.
18. A communication resource confirmation apparatus, the apparatus being located at a called UE, the apparatus comprising: a third receiving module and a processing module; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the third receiving module is used for receiving third information which is sent by a network side and carries an SDP answer; the third information is generated by the network side according to the second information which is sent by the calling UE when the calling communication resource state is determined to be the first state and carries the SDP answer; the SDP answer carries sendrecv; the sendrecv is used for indicating that the calling communication resource is successfully reserved and the called UE does not need to wait for the calling UE to send an UPDATE message for resource confirmation and can directly perform ringing operation;
and the processing module is used for directly carrying out ringing operation according to the third information.
19. The apparatus of claim 18, wherein the SDP answer carries a calling resource status parameter; the calling resource state parameter is used for indicating the current state of the calling communication resource;
correspondingly, the processing module is specifically configured to perform the ringing operation directly according to the resource state parameter, which is carried in the SDP answer in the third information and indicates that the calling communication resource state is the first state.
20. The apparatus of claim 19, wherein the calling communication resource status is indicated as the first status by setting the status of the resource status parameter to sendrecv; the first state is used for representing that the calling communication resource is reserved successfully.
21. A communication resource confirmation system, the system comprising: calling UE, a network side and called UE; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the network side is used for sending first information to the calling UE; the first information carries an SDP offer;
the calling UE is used for receiving the first information and sending second information carrying an SDP answer to a network side when the current calling communication resource state is determined to be the first state; the SDP answer carries sendrecv; the sendrecv is used for indicating that the calling communication resource is successfully reserved and the called UE does not need to wait for the calling UE to send an UPDATE message for resource confirmation and can directly perform ringing operation;
the network side is further configured to generate third information carrying an SDP answer according to the second information, and send the third information to the called UE;
and the called UE is used for directly ringing according to the SDP answer in the third information.
