if the telephone number exists in the preset emergency telephone list, the telephone number is confirmed to be an emergency telephone, and an emergency session initiating signaling is returned to the terminal, so that the terminal can initiate an emergency telephone process and connect the telephone number after receiving the emergency session initiating signaling.
Based on any of the above embodiments, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a connection apparatus for a VoLTE emergency call according to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the connection apparatus includes a transmitting unit 510 and an executing unit 520;
the sending unit 510 is configured to dial a phone number, so that the session edge controller can receive the phone number, and return an emergency session initiation signaling to the terminal when determining that the phone number is an emergency phone;
the execution unit 520 is configured to initiate an emergency call process and connect the phone number if the emergency session initiation signaling is received.
According to the device provided by the embodiment of the invention, after the SBC equipment receives the telephone number dialed by the terminal, the SBC equipment directly judges whether the telephone number is an emergency telephone, and directly returns an emergency session initiation signaling to the terminal when the telephone number is the emergency telephone, and does not send a request for establishing a packet domain and a wireless network resource to the PCRF, so that the VoLTE emergency telephone access flow is reduced, the VoLTE emergency telephone connection speed is improved, and the user experience is optimized.
Based on any of the above embodiments, the execution unit 520 is specifically configured to:
if the emergency session initiation signaling is received, sending a request for establishing an emergency telephone default bearer to a network node MME so that the network node MME can establish the emergency telephone default bearer;
initiating an emergency registration process to the S-CSCF;
after the registration is successful, an emergency call request is sent to the session edge controller, so that the session edge controller can send a request for establishing an emergency call dedicated bearer to the policy and charging rule function unit based on the emergency call request, and after the establishment of the emergency call dedicated bearer is completed, the telephone number is transmitted to the E-CSCF, and the telephone number is connected.
Based on any of the above embodiments, the sending unit 510 is further configured to dial a phone number, so that the session edge controller can receive the phone number, and initiate a normal phone process when determining that the phone number is a normal phone.
Fig. 6 is a schematic entity structure diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, the electronic device may include: a processor (processor)601, a communication Interface (Communications Interface)602, a memory (memory)603 and a communication bus 604, wherein the processor 601, the communication Interface 602 and the memory 603 complete communication with each other through the communication bus 604. Furthermore, the processor 601 may also call a computer program stored on the memory 603 and operable on the processor 601 to execute the method for turning on the VoLTE emergency call provided by the above embodiments, for example, including: dialing a telephone number so that a session edge controller can receive the telephone number, and returning an emergency session initiation signaling to a terminal when judging that the telephone number is an emergency call; if the emergency conversation initiating signaling is received, an emergency telephone process is initiated to connect the telephone number.
In addition, the logic instructions in the memory 603 may be implemented in the form of software functional units and stored in a computer readable storage medium when the logic instructions are sold or used as independent products. An embodiment of the present invention further provides a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program is implemented to, when executed by a processor, perform the method for turning on a VoLTE emergency call provided in the foregoing embodiments, for example, the method includes: receiving a telephone number dialed by a terminal; and if the telephone number is judged to be the emergency telephone, returning an emergency session initiation signaling to the terminal, so that the terminal can initiate an emergency telephone process and connect the telephone number after receiving the emergency session initiation signaling.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program is implemented to, when executed by a processor, perform the method for turning on a VoLTE emergency call provided in the foregoing embodiments, for example, including: dialing a telephone number so that a session edge controller can receive the telephone number, and returning an emergency session initiation signaling to a terminal when judging that the telephone number is an emergency call; if the emergency conversation initiating signaling is received, an emergency telephone process is initiated to connect the telephone number.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Claims (10)

1. A method for connecting a VoLTE emergency call is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a telephone number dialed by a terminal;
and if the telephone number is judged to be the emergency telephone, returning an emergency session initiation signaling to the terminal, so that the terminal can initiate an emergency telephone process and connect the telephone number after receiving the emergency session initiation signaling.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein receiving the telephone number dialed by the terminal further comprises:
and if the telephone number is judged to be the common telephone, initiating a common telephone process for the terminal to connect the telephone number.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein if it is determined that the phone number is an emergency phone, returning an emergency session initiation signaling to the terminal, so that the terminal can initiate an emergency phone process to connect the phone number after receiving the emergency session initiation signaling, specifically comprising:
if the telephone number exists in the preset emergency telephone list, the telephone number is confirmed to be an emergency telephone, and an emergency session initiating signaling is returned to the terminal, so that the terminal can initiate an emergency telephone process and connect the telephone number after receiving the emergency session initiating signaling.
4. A method for connecting a VoLTE emergency call is characterized by comprising the following steps:
dialing a telephone number so that a session edge controller can receive the telephone number, and returning an emergency session initiation signaling to a terminal when judging that the telephone number is an emergency call;
if the emergency conversation initiating signaling is received, an emergency telephone process is initiated to connect the telephone number.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the initiating an emergency call procedure to connect the phone number if the emergency session initiation signaling is received specifically includes:
if the emergency session initiation signaling is received, sending a request for establishing an emergency telephone default bearer to a network node MME so that the network node MME can establish the emergency telephone default bearer;
initiating an emergency registration process to the S-CSCF;
after the registration is successful, an emergency call request is sent to the session edge controller, so that the session edge controller can send a request for establishing an emergency call dedicated bearer to the policy and charging rule function unit based on the emergency call request, and after the establishment of the emergency call dedicated bearer is completed, the telephone number is transmitted to the E-CSCF, and the telephone number is connected.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the dialing the phone number to enable the session edge controller to receive the phone number and return an emergency session initiation signaling to the terminal when determining that the phone number is an emergency phone, further comprises:
dialing a telephone number so that the session edge controller can receive the telephone number, and initiating a common telephone process when judging that the telephone number is a common telephone.
7. A device for enabling a VoLTE emergency call, comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving the telephone number dialed by the terminal;
and the judging unit is used for returning an emergency session initiating signaling to the terminal if the telephone number is judged to be the emergency telephone, so that the terminal can initiate an emergency telephone process and connect the telephone number after receiving the emergency session initiating signaling.
8. A device for enabling a VoLTE emergency call, comprising:
the sending unit is used for dialing a telephone number so that the session edge controller can receive the telephone number and return an emergency session initiation signaling to the terminal when judging that the telephone number is an emergency telephone;
and the execution unit is used for initiating an emergency telephone process and connecting the telephone number if the emergency session initiation signaling is received.

An electronic device, comprising a processor, a communication interface, a memory and a bus, wherein the processor, the communication interface and the memory communicate with each other via the bus, and the processor can call logic instructions in the memory to execute the method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
