Description

Service processing method, device and system
Technical Field
The embodiment of the application relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to a service processing method, device and system.
Background
With the continuous development of communication technology, the application of Voice Over LTE (VOLTE) terminals based on Long Term Evolution (LTE) is becoming more and more widespread, and the VOLTE terminals can obtain call and short message services through an internet protocol Multimedia Subsystem (IP Multimedia Subsystem, IMS) domain or a Circuit Switched (CS) domain.
Because a higher quality service can be provided to the VOLTE terminal through the IMS domain, when the VOLTE terminal is used as a requested terminal (a called terminal or a short message receiving terminal) and the VOLTE terminal accesses the IMS domain, the IMS system usually sends a request to the VOLTE terminal through the IMS domain first, and when the request cannot be sent to the VOLTE terminal through the IMS domain, sends a request to the VOLTE terminal through the CS domain.
In the prior art, when an IMS system sends a service request (which may be a call service request and a short message service request) to a VOLTE terminal through an IMS domain, the service request sent by the IMS system to the VOLTE terminal first reaches a Serving Gateway (S-GW) in an Evolved Packet Core (EPC), if there is a connection between the S-GW and the VOLTE terminal, the S-GW sends the service request to the VOLTE terminal, and if there is no connection between the S-GW and the VOLTE terminal, the S-GW caches the service request sent to the VOLTE terminal and requests a Mobility Management Entity (MME) to send a paging message to the VOLTE terminal, so that the VOLTE terminal returns a paging response to the MME and then establishes a connection with the S-GW. If the connection between the S-GW and the VOLTE is not established within the preset duration, so that the VOLTE terminal cannot feed back a service response message to the IMS system, the IMS system sends a request for canceling the Call service to the VOLTE terminal through an inquiry/Serving Call Session Control Function (I/S-CSCF) and a Proxy Call Session Control Function (P-CSCF) in a user plane channel, and sends a service request to the VOLTE terminal through the CS domain.
However, since the IMS system sends the request for canceling the call service to the VOLTE terminal as an SIP message through the I/S-CSCF and the P-CSCF in the user plane channel, the S-GW only transparently transfers or caches the request for canceling the call service, and the MME continues to page the VOLTE terminal, and after the VOLTE terminal establishes a connection with the S-GW, the S-GW sends the cached service request to the VOLTE terminal, which causes the VOLTE terminal to receive repeated service requests in the IMS domain and the CS domain, thereby causing poor user experience.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the application provides a service processing method, equipment and a system, which prevent a VOLTE terminal from receiving repeated service request messages in an IMS domain and a CS domain.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a service processing method, where an execution main body of the method is an S-GW, and after the S-GW caches an IMS service request message corresponding to a VOLTE terminal, the S-GW receives, from a signaling plane channel, an IMS service cancellation request message corresponding to the VOLTE terminal sent by a packet data gateway P-GW, and then the S-GW determines, in the cache, the IMS service request message corresponding to the IMS service cancellation request message, and discards the IMS service request message.
In the above process, since the S-GW receives the IMS service cancellation request message in the signaling plane channel, the S-GW may discard the IMS service request message corresponding to the VOLTE terminal, which is cached, according to the IMS service cancellation request message, thereby preventing the VOLTE terminal from receiving the service request message in the IMS domain, and further preventing the VOLTE terminal from receiving repeated service request messages in the IMS domain and the CS domain.
Optionally, when the types of the IMS service requests are different, the manner in which the S-GW receives the IMS service cancellation request message is also different, specifically, please refer to the following feasible implementation manners:
one possible implementation is: the IMS service request is an IMS call service request.
Optionally, the S-GW may receive, from the signaling plane channel, an IMS service cancellation request message corresponding to the VOLTE terminal sent by the P-GW through a feasible implementation manner as follows: after a proxy call session control function P-CSCF device sends an authentication authorization request AAR message carrying a cancellation identifier or a session termination request STR message carrying the cancellation identifier to a policy and charging rule function PCRF device, and the PCRF device sends a re-authentication request RAR message carrying the cancellation identifier to a data gateway P-GW according to the AAR message or the STR message, the S-GW receives an IMS service cancellation request message sent by the P-GW according to the RAR message.
Optionally, the AAR message or the STR message is sent by the P-CSCF device according to SIP CANCEL message carrying the cancellation identifier sent by the telephony application server TAS.
In this feasible implementation manner, after the S-GW discards the IMS service request message, the S-GW may further send an IMS service cancellation response message to the P-GW, so that the P-GW sends a re-authentication response RAA message to the PCRF device according to the IMS service cancellation response message, so that the PCRF device sends an authentication authorization response AAA message or a session termination response STA message to the P-CSCF device according to the RAA message.
One possible implementation is: the IMS service request is an IMS short message service request.

Optionally, the AAR message is sent by the P-CSCF device according to the SIP CANCEL message carrying the cancel identifier sent by the TAS.
In this feasible implementation manner, after the S-GW discards the IMS service request message, the S-GW may further send an IMS service cancellation response message to the P-GW, so that the P-GW sends a re-authentication response RAA message to the PCRF device according to the IMS service cancellation response message, so that the PCRF device sends an authentication authorization response AAA message to the P-CSCF device according to the RAA message.
On the basis of any of the foregoing embodiments, optionally, the IMS service cancellation request message may be a Downlink data release message, or the IMS service cancellation request message may be an update bearer request UBR message carrying a cancellation identifier.

On the basis of any of the foregoing embodiments, optionally, after the S-GW discards the IMS service request message, the S-GW may further send an indication message to stop paging the VOLTE terminal to the mobility management entity MME. So that the MME releases the resources occupied by paging the VOLTE terminal, thereby avoiding resource waste.
In a second aspect, an execution main body of the method is a P-CSCF device, and after the P-CSCF device receives SIP CANCEL messages carrying cancel identifiers and sent by a TAS to a VOLTE terminal, the P-CSCF device sends an IMS service cancel request message to an S-GW corresponding to the VOLTE terminal through a signaling plane channel according to a SIP CANCEL message, where the IMS service cancel request message is used to instruct the S-GW to discard an IMS service request message corresponding to the IMS service cancel request message.
In the process, the P-CSCF device sends the IMS service cancellation request message to the S-GW corresponding to the VOLTE terminal through the signaling plane channel, so that the S-GW can discard the cached IMS service request message corresponding to the VOLTE terminal according to the IMS service cancellation request message, the VOLTE terminal is prevented from receiving the service request message in the IMS domain, and the VOLTE terminal is prevented from receiving repeated service request messages in the IMS domain and the CS domain.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of a service processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. Please refer to fig. 1, which includes an IMS system 101, an EPC102, a CS domain 103, a database 104, and a VOLTE terminal 105. The IMS system 101 includes a Telephony Application Server (TAS), a Service Centralization and Continuity Application Server (SCC AS), an IP Short Message Gateway (IP-SM-GW), an I/S-CSCF device, and a P-CSCF device. EPC102 includes PCRF device, Packet Data Network Gateway (P-GW), S-GW, and MME. Devices in CS domain 103 include Visited Mobile Switching Center (VMSC) and Gateway Mobile Switching Center (GMSC)/Media Gateway Control Function (MGCF) devices. The database 104 includes a Home Location Register (HLR)/Home Subscriber Server (HSS). In addition, the dotted lines between the devices indicate that the devices can communicate with each other through the interface, and specific interface types between different devices are shown in fig. 1.
In the IMS system 101, TAS is used to provide basic services and supplementary services for multimedia telephony. The SCC AS is configured to provide a called Access Domain Selection (T-ADS) function to complete the called Access Domain Selection on the network side. The IP-SM-GW is used for providing the function of short message intercommunication between the IMS domain and the CS domain. The I-CSCF device is a unified entry point to the home IMS network for allocating or querying S-CSCF devices serving the user. The S-CSCF equipment is a central node of the IMS network and is responsible for registration, authentication, session, routing and service triggering of the user. The P-CSCF equipment is an entrance node of the VOLTE terminal accessed to the IMS network, the SIP signaling is forwarded between the VOLTE terminal and the home IMS network, session information is obtained from the SIP signaling and is supported to be issued to the PCRF equipment through an Rx interface, and the P-CSCF equipment is used for establishing audio and video special bearing.
In the EPC102, the PCRF device is a policy decision point in the EPC network, and is configured to perform a multi-dimensional policy decision based on a subscription service, a network configuration, a user access technology, and the like, and notify a PCEF (i.e., P-GW) of a decision result to implement. The P-GW is a user plane anchor point between a 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3 GPP) access Network and a non-3 GPP access Network, and the P-GW is an interface for connecting the 3GPP access Network with an external Public Data Network (PDN). The S-GW is a user plane anchor point between different access networks in the 3GPP, and the S-GW is an interface for shielding the different access networks in the 3 GPP. The MME is configured to provide mobility management for an EPC network control plane, including user context and mobility state management, and allocate a user temporary identity.
In the CS domain 103, the VMSC is configured to provide a function that the VOLTE terminal accesses the CS Network through a global enhanced mobile Radio Access Network (GSM EDGE Radio Access Network, GERAN)/universal mobile telecommunications system Terrestrial Radio Access Network (UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network, UTRAN). The MGCF/GMSC is used to provide interworking functions between the IMS Network and a conventional Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN)/Public Land Mobile Network (Public Land Mobile Network, PLMN).
In the database 104, the HLR/HSS has functions of USCDB, HLR, IMS-HSS, SAE-HSS network function entities, and is used to store relevant data of the VOLTE terminal in a unified manner, so that the CS domain, IMS domain, and EPC domain can obtain user data in the HLR/HSS.
In the embodiment of the application, after the VOLTE terminal is accessed to the LTE network, if the MME initiates the joint location update procedure, the VOLTE terminal can be simultaneously registered in the CS domain and the IMS domain, and thus the VOLTE terminal can obtain a call and a short message service through the CS domain and the IMS domain.
In the embodiment of the present application, the VOLTE terminal 105 is a requested terminal (a called terminal or a short message receiving terminal), and the VOLTE terminal 105 currently accesses the IMS domain through an LTE network with a weak network signal. When the VOLTE terminal 105 is requested, the IMS system first sends a request to the VOLTE terminal through the IMS domain, and when the IMS system cannot successfully send a request to the VOLTE terminal 105 through the IMS domain due to a weak LTE network signal, the IMS system sends a request to the VOLTE terminal 105 through the CS domain. After the IMS system sends an IMS service request message to the VOLTE terminal 105 through the IMS domain, the IMS service request message may first reach the S-GW, and if there is no network connection between the S-GW and the VOLTE terminal, the S-GW caches the IMS service request message. If the IMS system does not receive the IMS service response message sent by the VOLTE terminal 105 within the preset duration, the IMS service cancellation request message is sent to the S-GW through the PCRF device, so that the S-GW discards the cached IMS service request message, and resends the service request message to the VOLTE terminal 105 through the CS domain. Thus, after the S-GW establishes network connection with the VOLTE terminal 105, the S-GW does not send an IMS service request message to the VOLTE terminal 105, which avoids the VOLTE terminal 105 receiving repeated service request messages in the CS domain and the IMS domain.
The technical means shown in the present application will be described in detail below with reference to specific examples. It should be noted that the following technical embodiments may be combined with each other, and the same or similar contents are not described in detail in different embodiments.
Fig. 2 is a first interaction diagram of a service processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 2, the method may include:
s201, after the TAS sends an IMS service request message to the VOLTE terminal, if the TAS does not receive an IMS service response message sent by the VOLTE terminal within a preset time length, the TAS sends SIP CANCEL messages which are corresponding to the VOLTE terminal and carry cancellation marks to the P-CSCF through the I/S-CSCF.
In the embodiment of the present application, the service request message may be a call service request message or a short message service request message. When the TAS receives a service request initiated by another terminal (which may be a fixed telephone or any mobile terminal) to the VOLTE terminal, the TAS sends an IMS service request message to the VOLTE terminal, where the IMS service request message reaches the S-GW before reaching the VOLTE terminal. After the S-GW receives the IMS service request message, if the S-GW and the VOLTE terminal are not connected through the network, the S-GW firstly caches the IMS service request message and requests the MME to page the VOLTE terminal. If paging of the VOLTE terminal fails within the preset time, the VOLTE terminal cannot receive an IMS service request message sent by the S-GW and cannot send an IMS service response message to the TAS.
And if the TAS does not receive the IMS service response message sent by the VOLTE terminal within the preset time length, the TAS sends SIP CANCEL messages which are corresponding to the VOLTE terminal and carry the cancel identifier to the P-CSCF equipment through the I/S-CSC equipment F. Optionally, the cancellation identifier may be a new SIP header field added in the SIP CANCEL message, or a specific value of a SIP header field parameter in the SIP CANCEL message, for example, Reason: SIP; cause 408, where Reason is the SIP header, cause is a parameter of the header, and 408 is used as a de-identity.
And S202, the P-CSCF equipment sends an IMS service cancellation request message to the S-GW corresponding to the VOLTE terminal through the PCRF equipment on a signaling plane channel according to the SIP CANCEL message.
In the practical application process, the P-CSCF device may send a message to the S-GW through the user plane channel, or may send a message through the signaling plane channel. The messages received by the S-GW on the user plane channel are usually multimedia messages, and the S-GW generally only transparently transmits the messages received from the user plane channel. The messages received by the S-GW on the signaling plane channel are typically control messages, and the S-GW typically processes the messages received from the signaling plane channel.
Optionally, when the P-CSCF device needs to send a message to the S-GW through the user plane tunnel, the P-CSCF device may send the message to the P-GW through the SGi interface, and the P-GW sends the message received from the SGi interface to the S-GW through the user plane tunnel. When the P-CSCF equipment needs to send a message to the S-GW through a signaling plane channel, the P-CSCF equipment can send the message to the PCRF equipment through an Rx interface, the PCRF equipment sends the message to the P-GW through a Gx interface, and the P-GW sends the message received from the Gx interface to the S-GW on a signaling plane.
The P-CSCF equipment receives SIP CANCEL information which is sent by the TAS to the P-CSCF equipment through the I/S-CSCF equipment and carries a cancel identifier through the Mw interface, the P-CSCF equipment generates an IMS service cancel request message according to the cancel identifier in the SIP CANCEL information, and sends the IMS service cancel request message to the PCRF equipment through the Rx interface, so that the PCRF equipment sends the IMS service cancel request message to the S-GW through the P-GW on a signaling plane channel.
Optionally, if the IMS service Request is an IMS call service Request, after receiving the SIP CANCEL message carrying the cancellation identifier and sent by the TAS, the P-CSCF device may generate an Authentication Authorization Request (AAR) message carrying the cancellation identifier or a Session Termination Request (STR) message carrying the cancellation identifier according to the SIP CANCEL message, and send the AAR message or the STR message to the PCRF device through the Rx interface, the PCRF device generates a Re-authentication Request (Re-Auth-Request, RAR) message carrying the cancellation identifier according to the AAR message or the STR message, and sends the RAR message to the P-GW, and the P-GW generates an IMS service cancellation Request message according to the RAR message, and sends the IMS service cancellation Request message to the S-GW.
Optionally, if the IMS service Request is an IMS short message service Request, after receiving the SIP CANCEL message carrying the cancellation identifier sent by the TAS, the P-CSCF device may generate an Authentication Authorization Request (AAR) message carrying the cancellation identifier according to the SIP CANCEL message, and send the AAR message to the PCRF device through the Rx interface, the PCRF device generates an RAR message carrying the cancellation identifier according to the AAR message, and sends the RAR message to the P-GW, and the P-GW generates an IMS service cancellation Request message according to the RAR message, and sends the IMS service cancellation Request message to the S-GW.
Optionally, the IMS service cancellation request message may be a Downlink data release message, or an Update Bearer Request (UBR) message carrying a cancellation identifier.
S203, the S-GW discards the cached IMS service request message corresponding to the IMS service cancel request message.
After S-GW receives IMS service cancel request message, S-GW obtains IMS service request message corresponding to IMS service cancel request message and discards IMS service request message.
Optionally, when the S-GW caches the IMS service request message, the S-GW may store messages corresponding to different VOLTE terminals in different caches (for example, different message queues), and correspondingly, the S-GW may determine a cache corresponding to a current connection (a network connection for transmitting an IMS service request to the VOLTE terminal), where the cache corresponding to the current connection is used to store at least one IMS service request message corresponding to the VOLTE terminal. For example, the S-GW may store messages corresponding to different VOLTE terminals in different cache queues, and when the S-GW needs to discard an IMS service request message corresponding to a VOLTE terminal, the S-GW may determine a current connection corresponding to the VOLTE terminal, determine a cache queue corresponding to the current connection, and delete a message in the cache queue or delete the cache queue.
It should be noted that, because there is a message retransmission mechanism on the IMS network side, after the P-CSCF device first sends an IMS service request message to the VOLTE terminal, if an IMS service response message sent by the VOLTE terminal is not received, the P-CSCF device retransmits the IMS service request message to the VOLTE terminal every 0.5 second, 1 second, 2 seconds, 4 seconds, 8 seconds, and 16 seconds, and therefore, a cache corresponding to the VOLTE terminal may include a plurality of IMS service request messages.
And S204, the S-GW sends an IMS service cancellation response message to the TAS through the PCRF equipment and the P-CSCF equipment.
After the S-GW discards the IMS service request message corresponding to the IMS service cancellation request message, the S-GW generates an IMS service cancellation response message corresponding to the IMS service cancellation request message, and sends the IMS service cancellation response message to the TAS through the PCRF device and the P-CSCF device.
Optionally, if the IMS service request is an IMS call service request, after the S-GW sends an IMS service cancellation response message to the P-GW, the P-GW generates a Re-authentication Response (RAA) message according to the IMS service cancellation response message, and sends the RAA message to the PCRF device, the PCRF device generates an authentication authorization response (AAA) message or a Session Termination response (STA) message according to the RAA message, and sends the AAA message or the STA message to the P-CSCF device. And the P-CSCF device generates a 200ok for CANCEL response according to the AAA message or the STA message, and sends the 200ok for CANCEL response to the TAS through the I/S-CSCF device, wherein the 200ok for CANCEL response corresponds to the IMS service cancellation response message sent by the TAS to the VOLTE terminal.
Optionally, if the IMS service request is an IMS short message service request, after the S-GW sends an IMS service cancellation response message to the P-GW, the P-GW generates a Re-authentication response (Re-Auth-Answer, RAA) message according to the IMS service cancellation response message, and sends the RAA message to the PCRF device, the PCRF device generates an AAA message according to the RAA message, and sends the AAA message to the P-CSCF device, the P-CSCF device generates a 200ok for CANCEL response according to the AAA message, and sends the 200ok for CANCEL response to the TAS through the I/S-CSCF device.
Optionally, after the S-GW sends the IMS service cancellation response message to the TAS, the S-GW may send an indication message to stop paging the VOLTE terminal to the MME, so that the MME releases the resource occupied by paging the VOLTE terminal, thereby avoiding resource waste.
And S205, the TAS sends a service request message to the VOLTE terminal through the CS domain according to the IMS service cancellation response message.
Optionally, when the service request is a call service request, the TAS may send a call request message to the VOLTE terminal through the CS domain in a feasible implementation manner as follows: the TAS may obtain a CS routing Number (CSRN) corresponding to a VMSC in which the VOLTE terminal is located in the HSS, and call the VMSC in the CS domain through the S-CSCF, the MGCF/GMSC according to the CSRN, so that the VMSC sends a SETUP message to the VOLTE terminal, so as to send a service request message to the VOLTE terminal through the CS domain, so that the VOLTE terminal receives an incoming call alert in the CS domain.
Optionally, when the service request is a short message service request, the IMS service request message is a short message, and the TAS may send the short message to the VOLTE terminal through the CS domain in a feasible implementation manner as follows: the TAS may acquire the address of the VMSC where the VOLTE terminal is located in the HLR, and forward the short message to the VMSC through the address of the VMSC, so that the VMSC sends the short message to the VOLTE terminal.
In the service processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application, after the TAS sends the IMS service request message to the VOLTE terminal, if the TAS does not receive an IMS service response message sent by the VOLTE terminal within a preset time period, the TAS carries SIP CANCEL message of canceling identifier to the P-CSCF device, so that the P-CSCF device sends the IMS service canceling request message to the S-GW through the PCRF device and the P-GW in the signaling plane channel, after the S-GW receives the IMS service canceling request message from the signaling plane channel, the S-GW performs analysis processing on the IMS service canceling request message, and discards the IMS service request message corresponding to the IMS service canceling request message according to the IMS service canceling request message.
Based on the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the following describes in further detail the service processing procedure shown in the embodiment of fig. 2 by the embodiment shown in fig. 3.
Fig. 3 is a second interaction diagram of a service processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 3, the method may include:

If yes, go to step S302.
If not, go to S320.
Optionally, the TAS may determine whether the VOLTE terminal accesses the IMS domain by performing a T-ADS procedure.
And S302, the TAS sends an IMS service request message corresponding to the VOLTE terminal to the P-CSCF equipment through the I/S-CSCF equipment.
And S303, the P-CSCF equipment sends the IMS service request message to the S-GW through the P-GW.
And S304, the S-GW judges whether connection exists between the S-GW and the VOLTE terminal.

S312, P-GW sends UBR message carrying cancel identification to S-GW in signaling plane channel through S5 interface.
Of course, in S312, the P-GW may also send a new addition message Downlink data release to the S-GW through the S5 interface.
And S313, the S-GW deletes the SIM service request message in the cache message queue corresponding to the VOLTE terminal according to the UBR message.
S314, S-GW sends IMS service cancel response message to P-GW through S5 interface.
S315, S-GW sends the stop paging message to MME.
It should be noted that S314 and S315 may be executed simultaneously or sequentially, and this is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the application.
S316, the MME stops paging the VOLTE terminal.
And S317, the P-GW sends the RAA message to the PCRF equipment through the Gx interface.
S318, the PCRF equipment sends the AAA message to the P-CSCF equipment through the Rx interface.
It should be noted that, when the IMS service request is a call service request, and the P-CSCF device sends an STR message to the PCRF device in S310, in S318, the PCRF device sends the STA message through the message sent to the P-CSCF device.
S319, the P-CSCF device sends 200ok for CANCEL response to the TAS through the I/S-CSCF device.
S320, the TAS sends a service request message to the VOLTE terminal through the CS domain.
Based on any of the above embodiments, taking the IMS service request as an IMS call service request as an example, the service processing procedure shown in the above embodiment is further described in detail through the embodiment shown in fig. 4.

Through S401 to S406, the TAS acquires attribute information of the VOLTE terminal, for example, location information of the VOLTE terminal, capability of the VOLTE terminal, an access domain of the VOLTE terminal, and the like, so that the TAS can initiate a call to the VOLTE terminal according to the attribute information of the VOLTE terminal. Assuming that the SCC AS determines that the access domain of the VOLTE terminal is the IMS domain, S407-S432 are performed.
S407, the TAS sends an IMS call request to the I/S-CSCF equipment.
S408, the I/S-CSCF device sends an IMS call request to the P-CSCCF device.

And S412, if the MME successfully pages the VOLTE terminal, sending a paging response to the S-GW.
S413, after S411, MME sends paging to E-UTRAN.
S414, E-UTRAN sends paging to VOLTE terminal.
After S414, assuming that the MME fails to page the VOLTE terminal successfully, the VOLTE terminal cannot send an IMS call response to the TAS, resulting in the TAS waiting for the VOLTE terminal to respond to timeout, then S415-S432 are performed.

S430, the VMSC sends a SETUP message to GERAN/UTRAN.
S431, GERAN/UTRAN sends SETUP message to VOLTE terminal.
And S432, the VOLTE terminal receives the incoming call prompt.
In the above process, when the TAS cannot successfully call the VOLTE terminal through the IMS domain, the S-GW is notified to discard the cached IMS service request message and call the VOLTE terminal in the CS domain, thereby preventing the VOLTE terminal from receiving repeated IMS call requests in the IMS domain and the CS domain.
