The preparation method of the ammonium-potassium-magnesium phosphate environment-friendly slow-release fertilizer comprises the following steps: the raw materials are proportioned and mixed; the mixing is crushed in sequence, and the crushing fineness is 100-150 meshes; then granulating, drying after the granulation is qualified, wherein the drying condition is 150-; and (4) after drying, immediately cooling by an upper cooling machine to normal temperature, screening, bagging and warehousing.
Ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and potassium dihydrogen phosphate, which are prepared by the following preparation method:
(1) decomposing phosphorite with sulfuric acid to prepare wet-process phosphoric acid, diluting the wet-process phosphoric acid with water to a proper concentration, mixing phosphate ore pulp and the diluted wet-process phosphoric acid at an equal molar ratio under the condition of about 75 ℃, keeping the temperature and stirring, reacting for half an hour, separating by a centrifugal machine after the reaction is finished, removing desulfurization residues, and obtaining a desulfurization clear solution;
(2) mixing and stirring the desulfurized clear liquid and liquid ammonia for reaction, wherein the reaction conditions are that the pH value is 4.5-5.0, and the temperature is 92-98 ℃; after the reaction is finished, separating and removing neutralization residues by a centrifugal machine to obtain primary neutralization clear liquid;
(3) reacting the primary neutralized clear liquid with liquid ammonia again, wherein the reaction condition is that the pH value is 8.5-9.0; after the reaction is finished, separating and removing neutralization residues by a centrifugal machine to obtain secondary neutralized clear liquid;
