Abstract
The invention relates to a forming process for a glass substrate dazzling glittering sand etching effect, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a frosting solution, uniformly stirring and curing; (2) cleaning a glass substrate to be frosted for the first time by using clear water, and protecting the surface of the glass substrate which does not need to be frosted; (3) putting the glass substrate into a frosting liquid for frosting for 50-200 seconds; (4) taking out the glass substrate, and then cleaning the glass substrate for the second time by using clear water; (5) etching by using fluorescent sand glass etching powder, wherein the fluorescent sand glass etching powder is adsorbed on the surface of the glass substrate after the glass substrate is etched and generates a dazzling effect; the fluorescent sand glass etching powder consists of calcium halophosphate fluorescent powder and rare earth fluorescent powder. The invention has the advantages that: improve the existing etching and can not reach the dazzling effect. The product can achieve oil light shining under natural light after being subjected to etching treatment by improving the etching process; and an obvious aperture and a dazzling effect are achieved under the point-shaped light source.

Background
The existing etching process only carries out frosting liquid treatment, and only can achieve the effects of scratch resistance, fingerprint resistance, anti-glare and anti-reflection, but the effects of glare, pollution resistance and scratch resistance are slightly poor, and the actual requirements of people cannot be met, so that a novel process is needed to meet the actual requirements of people, and the taste and enjoyment of life are improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a forming process for a glass substrate with a dazzling flash sand etching effect, and the technical scheme of the forming process is as follows:
a glass substrate dazzling glittering sand etching effect forming process comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a frosting solution, uniformly stirring and curing;
(2) cleaning a glass substrate to be frosted for the first time by using clear water, and protecting the surface of the glass substrate which does not need to be frosted;
(3) putting the glass substrate into a frosting liquid for frosting for 50-200 seconds;
(4) taking out the glass substrate, and then cleaning the glass substrate for the second time by using clear water;
(5) etching by using fluorescent sand glass etching powder, wherein the fluorescent sand glass etching powder is adsorbed on the surface of the glass substrate after the glass substrate is etched and generates a dazzling effect; the fluorescent sand glass etching powder consists of 50-80 parts of calcium halophosphate fluorescent powder and 50-60 parts of rare earth fluorescent powder;
(6) and putting the frosted glass substrate and the etched glass substrate into the polishing solution, and taking out the glass substrate to obtain the glass substrate finished product with the glittering sand effect.
The frosting solution in the step (1) comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-35% of hydrofluoric acid, 5-10% of sodium sulfate, 35-45% of strong acid and 20-30% of filler; weighing the components according to the proportion, mixing and stirring uniformly, curing for 24-30 hours, and preparing the frosting liquid.
The polishing solution in the step (6) is a mixed solution of sulfuric acid and hydrofluoric acid, wherein the concentration of the sulfuric acid is 95% -99%, and the concentration of the hydrofluoric acid is 50% -60%.
The strong acid is a mixed solution of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, the concentration of the sulfuric acid is 95-98%, and the concentration of the hydrochloric acid is 32-37%.
The filler is one of titanium dioxide, activated carbon or calcium fluoride.
The invention has the advantages that:
1. improve the existing etching and can not reach the dazzling effect. The product can achieve oil light shining under natural light after being subjected to etching treatment by improving the etching process; and a remarkable aperture and a dazzling effect are achieved under the point-shaped light source.
2. Effectively increases the pollution and scratch resistant effects of the glass surface and is easier to clean.

(2) cleaning a glass substrate to be frosted for the first time by using clear water, and protecting the surface of the glass substrate which does not need to be frosted;
(3) putting the glass substrate into the frosting liquid for frosting for 50 seconds;
(4) taking out the glass substrate, and then cleaning the glass substrate for the second time by using clear water;
(5) etching by using fluorescent sand glass etching powder, wherein the fluorescent sand glass etching powder is adsorbed on the surface of the glass substrate after the glass substrate is etched and generates a dazzling effect; the fluorescent sand glass etching powder consists of 50 parts of calcium halophosphate fluorescent powder and 50 parts of rare earth fluorescent powder;
(6) and putting the frosted glass substrate and the etched glass substrate into the polishing solution, and taking out the glass substrate to obtain the glass substrate finished product with the glittering sand effect.
The frosting solution in the step (1) comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30% of hydrofluoric acid, 5% of sodium sulfate, 35% of strong acid and 30% of filler; the components are weighed according to the proportion, mixed and stirred evenly, and cured for 24 hours to prepare the frosting liquid.
The polishing solution in the step (6) is a mixed solution of sulfuric acid and hydrofluoric acid, wherein the concentration of the sulfuric acid is 95% and the concentration of the hydrofluoric acid is 50%.
The strong acid is a mixed solution of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, the concentration of the sulfuric acid is 95%, and the concentration of the hydrochloric acid is 32%.
The filler is titanium dioxide.
The glass substrate prepared based on the process has the characteristics of uniform particles and fine hand feeling, the light transmittance is 85, and the glossiness is 38.
Example 2: a glass substrate dazzling glittering sand etching effect forming process comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a frosting solution, uniformly stirring and curing;
(2) cleaning a glass substrate to be frosted for the first time by using clear water, and protecting the surface of the glass substrate which does not need to be frosted;
(3) putting the glass substrate into the frosting liquid for frosting for 100 seconds;
(4) taking out the glass substrate, and then cleaning the glass substrate for the second time by using clear water;
(5) etching by using fluorescent sand glass etching powder, wherein the fluorescent sand glass etching powder is adsorbed on the surface of the glass substrate after the glass substrate is etched and generates a dazzling effect; the fluorescent sand glass etching powder consists of 65 parts of calcium halophosphate fluorescent powder and 55 parts of rare earth fluorescent powder;
(6) and putting the frosted glass substrate and the etched glass substrate into the polishing solution, and taking out the glass substrate to obtain the glass substrate finished product with the glittering sand effect.
The frosting solution in the step (1) comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35% of hydrofluoric acid, 10% of sodium sulfate, 35% of strong acid and 20% of filler; the components are weighed according to the proportion, mixed and stirred evenly, and cured for 26 hours to prepare the frosting liquid.
The polishing solution in the step (6) is a mixed solution of sulfuric acid and hydrofluoric acid, wherein the concentration of the sulfuric acid is 99%, and the concentration of the hydrofluoric acid is 60%.
The strong acid is a mixed solution of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, the concentration of the sulfuric acid is 98%, and the concentration of the hydrochloric acid is 37%.
The filler is activated carbon.
The glass substrate prepared based on the process has the characteristics of uniform particles and fine hand feeling, the light transmittance is 82, and the glossiness is 33.
Example 3: a glass substrate dazzling glittering sand etching effect forming process comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a frosting solution, uniformly stirring and curing;
(2) cleaning a glass substrate to be frosted for the first time by using clear water, and protecting the surface of the glass substrate which does not need to be frosted;
(3) putting the glass substrate into the frosting liquid for frosting for 200 seconds;
(4) taking out the glass substrate, and then cleaning the glass substrate for the second time by using clear water;
(5) etching by using fluorescent sand glass etching powder, wherein the fluorescent sand glass etching powder is adsorbed on the surface of the glass substrate after the glass substrate is etched and generates a dazzling effect; the fluorescent sand glass etching powder consists of 80 parts of calcium halophosphate fluorescent powder and 60 parts of rare earth fluorescent powder;
(6) and putting the frosted glass substrate and the etched glass substrate into the polishing solution, and taking out the glass substrate to obtain the glass substrate finished product with the glittering sand effect.
The frosting solution in the step (1) comprises the following components in parts by weight: 31% of hydrofluoric acid, 6% of sodium sulfate, 43% of strong acid and 20% of filler; the components are weighed according to the proportion, mixed and stirred evenly, and cured for 30 hours to prepare the frosting liquid.
The polishing solution in the step (6) is a mixed solution of sulfuric acid and hydrofluoric acid, wherein the concentration of the sulfuric acid is 99%, and the concentration of the hydrofluoric acid is 60%.
The strong acid is a mixed solution of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, the concentration of the sulfuric acid is 98%, and the concentration of the hydrochloric acid is 37%.
The filler is calcium fluoride.
The obtained high borosilicate and high alumina-silica glass frosted particles are uniform, the handfeel is fine and smooth, the anti-dazzle effect is good, the light transmittance is about 81, and the glossiness is about 37.
Claims (5)
1. The forming process for the glass substrate with the dazzling and flashing sand etching effect is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) preparing a frosting solution, uniformly stirring and curing;
(2) cleaning a glass substrate to be frosted for the first time by using clear water, and protecting the surface of the glass substrate which does not need to be frosted;
(3) putting the glass substrate into a frosting liquid for frosting for 50-200 seconds;
(4) taking out the glass substrate, and then cleaning the glass substrate for the second time by using clear water;
(5) etching by using fluorescent sand glass etching powder, wherein the fluorescent sand glass etching powder is adsorbed on the surface of the glass substrate after the glass substrate is etched and generates a dazzling effect; the fluorescent sand glass etching powder consists of 50-80 parts of calcium halophosphate fluorescent powder and 50-60 parts of rare earth fluorescent powder;
(6) and putting the frosted glass substrate and the etched glass substrate into the polishing solution, and taking out the glass substrate to obtain the glass substrate finished product with the glittering sand effect.
2. The forming process of the glass substrate with the glare flash sand etching effect according to claim 1, wherein the frosting solution in the step (1) comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-35% of hydrofluoric acid, 5-10% of sodium sulfate, 35-45% of strong acid and 20-30% of filler; weighing the components according to the proportion, mixing and stirring uniformly, curing for 24-30 hours, and preparing the frosting liquid.
3. The forming process of claim 1, wherein the polishing solution in step (6) is a mixture of sulfuric acid and hydrofluoric acid, wherein the concentration of sulfuric acid is 95-99%, and the concentration of hydrofluoric acid is 50-60%.
4. The forming process of claim 2, wherein the strong acid is a mixture of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, the concentration of the sulfuric acid is 95-98%, and the concentration of the hydrochloric acid is 32-37%.
5. The forming process of claim 2, wherein the filler is one of titanium dioxide, activated carbon or calcium fluoride.
