The strong acid is a mixed solution of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, the concentration of the sulfuric acid is 98%, and the concentration of the hydrochloric acid is 37%.
The filler is calcium fluoride.
The obtained high borosilicate and high alumina-silica glass frosted particles are uniform, the handfeel is fine and smooth, the anti-dazzle effect is good, the light transmittance is about 81, and the glossiness is about 37.

Claims (5)

1. The forming process for the glass substrate with the dazzling and flashing sand etching effect is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) preparing a frosting solution, uniformly stirring and curing;
(2) cleaning a glass substrate to be frosted for the first time by using clear water, and protecting the surface of the glass substrate which does not need to be frosted;
(3) putting the glass substrate into a frosting liquid for frosting for 50-200 seconds;
(4) taking out the glass substrate, and then cleaning the glass substrate for the second time by using clear water;
(5) etching by using fluorescent sand glass etching powder, wherein the fluorescent sand glass etching powder is adsorbed on the surface of the glass substrate after the glass substrate is etched and generates a dazzling effect; the fluorescent sand glass etching powder consists of 50-80 parts of calcium halophosphate fluorescent powder and 50-60 parts of rare earth fluorescent powder;
(6) and putting the frosted glass substrate and the etched glass substrate into the polishing solution, and taking out the glass substrate to obtain the glass substrate finished product with the glittering sand effect.
