The frosting liquid has low manufacturing cost and high production yield, and the prepared anti-dazzle glass has the characteristics of high glossiness, low flash point, low roughness and good anti-dazzle effect.

Compared with spraying and coating AG glass, the etched AG glass has the characteristics of wear resistance, good stability and the like, and is widely accepted by the market.
The etching AG is generally performed by using a frosting solution or powder and a frosting paste to achieve a chemical etching effect. In a further optimized scheme, 32 parts of ammonium bifluoride, 9 parts of citric acid, 5 parts of barium sulfate, 5 parts of starch, 3 parts of bentonite, 13 parts of ferric trichloride, 8 parts of potassium fluoride, 9 parts of potassium nitrate, 5 parts of hydrofluoric acid and 13 parts of water.
Further, sodium cellulose is added into the raw materials, and accounts for 0.5 percent of the total amount of the raw materials, so that the viscosity of the solution is improved.

The frosting surface formed by the frosting liquid has the characteristics of low roughness, no flash point, high haze and adjustable glossiness through simple chemical polishing, and can be applied to the high-standard display industry. Different from the problem that other frosting powder can not reach no flash point. Because the addition amount of the bentonite needs to be controlled, the bentonite cannot be added too much, otherwise, the frosting effect is influenced. The large addition amount can cause the poor fluidity of the frosting solution, and cause the bad effects of uneven frosting on the surface of the glass, large difference of the integral glossiness and the like.
The frosting liquid can solve the problems of high hardness and difficult etching of high-alumina glass through a finely prepared double salt system. The low roughness and flash point requirements are achieved by utilizing an etching environment formed by a strongly oxidizing monovalent potassium salt and a trivalent iron salt.
When the frosting solution is prepared, in order to ensure the stability and the mixing effect of a frosting solution preparation system, the adding sequence needs to be controlled, the easily soluble raw materials are added firstly, then the difficultly miscible raw materials are added, and the frosting solution is obtained by further aging after fully mixing and is used for frosting treatment of the high-alumina glass.
The yield of the common high-aluminum frosting powder is about 60 percent generally, the comprehensive yield of the frosting powder provided by the invention can reach over 75 percent and the performance is better, and the frosting powder provided by the invention can control etching defects (such as crystal points, stripes, dark stripes and the like) in the etching and forming processes and can etch large-size glass. The glossiness of the AG glass formed by etching can reach more than 100, and the roughness can be reduced to below 0.070 μm.
