The material guide plate 12 is used for conveying the mixed raw materials screened out through the second output port 9 into the grinding barrel. One end of the material guide plate 12 is fixed on the inner wall of the casing 1 at the bottom of the sorting chute 6, and the opposite end of the material guide plate 12 is inclined downwards and extends to the upper part of the grinding barrel. The grinding device also comprises a collecting barrel 26, and the collecting barrel 26 is arranged at the bottom of the grinding net 3 in an opposite mode. The plane of the grinding body 4 is connected with a vertical shaft 5 which drives the grinding body 4 to rotate. The vertical shaft is connected with the grinding body 4 through a screw, so that the installation and the disassembly are convenient. In this embodiment, the grinding body 4 is driven by the vertical shaft 5 through a motor 17, that is, the motor 17 is disposed at the opposite end of the vertical shaft 5, and the motor 17 may be a speed reduction motor. The output shaft of the motor 17 is connected with the vertical shaft 5 through a coupler so as to ensure the synchronous stability of the driving of the motor 17 to the vertical shaft 5.
The rotating shaft of the packing auger 10 penetrates through one side of the separation tank 6, which is far away from the first output port 8, and is connected with a horizontal transverse shaft 14 through a coupler 13, a shaft hole (not shown) for the packing auger shaft to penetrate through is formed in the tank wall of the separation tank 6, and the packing auger shaft can rotate relative to the shaft hole. The coupler 13 realizes the stable transmission of the packing auger 10 by the transverse shaft 14. The opposite end of the transverse shaft 14 is connected with a first conical gear 15, and the transverse shaft 14 is in key connection with the first conical gear 15 so as to ensure the stability of transmission. And a second bevel gear 16 meshed with the first bevel gear 15 is sleeved on the shaft wall of the vertical shaft 5. The transmission of the vertical shaft 5 to the transverse shaft 14 is realized through the first conical gear 15 and the second conical gear 16.
The grinding device further comprises a housing 1, the grinding barrel is accommodated in the housing 1, and two sides of the grinding barrel are respectively supported on corresponding side walls in the housing 1 through a support rod 19. The mounting end of the motor 17 in this embodiment is mounted on the top inside the housing 1 by screws, which facilitates the mounting and dismounting of the motor 17. The lower end of the sorting channel 6 at the higher end is welded to the opening at the top of the housing 1, and the outlet opening 8 of the sorting channel 6 is located outside the housing 1. The sliding of the slide 25 in the slide groove 24 makes the lifting movement or the lowering movement of the adjusting screw 21 to the support rod 19 more stable.
The working principle of the invention is that firstly, the worker adjusts the distance of the grinding gap between the grinding body 4 and the grinding net 3 according to the mixed raw material to be ground, namely, screws the adjusting screws 21 on the two transverse plates 20, so that the end parts of the rod parts of the adjusting screws 21 rotate on the corresponding supporting rods 19, and drives the corresponding supporting rods 19 to slide in the corresponding chutes 24 through the sliders 25 under the limiting action of the telescopic rods 22, so that the grinding body 4 integrally rises or falls, and the grinding body 4 and the grinding net 3 are adjusted to the proper grinding gap. And then the mixed raw materials are put into a separation tank 6 through an input port 7, an output shaft of a control motor 17 drives a vertical shaft 5 to rotate, a transverse shaft 14 is driven to synchronously rotate under the transmission action of a first bevel gear 15 and a second bevel gear 16, the transverse shaft 14 drives an auger 10 to rotate through a coupler 13, the mixed raw materials in the separation tank 6 gradually move towards a first output port 8 under the rotation action of the auger 10, the mixed raw materials with relatively small size (meeting the grinding requirement) can fall onto a guide plate 12 through a second output port 9 in the period, and the mixed raw materials with relatively large size (not meeting the grinding requirement) can be discharged from the first output port 8 to an external preset collecting device to be collected under the lifting action of the auger 10, so that the mixed raw materials with large size can be sliced again in the follow-up process.
