the wear-resistant aggregate is zirconia beads, and the particle size range is 75-80 mu m; the thixotropic auxiliary agent is prepared from white carbon black and modified organic bentonite according to the weight ratio of 3: 4 in a mass ratio; the epoxy resin is E51 epoxy resin, the reactive diluent is benzyl glycidyl ether, the curing agent is modified alicyclic amine, the color paste is epoxy resin color paste, and the defoaming agent is selected from AFCONA2720 of Effkona chemical Co., Ltd; the leveling agent is selected from AFCONA 3030 of Effkona chemical company Limited.
Comparative example 2 differs from example one in that: the thixotropic auxiliary agent is white carbon black and does not contain modified organic bentonite.
Example of Performance test: performance detection of wear-resistant floor decorative coating
The wear-resistant floor decorative coating prepared in each example and comparative example is subjected to performance detection according to related standards or common detection equipment, and the results are shown in the following table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, the wear-resistant floor decorative coatings provided in the first embodiment, the second embodiment and the third embodiment of the present invention have good wear resistance and other properties, wherein the overall properties of the first embodiment are the best. In contrast, the comparative example 1 does not contain the wear-resistant wax powder, so that the gaps are too large when the wear-resistant aggregate is distributed, the appearance of a paint film is not uniform enough, and the wear resistance of the final paint film is influenced; in the comparative example 2, the thixotropic additive does not contain modified organic bentonite, so that the thixotropic performance of the system is reduced, the wear-resistant aggregate is easy to settle, and the paint film particles painted out are not uniform.

Claims (10)

1. The wear-resistant floor decorative coating is characterized in that: comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 33-38% of wear-resistant aggregate, 23-28% of epoxy resin, 11-16% of color paste, 5-8% of reactive diluent, 1-1.8% of wear-resistant wax powder, 0.2-0.6% of thixotropic additive, 0.05-0.4% of defoaming agent, 0.05-0.4% of flatting agent and 13-18% of curing agent; the wear-resistant aggregate is zirconia beads.
2. The wear-resistant floor decorative coating of claim 1, characterized in that: comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 35-38% of wear-resistant aggregate, 24-26% of epoxy resin, 13-16% of color paste, 6-8% of reactive diluent, 1-1.5% of wear-resistant wax powder, 0.2-0.4% of thixotropic additive, 0.1-0.2% of defoaming agent, 0.1-0.2% of flatting agent and 15-18% of curing agent.

The wear-resistant floor decorative coating of claim 2, characterized in that: comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 36.4 percent of wear-resistant aggregate, 24.9 percent of epoxy resin, 14.5 percent of color paste, 6.4 percent of reactive diluent, 1.3 percent of wear-resistant wax powder, 0.3 percent of thixotropic additive, 0.1 percent of defoaming agent, 0.1 percent of flatting agent and 16 percent of curing agent.
4. The wear-resistant floor decorative coating of any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that: the particle size range of the wear-resistant aggregate is 75-80 mu m.
5. The wear-resistant floor decorative coating of any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that: the thixotropic auxiliary agent is prepared from white carbon black and modified organic bentonite according to the weight ratio of 3: 4-5 in mass ratio.
6. The wear-resistant floor decorative coating of any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that: the particle size range of the wear-resistant wax powder is 60-70 mu m, and the wear-resistant wax powder is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene.
7. The wear-resistant floor decorative coating of any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that: the epoxy resin is E51 epoxy resin, and the reactive diluent is benzyl glycidyl ether or glycidyl 12-14 alkyl ether.
8. The wear-resistant floor decorative coating of any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that: the curing agent is modified alicyclic amine.

The wear-resistant floor decorative coating of any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that: the defoaming agent is selected from one or more of BYK A530, BYK066N, AFCONA2720, AFCONA 2022, DEU CHEM 6800 and TEGO 6800; the leveling agent is selected from one or more of BYK 320, BYK 354, AFCONA 3030, AFCONA 3600 and TEGO Glide B1484.
10. The method of making a wear-resistant floor decorating coating of any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
1) adding epoxy resin into a dispersion mixer, sequentially adding an active diluent, a defoaming agent, a leveling agent, a thixotropic aid and wear-resistant wax powder at a mixing rotating speed of 500-800 r/min, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed solution;
2) adding color paste into the mixed solution, and uniformly mixing at a stirring speed of 500-800 r/min to obtain colored paint;
3) when the wear-resistant floor decorating paint is used, the wear-resistant aggregate and the curing agent are added into the colored paint and are uniformly mixed to obtain the wear-resistant floor decorating paint.
