The invention belongs to the technical field of floor coatings, and particularly relates to a wear-resistant floor coating and a construction method thereof, wherein the wear-resistant floor coating comprises a component A, a component B and a component C; the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 38-42 parts of epoxy resin, 8-12 parts of AGE (organic binder) reactive diluent, 1-3 parts of auxiliary agent, 19-21 parts of color paste, 35-40 parts of silica powder and 0.8-1.2 parts of silicon dioxide; the component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 85-95 parts of polyether amine curing agent, 4-6 parts of accelerator and 4-6 parts of benzyl alcohol; the component C comprises zirconium powder. The wear-resistant floor coating is a three-component colored paint, after construction according to the construction method provided by the invention, through testing, the Mohs hardness of the wear-resistant floor coating can reach 8 grades, and the wear-resistant floor coating has the following advantages: 1. super wear resistance and scratch resistance; 2. is particularly suitable for heavy industrial terraces; 3. the surfaces of the microbeads are anti-skid and easy to clean; 4. the coating has the advantages of impact resistance, weather resistance and long service life.

Background
The floor coating is a ground decoration material prepared by mixing epoxy resin raw materials serving as a main agent, pigment, solvent and an auxiliary curing agent, and the like, and the epoxy oily floor coating is researched and produced to form the floor coating. The floor coating has the effects of dust prevention, wear resistance, cleanness and moisture prevention for protecting the ground, so the floor coating is widely used and popularized by modern industrial ground, commercial ground, garage ground and the like.
Modern industry puts more and more strict requirements on the terrace, and the mechanical industry requires strong mechanical impact resistance and wear resistance, and can stand rolling of vehicles such as forklifts and the like for a long time. The traditional terrace coating has poor wear resistance, so that the application range of the traditional terrace coating is limited.

the component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 85-95 parts of a polyether amine curing agent, 4-6 parts of an accelerator and 4-6 parts of benzyl alcohol;
the component C comprises zirconium powder.
Preferably, the ratio of the component A to the component B to the component C is 8-11: 3-5: 4 to 8.
Preferably, the ratio of the component A, the component B and the component C is 10: 4: 5.

2) firstly constructing a base surface layer; constructing an epoxy primer layer on the base surface layer; constructing an epoxy mortar layer on the epoxy primer layer; constructing an epoxy putty layer on the epoxy mortar layer; and rolling and coating the wear-resistant floor coating on the epoxy putty layer, and drying to obtain the wear-resistant floor coating.
Preferably, in step 2), the construction environmental conditions are as follows: the temperature is 10-35 ℃; the relative humidity is 30-80%.
Preferably, in step 2), the drying time of the wear-resistant floor coating is as follows: surface drying for 5-7 hours; and (4) drying for 18-24 hours.
Preferably, the wear-resistant floor coating prepared in the step 1) is used for the roll coating in the step 2) within 30 minutes.

Example one
The invention provides a wear-resistant floor coating which comprises a component A, a component B and a component C.
The component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 38 parts of epoxy resin, 8 parts of AGE active diluent, 1 part of auxiliary agent, 19 parts of color paste, 35 parts of silicon micropowder and 0.8 part of silicon dioxide.
The component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 85 parts of polyether amine curing agent, 4 parts of accelerator and 4 parts of benzyl alcohol.
The component C comprises zirconium powder.
The mixture ratio of the component A, the component B and the component C is 8: 3: 4.
the auxiliary agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.4-0.6 part of dispersing agent, 0.4-0.6 part of flatting agent, 0.4-0.6 part of thixotropic agent and 0.4-0.6 part of defoaming agent.
The zirconium powder is zirconium oxide powder.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a construction method of the wear-resistant floor coating, which comprises the following steps:
1) firstly, mixing the component A and the component B according to the proportion, uniformly stirring, then adding the component C according to the proportion while stirring, and continuously stirring for 3 minutes to prepare the wear-resistant floor coating.
2) Firstly constructing a base surface layer; constructing an epoxy primer layer on the base surface layer; constructing an epoxy mortar layer on the epoxy primer layer; constructing an epoxy putty layer on the epoxy mortar layer; and rolling and coating the wear-resistant floor coating on the epoxy putty layer, and drying to obtain the wear-resistant floor coating.
In step 2), the construction environmental conditions are as follows: the temperature is 10 ℃; the relative humidity was 80%.
In step 2), the drying time of the wear-resistant floor coating is as follows: surface drying for 7 hours; dried for 24 hours.
The wear-resistant floor coating prepared in the step 1) is used for the roll coating in the step 2) within 30 minutes.

Example two
The invention provides a wear-resistant floor coating, which comprises a component A, a component B and a component C;
the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 parts of epoxy resin, 10 parts of AGE reactive diluent, 2 parts of auxiliary agent, 20 parts of color paste, 37 parts of silicon micropowder and 1 part of silicon dioxide;
the component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90 parts of polyether amine curing agent, 5 parts of accelerator and 5 parts of benzyl alcohol;
the component C comprises zirconium powder.
The ratio of the component A, the component B and the component C is preferably 10: 4: 5.
the embodiment of the invention also provides a construction method of the wear-resistant floor coating, which comprises the following steps:
1) firstly, mixing the component A and the component B according to a ratio, uniformly stirring, then adding the component C according to a ratio while stirring, and continuously stirring for 5 minutes to prepare the wear-resistant floor coating;

The mixture ratio of the component A, the component B and the component C is 11: 5: 8.
the embodiment of the invention also provides a construction method of the wear-resistant floor coating, which comprises the following steps:
1) firstly, mixing the component A and the component B according to a ratio, uniformly stirring, then adding the component C according to a ratio while stirring, and continuously stirring for 6 minutes to prepare the wear-resistant floor coating;
2) firstly constructing a base surface layer; constructing an epoxy primer layer on the base surface layer; constructing an epoxy mortar layer on the epoxy primer layer; constructing an epoxy putty layer on the epoxy mortar layer; and rolling and coating the wear-resistant floor coating on the epoxy putty layer, and drying to obtain the wear-resistant floor coating.
In step 2), the construction environmental conditions are as follows: the temperature is 35 ℃; the relative humidity was 30%.
In step 2), the drying time of the wear-resistant floor coating is as follows: surface drying for 5 hours; the mixture was dried for 18 hours.
In the step 2), the dosage of the wear-resistant floor coating is 0.1kg/m2。

The wear-resistant floor coating obtained in the first, second and third examples were tested for mohs hardness, adhesion, flexibility and water resistance, and the test results are shown in table 1.

The test results in table 1 show that the wear-resistant floor coating has high hardness and good adhesion performance, so that the wear-resistant floor coating has the advantages of good wear resistance, good flexibility and good water resistance.

2. The wear-resistant floor coating of claim 1, wherein the ratio of the component A, the component B and the component C is 8-11: 3-5: 4 to 8.
3. The wear-resistant floor coating of claim 1, wherein the ratio of the component A, the component B and the component C is 10: 4: 5.
4. the wear-resistant floor coating of claim 1, wherein the auxiliary agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.4-0.6 part of dispersing agent, 0.4-0.6 part of flatting agent, 0.4-0.6 part of thixotropic agent and 0.4-0.6 part of defoaming agent.

7. The construction method of wear-resistant floor coating according to claim 6, characterized in that in step 2), the construction environmental conditions are as follows: the temperature is 10-35 ℃; the relative humidity is 30-80%.
