Abstract
The invention discloses a water-based waterproof coating which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-90 parts of combined resin, 8-20 parts of functional powder and 1-10 parts of auxiliary agent. In the invention, the proper proportion is adopted, and the coatings obtained by mutually cooperating as the connecting materials are waterproof, anticorrosive, scratch-resistant, wear-resistant and extremely high in hardness; proper auxiliaries are added to be coordinated with each other, so that the prepared water-based waterproof coating has excellent performance, and the coating is a colorless or light-colored transparent material, so that the style of an original construction object cannot be influenced by later-stage plugging construction; the coating base materials are various, and cement, ceramic tiles, steel and plastics have good adhesive force and strong weather resistance and corrosion resistance.

The invention belongs to the technical field of coatings, and particularly relates to a water-based waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The waterproof paint in the present market has two categories, one is polyurethane waterproof paint, which is generally made of polyurethane and coal tar as raw materials, and the volatile tar gas has high toxicity and is not easy to remove, so the polyurethane waterproof paint is forbidden to be used in China and is sold, asphalt is used as a raw material to replace coal tar, but when the paint is used, organic solvents such as toluene, xylene and the like are generally adopted to dilute, so the paint also has toxicity; the other type is a polymer cement-based waterproof coating which consists of emulsion synthesized by a plurality of water-based polymers and high-quality cement mixed with various additives, the flexibility of polymer resin and the rigidity of the cement are integrated, and a certain color needs to be presented, so that the application range of the waterproof coating is limited, and the market urgently needs a waterproof coating which is simple in construction, wide in application range, safe and environment-friendly and does not influence the original coating style.

The functional powder comprises the following components in parts by mass: 3-12 parts of paraffin powder and 1-3 parts of thickening agent.
The auxiliary agent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 1-20 parts of anti-settling agent, 8-15 parts of flatting agent, 1-3 parts of defoaming agent, 1-2 parts of bactericide and 5-11 parts of adhesion promoter.
The water-based waterproof coating comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 27% of water-based epoxy resin, 24.5% of modified water-based acrylic resin, 18% of water-based polyurethane, 23% of active silicon dioxide, 2.5% of paraffin powder, 1.4% of thickening agent, 1.1% of flatting agent, 0.3% of defoaming agent, 0.8% of antistatic agent, 0.8% of adhesion promoter, 0.3% of PH stabilizer, 0.2% of bactericide and 0.1% of dustproof agent.
A preparation method of a water-based waterproof coating comprises the following steps:
a. premixing: mixing water-based epoxy resin, modified water-based acrylic resin, water-based polyurethane, active silicon dioxide, paraffin powder, a thickening agent, a flatting agent, a bactericide and a dust-proof agent according to the proportion to form a mixed material;
b. dispersing: stirring and dispersing the combined mixed material, and then grinding to obtain combined powder;
c. preparation: and adding the defoaming agent, the antistatic agent, the pH stabilizer, the dustproof agent and the adhesion promoter into the combined powder according to the proportion, stirring, uniformly mixing and filtering to obtain the water-based waterproof coating.
And b, grinding the material in the step b until the fineness is below 25 mu m.
Wherein the stirring speed in the step c is 1000r/min-2000r/min, and the stirring time is 10min-30 min.
In summary, due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. in the invention, several high-quality resins are reasonably matched: the modified waterborne polyacrylic resin and the waterborne epoxy resin are combined according to a certain proportion, are safe and nontoxic to use, are compact in texture and have good waterproof and anticorrosion effects; the waterborne polyurethane resin has excellent plastic ductility, has an excellent blocking effect on fine cracks, and can realize construction in an environment with a larger humidity condition due to the special crosslinking reaction condition of the resin; the active silica resin is transparent and breathable, so that the original color style of the painted object can be protected; the coating which is mutually cooperated as the connecting material by adopting a proper proportion has the advantages of water resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, wear resistance and extremely high hardness; and proper auxiliaries are added to be coordinated with each other, so that the prepared water-based waterproof coating has excellent performance and can basically solve the problems.
2. In the invention, the coating is completely made of pure water materials, has good construction environment without pungent smell, and has obvious construction advantages of water resistance and leakage repair in basement in environment with poor air flow; the fluidity is good, the viscosity can be adjusted within a large range, and the paint can be sprayed by a sprayer or can be dipped or brushed; the tensile strength is good, the requirement on coating flatness is basically avoided, and the coating can be directly used without matching with materials such as polyester polypropylene fiber and the like; the coating is a colorless or light-colored transparent material, so that the style of an original construction object cannot be influenced by later-stage leaking stoppage construction; the coating base materials are various, and cement, ceramic tiles, steel and plastics have good adhesive force and strong weather resistance and corrosion resistance.

The embodiment I is a water-based waterproof coating which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 26.9% of water-based epoxy resin, 24.5% of modified water-based acrylic resin, 20% of water-based polyurethane, 20% of active silicon dioxide, 3.5% of paraffin powder, 1.3% of thickening agent (GN-1-20), 1.0% of flatting agent (AKN-2280), 0.3% of defoaming agent (Z-5189), 0.8% of antistatic agent (Silok8141F), 1.1% of adhesion promoter (F4190), 0.3% of PH stabilizer (AMP-95), 0.2% of bactericide (VK320) and 0.1% of dust-proof agent;
the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing water-based epoxy resin, modified water-based acrylic resin, water-based polyurethane, active silicon dioxide, paraffin powder, a thickening agent, a flatting agent, a bactericide and a dust-proof agent according to the proportion to form a mixed material; stirring and dispersing the combined mixed material, and then grinding to obtain combined powder; and adding the defoaming agent, the antistatic agent, the pH stabilizer, the dustproof agent and the adhesion promoter into the combined powder according to the proportion, stirring, uniformly mixing, filtering until the viscosity reaches 40-150 seconds after coating in a No. 4 cup, filtering and packaging to obtain a product A.
Embodiment two, a water-based waterproof coating is composed of the following raw materials by mass: 24% of water-based epoxy resin, 26.4% of modified water-based acrylic resin, 19.3% of water-based polyurethane, 22% of active silicon dioxide, 2.5% of paraffin powder, 1.8% of thickening agent (GN-1-20), 1.5% of flatting agent (AKN-2280), 0.3% of defoaming agent (Z-5189), 0.6% of antistatic agent (Silok8141F), 1.0% of adhesion promoter (F4190), 0.3% of PH stabilizer (AMP-95), 0.2% of bactericide (VK320) and 0.1% of dust-proof agent;
the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing water-based epoxy resin, modified water-based acrylic resin, water-based polyurethane, active silicon dioxide, paraffin powder, a thickening agent, a flatting agent, a bactericide and a dust-proof agent according to the proportion to form a mixed material; stirring and dispersing the combined mixed material, and then grinding to obtain combined powder; and adding the defoaming agent, the antistatic agent, the pH stabilizer, the dustproof agent and the adhesion promoter into the combined powder according to the proportion, stirring, uniformly mixing, filtering until the viscosity reaches 40-150 seconds after coating in a No. 4 cup, filtering and packaging to obtain a product B.
Embodiment three, a water-based waterproof coating is composed of the following raw materials by mass: 27% of water-based epoxy resin, 24.5% of modified water-based acrylic resin, 18% of water-based polyurethane, 23% of active silicon dioxide, 2.5% of paraffin powder, 1.4% of thickening agent (GN-1-20), 1.1% of flatting agent (AKN-2280), 0.3% of defoaming agent (Z-5189), 0.8% of antistatic agent (Silok8141F), 0.8% of adhesion promoter (F4190), 0.3% of PH stabilizer (AMP-95), 0.2% of bactericide (VK320) and 0.1% of dustproof agent;

In the test example, the products prepared in the above examples are tested for relevant performance, the test methods are all according to relevant standards, and the test results are shown in table 1.
