Abstract

step two: firstly, 40-60kg of epoxy resin, 5-10kg of polyurethane and 15-20kg of hydrosolvent are placed into a first stirrer, the rotating speed of the first stirrer is controlled to be 2000-2500 r/min for stirring, the temperature in the first stirrer is controlled to be within 20-80 ℃, and initial slurry is obtained after the first stirrer stirs for 30 min;
step three: after the initial slurry is cooled, pouring the initial slurry into a prepared second stirrer, adding 2-5kg of pigment and 2-5kg of filler, controlling the rotating speed of the second stirrer to be 2000-2500 r/min for stirring, controlling the temperature in the second stirrer to be within 20-80 ℃, and stirring for 30min by using the second stirrer to obtain secondary slurry;
step four: and after stirring for 30min by using a second stirrer, directly adding 10-15kg of auxiliary agent and 2-5kg of adhesive, stirring to obtain third slurry, uniformly mixing the third slurry in the second stirrer, pouring the mixture into a container prepared in advance, filtering, and standing and cooling the filtered third slurry to obtain the waterborne polyurethane waterproof coating.
Preferably, the pigment is titanium dioxide, and the filler is talcum powder.
Preferably, the polyurethane and the water solvent are added into the first stirrer at the same time for stirring.
Preferably, the auxiliary agent is formed by combining 3-7kg of dispersing agent, 3-7kg of defoaming agent and 3-7kg of flatting agent.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

step three: after the initial slurry is cooled, pouring the initial slurry into a prepared second stirrer, adding 2-5kg of pigment and 2-5kg of filler, controlling the rotating speed of the second stirrer to be 2000-2500 r/min for stirring, controlling the temperature in the second stirrer to be within 20-80 ℃, and stirring for 30min by using the second stirrer to obtain secondary slurry;
step four: and after stirring for 30min by using a second stirrer, directly adding 10-15kg of auxiliary agent and 2-5kg of adhesive, stirring to obtain third slurry, uniformly mixing the third slurry in the second stirrer, pouring the mixture into a container prepared in advance, filtering, and standing and cooling the filtered third slurry to obtain the waterborne polyurethane waterproof coating.
