When the tension of the copper wire is insufficient in the conveying process, the first supporting rod 362 and the second supporting rod 363 rotate downwards, the second compression spring 3612 provides elastic restoring force for the first supporting rod 362, and the torsion spring 3632 provides rotary restoring force for the second supporting rod 363, so that the tension on the copper wire is buffered.
